Residence of Governor Faulkner
Dear Mr. Williams,
I understand that you have an issue regarding the increasing population of black people in your state. How ghastly terrible! I may have found a solution to your problem, Governor: Dihydrogen Monoxide. This chemical is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and everyone who drinks it will eventually die. All you have to do is to buy some "water" out of your personal funds from your local Dasani plant, and to distribute them to as many black people as you can. I will personally make sure that Dihydrogen Monoxide is, in fact, sprinkled into the water. Dihydrogen Monoxide is utilized as an industrial-grade solvent and coolant, is used in nuclear power plants, is an effective fire retardant, and is even used in the production of potent pesticides.
What say you, my friend?

She was confused.
"Senator Johnson? It's a pleasure to speak with you. Councilman McCarver is currently unavaliable, as he's casting his ballot as we speak. I'm afraid I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say, "Libelous Ad" I don't believe we aired any additional spots today other than the usual ones?" She said with honesty.

"It's my pleasure as well. The ad I mention, well, look it up on your own YouTube site. Aired this election. You're clearly kept out of the loop."
