War Report Office of the Reichspräsident May 26, 2022 Operation "Freistadt" Last night, KSK Forces were para-dropped into Danzig, one of the airplanes was hit in air by enemy forces, and several hundred troopers were scattered around the city, and are in partial disarray. Casualties are estimated to be in around 300, out of the nearly 1,200 dropped. However, Five Saschen-Class Cruisers provided naval assistance for the operation, and fired cruise-missiles into military and police barracks. They decimated several key military depots, and barracks. Fires from the missiles launched spread to some civilian areas, and those casualties are unknown. Our Frigates have also managed to blockade the port city, and will continue to damage infrastructure in the area. This operation, code-named "Freistadt" has significantly hindered the nation of Szczyt by decimating their only coastal territory, and now enables us to take larger military operations there. A force of nearly 50,000 is attacking from our North Prussian territory into northern Szczyt, the small, but technological advanced enemy army has severely damaged the capabilities of our mobile forces, nearly 600 of our Puma IFV's have been severely damaged, or destroyed. However our aerial support has assisted in maintaining marginal gains. Casualties are expected to be in the range of 2,000 to 3,500. Czech Offensive The Stroßtruppen Korps has managed to fully secure the Sudetenland, and our Mobile Army is now advancing on Prauge. The Mobile Army has faced severe tank on tank combat from the Walgreensian forces in Bohemia, losing 30 tanks in the past few weeks. However our aerial forces have proven effective in assisting our land forces, and have done well to counter Walgreensian tanks and artillery in Bohemia and Moravia. Bombings have now arrived in Prauge, and our fighter-bombers are targeting key industrial and military centers. Reichspräsident Johann Erdeburg |
