I kinda picked her first name for two reasons. It fit her image, and I find it a hilarious mental image whenever her name is used. People hear Riko, they hear Rico, and imagine an Italian/Spanish guy, waiting to go Chuck Norris on them like Rico from Just Cause. Then they go in and see 'White Jasmine Child' lazing around.

Secret Identity: Rodrigo Montoya
Alias: Siren
Age: 22
Personality: He's not an especially nice guy, more selfish than anything else, yet he does have a conscience, and feels remorse for his actions. He's typically more an introvert (which is a highly flawed term), and his powers made him even more so, as he's rather be alone than hurt anyone else, even if he had to. However, he fears death, and his selfishness makes him kill rather than be killed, even with the remorse. He also tends to not stay too long with one thing, and rather prefers not to make any commitments, except when necessary.
Appearance: Rodrigo is tall, yet quite skinny, being 6'1" tall and weighing 150 pounds. He's slightly tan, with black hair and green eyes. He prefers to wear casual clothing, and only rarely will you ever catch him in a suit or the like. He also does not have an outfit, like most superheroes/villains. His hair is also pretty unkempt.
Meta type: Inhuman
Affiliation: None, though during the jailbreak he will likely go with the society.
Powers/Skills: Siren Call: When he sings, his voice is naturally alluring, and will draw in most humans. Certain traits may exclude them from it.
Energy Drain: If he surprises an unsuspecting victim, he can over the course of several minutes drain the life out of them. Once he has drained their life, they die, their body taking on the appearance of someone who has died from old age. He, on the other hand, is temporarily invigorated, gaining increased speed and strength for a time. However, for this amount of time he also takes on some of the personality traits of his victim, which can be a bane or boon. For instance, if his victim were particularly fearful, he would become timid, and prefer to retreat rather than fight. If his victim were a good, kind person, he'd begin to feel even more remorse for his actions (because at this point, he still does even without this...). Finally, each time he feeds he becomes more monstrous, both in appearance and personality. Each time he feeds, he becomes more savage and primal, feeling less worse about his actions. He recognizes this, and this is the part of his powers that scares him the most. Though he has not realized it yet, this absorption of people's lives does grant him effective immortality. If he is injured and then drains someone, he heals all but the most grievous wounds, though if he has suffered something like a brain injury or loses a limb, it would take multiple drainings to heal himself fully, and adverse effects may still linger (such as brain damage if he's suffered a brain injury). He has never drained someone with powers before, so he does not know if it is possible nor what it would do.
Weaknesses: His energy drain and siren call have quite a few downside. Once he uses his siren call, he becomes hoarse and is unable to use it again until he feeds (by draining someone) or he waits several hours. The fact that his energy drain takes several minutes makes him quite vulnerable to interference, as if the contact is broken, the entire process is as if it had never happened, his victim unaffected. Additionally (other than the other downsides inherent in the powers section, such as the personality inheritance), he has a dependency on this feeding, at the least he has to drain someone once a weak or he begins to age at a greatly accelerated rate. This means keeping him in captivity for an extended period of time is merely sentencing him to death. However, once he begins to feed again, he slowly regains his former youthful vigor. If someone is able to injure him enough he can still die, and if he's injured badly with no one around to drain, he can easily die.
Backstory: Rodrigo was more or less just an average guy. He was born to a middle class family, so he had what he needed, but wasn't spoiled. His father ran a small, yet successful business, and his mother worked for NASA. Neither of his parents were available all that much, but they were around enough to raise him like any respectable parent would. But, he never really took to the life lessons they taught him, nor what he learned in school. He preferred to take it easy, and not put a true commitment into his work. His parents would not have any of it, and got him into shape, and he managed to do quite well in school, and get into a decent college.

He was two years into college when it all happened. He wasn't the safest driver, but this wasn't his fault. He was crossing an intersection when he had a green light, and a pickup came speeding through and t-boned him. The crash seriously injured him, and he wasn't likely to survive. There was a single nurse in the room, keeping an eye on him in case she needed to do anything, when his body made a sudden movement. Surprised, she approached him, and suddenly his arm reached out, snatching hers, and bringing her closer. Rodrigo's eyes opened, and he slowly regained consciousness. When he had full control of himself again, he realized he was uninjured, but there was a nurse dead on the floor.

From that point on, he was running, always running. Running from himself, running from what he was becoming, and running from the authorities. He quickly realized what he powers did, to him, to others, but he was too scared of himself, and especially of what he remembered from that night, the slow dying, to stop, to think for a moment. For nearly two years he continued like this, always on the move, trying to stay under the radar and kinda managing. He knew that there were others out there like him, but he thought they'd put him down like a dog with rabies. So he couldn't stop. Little did he know that they had been tracking him for a while, and only his erratic movements, his unwillingness to stay in any one place for an extended amount of time, had kept him out of their grasp for this amount of time. Finally, though, they saw a pattern, of him never visiting the same city twice, and after a few failed guesses they finally caught him.

However, they did none of the things he expected them to do, and in doing so almost forced him into a fate worse than straight out death. They fitted him with an "inhibitor", a device that kept him from using his powers. But it didn't stop the constant decay of his body, the slow and inevitable descent towards oblivion. They shipped him off to the Rock, and it's now his third week there (as of the start of the IC), his death always continuing.

Looks good, but there is the problem with factions. Only the Society was involved with the leauge, fighting them. The Syndicate, was not able to fully rise to power until the Society vanished. Though it had existed long before that. will be accepted once that is sorted out.
