The world's unlikely to know about this, and certainly won't dig to find out about it - you need to write a proposal and put all the beef you can into it. Surely you can send out an Ambassador to the World Assembly to do some research and put it out in proposal format... can't you, Douglas?

Proposal to condemn The People's Republic of New Technocratic Prussia because of possible economic intrusion into a fellow regional member's economy as well as intentionally causing a conflict. This behavior must be condemned and The People's Republic of New Technocratic Prussia must be sanctioned accordingly. To keep and maintain peace of our region and security of our Kingdom, we hereby condemn and request fellow Security Council members to do the same.

Well I suggest you have a read of the SC rules first and then have a look at other Condemnations to get a feel for the detail required in a successful resolution.

At the moment there is nothing here remotely condemnable and it probably also contains an illegality. The section highlighted is an R4(d) violation - if you'd left it as "we hereby condemn" that would have been fine. Adding the request for other SC members to do the same makes it obvious that you, the nation, are condemning and not the SC.
