And Tom Clancy Endwar was good and came out on consoles and was clearly designed for them in mind. Although it's not a strict RTS, with it's camera angle being focused entirely on the unit. But I think it counts.

When it comes to the big PC exclusive titles, there is stuff like Europa Universalis, Half Life series (Those are PC exclusive, right?), all dem RTS games, Cities: Skylines, and...I can't really think of many big exclusives in the realm of some of the console ones, because those types of games are usually multi platform, but there are quite a lot. And mod support. Mod support is always best if the game works for it.

EndWar seems more like a tactical combat game than RTS.

I guess it depends on where you draw the line. It was in real time and did involve strategy like a typical RTS and the scalealthough small was still decent, but it was also radically different in terms of how you control and command your units.

Endwar falls under the RTT Genre. It differs from RTS that it lacks base building and resource management and forces you to manage a selection of units rather than a larger mass produced army.

In my experience most of the more successful RTS games get ported to consoles. I played many on 360. Yeah, I was mostly asking about titles that could count as 'killer apps' I suppose. Things to compete with games like Halo for XBox, Uncharted for Playstation or Legend of Zelda for Nintendo. That I why I remarked that Blizzard seemed to be the biggest developer of those stand out titles on PC.
I entirely forgot mod support. That comes up quite often when discussing games with a PC gamer.Eol Sha wrote:EndWar seems more like a tactical combat game than RTS.
Endwar is a 'RTT' or 'Real Time Tactics' game.

I feel like I want to disagree since I feel that's too restrictive, but I don't want to come off as looking like I'm shoving a incorrect peg into a hole.
So I guess I'll just shrug much shoulders.

How many PC exclusives are there?
Blizzard games are the biggest IPs exclusive(most of the time) to PC. So aside from games like WoW, Overwatch and Starcraft I just don't know what I would want a PC for exclusive wise. LoL or Counterstrike maybe?

A lot. Far more than any of us could list.
And if I did try to list them, it would certainly take up far more space than reasonable for a single post.
Blizzard games aren't even really relevant anymore - their fanbase is pretty secluded from the rest of the PC sphere. Same thing with DOTA and whatnot.
But there are a HUGE amount of PC exclusives (like real, AAA exclusives) that never make it to consoles.
Here's a tiny list of just the ones I've had contact with, in rough alphabetical order:
The ARMA series.
Every decent Paradox game (Crusader Kings, Europa Universalis, Victoria, Hearts of Iron/Darkest Hour, Stellaris, etc.)
The Baldur's Gate series.
Cities: Skylines.
The Civilization series.
Command & Conquer.
Company of Heroes.
The Democracy series.
The Total War series.
EVE Online, possibly the largest game in history in terms of scale.
Fallout and Fallout 2.
FTL: Faster Than Light.
Game Dev Tycoon.
Automation.
Insurgency.
Kerbal Space Program.
The Neverwinter Nights series.
The Rise of Nations series.
Rollercoaster Tycoon, sparing the random ports to phones and whatnot that weren't part of the main series.
The Sims.
Simcity and all the other various sim- games EA made (like SimSafari, Simant, etc.)
Sins of a Solar Empire.
The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series.
The Stanley Parable.
Star Citizen, whenever it releases.
Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Starsiege: Tribes, Tribes 2, and Tribes: Ascend.
System Shock and System Shock 2.
The Trackmania series.
Most of the Unreal Tournament series.
The X series, the latest of which was X Rebirth.
And that's only those released in the last couple decades. If you go back to before Generation VI consoles, the PC was the primary platform of video game releases, and you have an enormous list of games that never made it over. And then there's all the early games, such as the entire infocom collection, when "cross platform" meant releasing on different types of PCs.
In reality, even the list of PC exclusives that are "worth playing" dwarfs the total exclusive list of every other console by a full order of magnitude or more. And this isn't even mentioning how many games are essentially exclusive due to being significantly better on PC than other platforms, such as Counter-Strike or the Elder Scrolls series.

Appreciate the list, that is about what I was looking for. I may take a look at some of those games listed just to get some idea of Exclusive content. Some of them I have heard of like Star Wars the Old Republic and Sins of a Solar Empire.
But there are a couple entries I wouldn't really consider as exclusive as franchises like Command and Conquer has had several releases on consoles. Even Tiberium Dawn got a port to 64(I do not know why) And even though I love that series, I don't think it's relevant anymore since Tiberium Twilight.
The Sims has had a dozen console releases as well. All the way back to gen VI I think.
And while Fallout and Fallout 2 are exclusive, the series is multi plat now.
But I do appreciate the list and will take a look at some of the ones that look interesting to me like Sins of a Solar Empire.

Mobile FTL is great. You can respond to things more quickly and it just flows so well. Unfortunately you lose your hard earned ships if you delete the app.

Some mobile games are fun as hell. But in my opinion the platform is not primarily designed for gaming. And I feel as if for most users playing on mobile is just something to tide you over until you get back to your XBox One or PC.
I don't think anyone really chooses mobile as their 'platform of choice'.

That's true. With school and a new job mobile gaming is about all I have time for now.
Of course dedicated portable consoles also fill that role.
