Ramsey's been very good, Myles Jack's pretty good, and Dante Fowler Jr's pretty good, too. They've drafted well recently.

Fowleris average. He has 4 sacks in two seasons and 32 tackles. Jack is above average but was a second rounder, not a first round bust, Ramsey actually is good

He was a good punter in college.

Roberto Aguayo was a good kicker in college and got picked in the second round, but had a rocky season in his rookie year. Special-teamers aren't guaranteed to do well if they had an impressive college career.

Why did the Jags think the QB with a noodle arm is a better choice than a ferocious pass-rushing defensive lineman?

Jack was drafted injured though is the thing. If I'm correct, he didn't play a full season, and Im willing to bet that he's only going to get better.

He could also pull a Blake Bortles and after a good season become garbage.
But I'll give that to the Jags, Myles Jack was a good pick, especially considering that they were able to see talent even though he was injured

In three years, we'll see the full extent of the recent draft picks the Jags made. Fowler hasn't met his potential yet because of a freak injury in rookie camp, but we'll see.

As we all know, the Miami Dolphins went 14-0, defeated the Steelers in the AFC Championship, and then defeated the Redskins in the Super Bowl, going 17-0 and becoming the only team ever to go undefeated.

Is there any team that has a serious possibility of going 16-0 and then winning the Super Bowl anytime soon?

Probably not. Everyone loses a game or two sometimes.

Away: Steelers, Bucs, Saints, Raiders, Broncos, Bills, Dolphins, Jets
Home: Texans, Panthers, Falcons, Chargers, Chiefs, Bills, Dolphins, Jets

IMO here are toughest opponents: Raiders, Chiefs, Broncos, Steelers

Epic prediction: I think the Falcons will pull an NFC South and have a horrid season like the Panthers did post SB 50.

They'll beat the Steelers by two scores, the Bucs by at least two scores, Brandin Cooks will haul in 2 or 3 TDs against the Saints, Raiders are iffy, they'll smack the Broncos, the Bills can't beat them with Brady at the helm, Dolphins always seem to play them tough, Jets play them tough with Fitzpatrick, but they don't have him anymore so...

If the Texans get Romo, that'll be one hell of a game. The Panthers will get steamrolled, so will the Falcons and Chargers. Chiefs could give them some trouble.

The worst I see them going is 12-4, assuming the Dolphins can take one game and the Texans can get Romo. If those two things don't happen, there's still KC and the Raiders.

But at the same time, with Stephon Gilmore and two stud recievers now in Cooks and Julian, that team's going to be hard to beat.

Failcans gonna fail again, yes.

I was going to say that the Saints did that after WINNING their super bowl, but then I realised that they were actually good for a few years. Then came three years of 7-9.

You know, they could have beat the Titans, but we just had the better QB in 2015...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vMZinwnPrVY

Did anyone else watch the week 1 game in 2015? Titans @ Buccaneers? The Titans looked ready to win the super bowl.

The Dolphins and Jets sometimes put up fights or just collapse in on themselves. This season the Dolphins fought hard both games and the Jets fought hard for one game. The Bills won one game because of no Brady and got smacked in the next.
Depends on what dolphins or jets team comes out on the field

That is if they don't break the bank and go after Garappolo.

Why on Earth do that? Garappollo is a free agent in 2018 and he'll be plenty easier to obtain then. It's not like the Browns are on the verge of playoff contention if they get Jimmy for 2017. Keeping all those draft picks and then signing him a year from now is the smartest move. In the meantime they'll see what Osweiler's got.

It's pretty hard to get worse when you just went 1-15.
Two first rounders and two second rounders this year, one first rounder and three second rounders next year

Even the fucking Browns aren't that stupid. Their GM wants to keep his job. Waiting til 2018 and getting him for nothing is their plan. Keeping those picks is a no brainer.

However, as a Raven fan I'd like to see them gut wound themselves as many times as possible. I just don't see it happening.

What better way to go 1-15 again and get the number one pick. If they do that enough they'll get something out of it in the 2020s ....possibly.

No, they won't. They'll draft frikkin' Joshua Dobbs or something number 1. XD

Actually, I'd take Trever Knight in like round 4 or something. He's the most athletic non-JJ Watt/Mariota/Gronk/Edelman/you get the point white guy that I've ever seen. XD

Yeah but I think you could put a blind man at quarterback and get fewer interceptions.

Not great at Jacksonville, maybe, but he's been more than serviceable at Tampa. 42.7 yard NPA which was pretty adequate for them all year.

Yeah but I think you could put a blind man at quarterback and get fewer interceptions.

Not great at Jacksonville, maybe, but he's been more than serviceable at Tampa. 42.7 yard NPA which was pretty adequate for them all year.

Says the one who defended Deshaun Watson's 17 picks. Trever knight had 7 interceptions last year (on about 200 less attempts, granted), fewer yards per attempt, ya da ya, but on significantly less than twice the amount of attempts, Watson put up well over twice as many picks. Knight was also a better, and is a faster, runner. I didn't say he was going to be a star or anything, but he's my fave QB in this draft, at least. XD

GreatestBanks wrote:It's pretty hard to get worse when you just went 1-15.

People say that deflategate was real and say that the Patriots cheat but nobody remembers that the Ravens, Steelers, and Bengals all get 3 bye weeks a year.
