Plus as nothing added bonus the DRS will save money due to it not having to constantly check every nation for these weapons.
We can have the same results with a much simpler DRS proposal."

Investigation Case
Notes that, harming innocent non-combatants has been declared as a war crime by the DRS Resolution 39: The Warcrime Accountability Act.
Uses, the definition of the said resolution for "innocent non-combatants": Individuals who have no alignment with a belligerent military, who have not taken militaristic action, or have not organised militaristic action. An individual not aligned with terrorist or militant groups, has not taken action with a militant or terrorist group, have not organised militant-terrorist behaviour and action.
States that, a secret number of anonymous members of this august body of nations have called for an investigation regarding the Zackarothian operations in Somalia.
Hereby,
Opens an international investigation of Zackarothian operations and military.
Declares that, it is mandatory for every member state to assign at least two officials.

Investigation Case
Notes that, in the midst of anarchy and chaos in Indonesia, thousands upon thousands were executed. Many of whom are noncombatants with dissenting beliefs.
Recognizes, the lack of a legitimate government.
Cites, DRS Resolution 39: The Warcrime Accountability Act
Defines, "innocent non-combatants" as individuals not affiliated with belligerent armies or any armed organization. Those who have not taken any militaristic action, and not taken action with a militant group, or organized militant actions. Believing in a militant cause but not taking action for it is non-combative.
Hereby,

DRS Proposal: Indonesian Intervention
Acknowledging the Coup in the Indonesian Capital which deposed a brutal and tyrannic regime currently under DRS Investigation.
Recognizing the New Authority's plea for DRS assistance in recent days.
Hereby begins a DRS Peacekeeping Intervention in Indonesia to restore stability and peace, and establish a free and secure democracy.
Requires that each member state contribute to the Peacekeeping force.
States that such an intervention will have the goal of disarming militias, establishing peace on the streets, wiping out regime cells and bases within the country, capturing those under DRS investigation for war crimes, and distributing humanitarian supplies to the people of Indonesia.
