Whilst the Kingdom of Jeltronia and the Yohannesian Realms, with no lack of certainty, share not the same values, of parliamentary tradition, of open and unrestricted trade and economy, and of constitutionally respected monarchy, they share that of the civilised rule of law. My previous talks with various members of your ministerial office have led me to believe of that conclusion.

It is thus, only with the most peaceful of intent, that the Fifty-Third Parliamentary Select Committee on Foreign Relations and Affairs has approved for the formal recognition and immediate establishment of a Yohannesian embassy in your nation last year, and it is most certainly with only goodwill, of intention, of purpose, and of spirit, that Her Majesty the Empress Garnet til Alexandros has authorised for the delivery of this letter to your desk today, confirming Her Majesty's desire for the extension of diplomatic olive branch, between the monarchies of Jeltronia and Yohannes.
