May I please write an IC communiqué to the administration of this alliance regarding potential pathways for the ASDR in eventually becoming a member of this organisation?
Our government would be willing to admit advisers and observers to help with and supervise any necessary reforms to ensure democracy and human rights are respected, in addition to entering negotiations regarding trade deals (our government would be willing to alleviate many protectionist measures, excluding limited areas which are deemed to have a strategic value).
