This is a Modern-Tech nation. We only put a satellite and a man into space so far.
We are a Middle power, so if we die, so will some of the global economy.
We have the 8th largest sovereign wealth fund in the world. (RL world)
Pro: Regulations, Military, Law and Order
Anti: Freedom of speech, Discrimination, CHEWING GUM
Just so you know, I don't think like that. That stuff is roleplaying Singapore (itself, the real life nation)

Can I just suggest something, Austin is the capital of the USA state of Texas. Instead of naming him Austin Hours, maybe name him after a different city in Texas, such as Houston Powers, or Dallas Powers. This would not only be funnier, but also, Powers is more believable as a surname. I once knew someone whose name was Powers

That logic doesn't follow. As long as the reference can be noticed, you don't need to match the phenotypes of the characters being referenced. It's no more necessary than making a character the same age or same ethnicity.

Also, please find somewhere to put the Dr. Evil quote "why make trillions when we could make billions?"
Please, for Mike Myers, I mean look at that face(Image)
How could you deny him that quote?
Also, you need "North Nukystan is best Nukystan" somewhere...
