Losing Something You’ve Never Had

Anxious was I when I was to meet her
That body, that smile, that attitude, that grace
Oblivious if I’m worthy of being loved by her
My mind, forever stuck on that face
But meet her I did

Afraid was I when I was to touch her heart
A heart of gold, with snow-white purity
My hand, shaking in the thought of tearing it apart
Unholy it would be to desecrate such beauty
But touch her heart I did

Nervous was I of loving her
A man of worth questionable, a woman of craft divine
Was I Mr. Right, self-questioned I, for her?
Even the sun her beauty did multitudes outshine
But love her I did

Fearing was I of losing her
Losing this great a chance for a love so pure and rare
Was I losing her, was I winning her over, was I truly loving her?
And never had my heart been torn by such daunting a dare
For lose her I did

Tears soak my towel as I lament, chapter 4 verse 9
Luckier are they who die by the blade
(For their pain fades at death’s haste)
Than those who die under hunger’s shade
(For into their inner void they painfully waste)

What I lost, I never had

Pixel Woman

The woman with golden eyes, golden hair, golden skin
How I wish I could love her, marry her, into my heart let her in
Every night, naught of love, marriage at night, divorce at day
A pixel woman may she be, at night I lay with, wake up I, divorced and lonely by day

Of finest carving and of finest creation on a screen
The glow of a bombard of colors red, blue, and green
Sharing love and lust, pixel and flesh combine one
A forbidden love, where love a sweet illusion has won

If only knew I, this woman can’t wipe my tears
If only knew I, this woman whispers not love to my ears
Everything will be fine, if from her I can find freedom for my life
But I only come back to the sour, bittersweet, salty blade of strife

Everything will be okay, only if from her I can escape
To the place where I am united in love with fellow flesh
Everything will be alright, only if from her I can escape
To where love a bittersweet reality has won

In memory of my most recent relapse into porn, I reused a poem that I wrote back when I was Palmyrion. This shit's simply spiraling down to something worse. Porn-binging till 12 was never worth it and I woke up today, tired as fuck, with a slightly aching throat, and a slightly aching back.

BTW, this was one of the poems I wrote while crying.

Solace from Bitter Romance

Loved, wounded, scarred
Time may all wounds heal
God may heal such a heart marred
But the pain is real

Loved, wounded, scared
The painful searing of my wounds yet to unburn
God will bind up such searing wounds because He cared
But the searing would for long burn

Loved, wounded, mended
For Jehovah, Allah, God, He the brokenhearted healed
And the painful searing of their scars He ended
And the souls return, renewed and healed
