7. Shwe Tu Colony is a magic-based European Renaissance-era Colony populated by generally not evil demons located in a tropical rainforest marsh, but there is enough space to land a spaceship in front of the archaeology site quarry.
At noon, or the third hour for the demons' time, a group of quarry laborers at the Cuh'ti Qut quarry uncovered an entrance to what appeared to be a massive temple complex in the mountain, somehow having never been uncovered prior. However, no natives nor their artifacts were found in the Shwe Tu Salt Swamp, while any civilization left behind would have more than likely left some sort of relic other than this grand temple behind. After considering if the quarry should be explored a little bit first, the leaders of the Thryllasian Union decided that they should open it up to be explored in a group composed of those from other civilizations. As such, the following telegram/letter/psychic letter/whatever communication item that exists was sent to any nations willing to participate, either sending in their own archaeologists, thrill seekers, or even leaders.
Dear whoever has received this letter,
Although you may have never heard of us, Parfuhmerie cordially invites you to an archaeology expedition that we had located at one of our quarries. However, we have not sent in an in-depth exploration, so whoever joins us shall be one of the first to enter (a small investigation team was sent in to ensure at least the first part of the area is safe). Regardless, we hope you may be able to send someone over to join us in investigating this new archaeological site led by our head archaeologist Ir'a Tar'rama.
Ir'a was sitting on a lawn chair with sunglasses on, wearing a khaki-colored doublet with a damask pattern & plain peach trousers going down to his knees, his rough stone spear at his side & a necklace of turquoise jewelry on his neck. Behind him was an elegant stone entrance separated into many rectangles cut into the gray stone of the mountains, its keystone engraved with various swirls & symbols & the entrance flanked by what appears to be penguins with futuristic assault rifles longer than them. In front of entrance was a rather unkempt garden of flowers — mainly poppies & tall sunflowers — that covered the ground & almost appeared to create some sort of pattern. Meanwhile, the last groups of demon quarriers were, on some sort of red behemoth with a massive black horn in front, hauling away their final blocks of stone for the day. A small, modern-day speaker was next to Ir'a & playing music despite its anachronistic location. "Wonder who shall come..." he mutters to himself as he opens up a scroll, conveniently obscuring his face.
