The fact you have to say it again without anyone mentioning it (in red caps too) doesn't go over well to the average watcher

Really? Please explain how they have called the shots.
They were very close resolutions.

-World Assembly membership in The South Pacific;
-a Soft Power Disbursement Score of at least 50000
or an Influence Ranking of at least Vassal;
-at least 200 endorsements or half the endorsements of the Delegate;
-and six consecutive months of legislator status, or at least two terms in the Local Council;
Not sure if this is R4 compliant - makes it sound too much like a game.
Perhaps if I worded it differently?

NationHelper wrote:The Security Council,
Acknowledging that Tsunamy has played a major role in TSP, and even created, The Local Council (LC), which expanded the scope of democracy by allowing more nations to vote,
Knowing that Tsunamy was the mastermind behind TSP council on Regional Security, which played a key role in stopping invasions in TSP, and also honors influential nations in TSP, who are the only nations that can participate,
Applauding that Tsunamy can run a strong, stable democracy without restricting rights, while leaving it fairly necrotic, so not to diminish the power of previous delegates,
Noting that Tsunamy has been active in TSP for 14 years, in which Tsunamy ensured stability, activity, and success, and has had a variety of positions in TSP, including:
-Minister of Foreign Affairs
-Director of Intelligence
-Delegate (Twice); In which Tsunamy created new flags, amended election laws, Endorsed everyone Tsunamy could, and reformed the government as well as Tsunamy could
-Member of TSP's Council on Regional Security; In Which Tsunamy stopped a coup in 2013, 2016, and
-Spearhead of The South Pacifician Journalism; In which Tsunamy devoted time to gain NS news and broadcast it publicly;
-Administrator of TSPs forums, a gathering place for nations to discuss matters diplomatically, after the coup,
Amazed at Tsunamys dedication to settle debates diplomatically and rationally,
Noting that Tsunamy has been in TSP since 2003 and has spread democracy throughout the world,
Appalled that Tsunamy hasn't even been attempted to be commended yet, and the WA should recognize those who ensure world piece,
Hereby commends Tsunamy for inclusiveness, kindness, and bravery

Honestly I'm super confused on how to write a good SC commendation....

Right, last bit of serious advice. You have two options as I see it.
Option 1: Submit as is and either watch it sink without trace or if by some miracle it reached quorum, see it get shot down in flames. As written it will not pass. I can't imagine Tsu voting for this, it is that badly written.
Option 2: Go away for a week, leave it be and then come back to it with some fresh ideas. At the moment you keep coming back to it like a scab. And like a scab if you pick at it, it won't get better. It will still be here, we'll still be here, Tsu will still be here.
Writing any WA proposal is a marathon, not a sprint.

I'm thinking option two, Although, I'd like to see a miracle......
