You know, there's a reason people tend to avoid the forums here. There are many people who are quite rude to authors, and they instead want to do private drafting. Is this that wrong?
I'm sorry, but demanding basic standards to receive my personal approval is my prerogative. I have yet to see a decent proposal come to vote without a drafting process, and I doubt I ever will. Drafting has an essential role in providing time for players to offer input, suggestions, or criticism before submission to the proposal queue. This results in not only a less illegal proposal, but one that is better written in nearly every way. If you are so disinterested in what voters have to say about your draft, then I question why you should expect support at all.
Is there a "you need a draft rule?"
No, but there should be.
