So does that mean i can have two frag grenades plus Carapace Armor? Or one Frag, one Flash and Carapace?

Carapace Armor does not take up a spot (I merely wanted your armor type posted in GEAR in case I ever need to verify what sort of protection you have should an engagement be going against you). As such, things that make sense you can pack a double of (two Frags for example). Things that wouldn't make sense (Nano-Fiber Vest, Thermal Goggles, etc.) you only need one of so don't waste your extra slot.

"HEY VIP! JUMP THE HELL OUT OF YOUR WINDOW AND WE'LL CATCH YOU!"

Nah, will edit post later. Similarly using a pistol since it's the default and there's no changing of equip aboard Skyranger :p

Will the VIP in this mission acts like VIP in XCOM or VIP in Counter-Strike (has a pistol)?

If you need another team member:
Name: John Elliston
Nickname: "Hunter"
Age: 38
...............
Sex: Male
Nationality: Australian-American
Appearance:
- 6"1
- Black hair
- Grey eyes
- Caucasian
- Well muscled/built

Rank: Squaddie
Class: Sniper
Weapon: AX338
Gear:
- Grappling Hook
- Goggles, Thermal

Previous Assignment:
Current rank: Petty Officer First Class (E-6)
- Intelligence Specialist, U.S Navy, 2 years [1994-1996]
- SEAL Team Three (USCENTCOM/Middle East), 7 years [1996-2005]
- SEAL Team Six (Anti-terror/WORLDWIDE), 5 years [2005-2010]
- FBI Hostage Rescue Team (Hostage Rescue/domestic), 4 years [2010-present]

Skills:
- U.S Navy SEAL training
- SEAL sniper training
- Proficient in shooting a variety of sniper rifles
- Physically fit

Weakness:
- Not used to short-ranged combat
- Has never fought aliens before

Personality:
The following is a report from Dr. Markus Eton, U.S Navy Bureau of Personnel. Please note that this report is marked CLASSIFIED

After conducting extensive interviews with Petty Officer Elliston, I now have the information needed to complete his personality assessment.

John Elliston is a very remarkable individual. He has a very bright mind and very analytical. Despite his years of being a U.S citizen, PO1 Elliston has not lost his Australian accent, which he says the laides find charming. PO1 Elliston plays chess regularly as a mental exercise and can usually be seen playing against his teammates (though he mostly wins).

PO1 Elliston gets along well with other people and is noted to have a cheerful demeanor and positive outlook. People he has served with in the past often remark on his friendliness and kindness. Petty Officer Elliston has a remarkable record, psychologically. Despite his service record and the number of operations he has participated in, PO1 Elliston still maintains his positive personality. Of course, this isn't to say that he doesn't suffer from any problems . He still struggles with the morality of the lives that has taken, but he has learned to put aside these reservations for the sake of the mission(s) he is tasked with.

Also of note is the effect of his parents death. While he has mostly recovered from their loss, he still misses them. Petty Officer Elliston always visits their graves whenever he is States-side and manages to leave flowers every now and then.

OFFICIAL ASSESSMENT: PO1 Elliston is cleared for further active duty.

Bio:
Born on May 5th, 1976 to Australian parents living in Sydney, Australia; John Elliston spent the first 8 years of his life living in Sydney, living the life of an ordinary child. The, in 1984, he and his parents immigrated to the United States and became citizens. The Ellistons settled down in the rural region of south Texas, where they lived on a small farm. It was here where John would live out the rest of his childhood. Early on, John excelled in his studies. His highly analytical and bright mind won him many scholarly accolades. He played chess, joined his school's swimming team, and regularly participated in the local shooting club. His proficiency with a rifle was well known locally, thanks to years of practice bestowed upon him by his father.

John graduated from high school, in 1994, with full honors. Most people expected him to attend an Ivy League college or something similar; this was not the case. Instead, John revealed that he had enlisted in the U.S Navy, right under everyone's noses. At first, his parents were furious. They demanded that he withdraw his enlistment. A defiant John refused to do so. In the end, the Elliston's respected John's decision and supported him. John "shipped-out" in July of 1994 to bootcamp, where he spent a number of weeks in basic training. After bootcamp, John was sent to California to receive training as an Intel Specialist; he received a Top Secret security clearance as a result. john served 2 years as an IS until he requested a transfer into the SEAL program. He was accepted and spent about a month in the elite SEAL school known as BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL). Despite the school's high dropout rate, John survivied and was granted official status as a Navy SEAL.

Sadly, his parents would not live to celebrate John's success for long. Both were killed in a vehicle accident while vacationing in New York during the summer of 1996; two weeks after John graduated from BUD/S. John sold the family farm soon afterward and was then assigned to SEAL Team Three as an Operator. John and his unit mostly trained other nation's SpecOps units and completed routine training missions. Bored with the routine, John applied and was accepted into the SEAL Sniper School. He arrived at the school and began training in the winter of 2000.

At the school, John learned everything he needed to know about being a sniper. He learned how to calculate wind speed, how to judge distances more accurately, the different rifles used by the U.S military and their specs; and so on. He graduated in February of 2001, only to be sent back with Team Three on more training missions. Then, in September, that all changed. The 9/11 attacks soon led to a U.S-led war on terror, and suddenly John found his skills in high demand. Sent into the Middle East during the Iraq war of 2003, John and SEAL Team Three was tasked with hunting down high-value targets and eliminating/capturing them. From 2003-2005, John and his unit captured or killed over 35 HVT's, with John earning the nickname "Hunter" by his fellow squadmates. In January of 2006, John was transferred to the terrorist-hunting SEAL Team Six. From there, he was sent into Afghanistan to hunt down Taliban leaders. From 2006-2009, John racked up an impressive 40 kills in those three years alone. However, he did not participate in the raid on Osama Bin Laden's compound, much to John's disappointment.

In early 2010, John accepted a unique job offer to join with the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team. He would still be attached to SEAL Team Six (now know as Naval Special Warfare Development Group), but he would effectively be working for the FBI. John spent 6 months in training at the FBI Academy at Quantico, where he received HRT training. From 2010-2012, John worked with the HRT as a sniper. Fellow team members often praised his quick trigger finger and accurate firing, saying that he saved many lives during the HRT's missions. In December of 2012, John was asked to train future HRT snipers, a job that he eagerly accepted. He works there today as a senior sniper instructor.

The current mission just started, so if you so desire I could switch out an NPC for you. Also, Malik's nickname has officially been changed from "Prophet" to "Eight Ball" on the Roster.

Nickname:Poignard
Age: 28
Sex: Female
Nationality: French
Appearance:
Standing at 5’2”, Marie is not the tallest by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, she’s very, very short by most standards, especially if one takes into account her background. This stated, she’s about as physically fit as one of her size can get, which sadly does not mean bulging musculature much to her dismay. However, Marie does run quite often and trains daily, giving a great amount of physical stamina, along with minor Kendo. Her skin is rather dark, due to heritage, and Marie has dark brown hair.

Marie wears, while not in-uniform, an olive green or dark blue t-shirt along with a pair of dark blue jeans. Her choice of footwear is about as utilitarian and simple as it gets, with a pair of gray sneakers. She wears a dark brown belt along with this. In terms of jewelry, Marie wears little, as befits a soldier. She owns a little necklace, with a steel chain and stainless steel pendant, along with another necklace with a .50 BMG round casing from a rather eccentric boyfriend while abroad. A thin bangle, made from dark, engraved oak, is worn on her right hand, with a watch on the left.

- French Army, 4 years [2004-2008] deployed to Iraq
- GIGN (EPIGN), 4 years [2008-2012]
- GIGN (Détachement GSPR), 2 years [2012-2014]

Weakness:
    - Physically, she can carry someone. She will not, however, be placing highly in any arm-wrestling competitions. Base strength is lower than normal, though for the most part Marie compensates with greater training.
    - Unexperienced, completely, in engaging alien forces. Simply put, Marie might have read the rosters and the infographs but she’s never been face-to-face with one of the buggers. She’s used to human targets and probably, in all likelihood, will deal with them like human targets. Whether or not that will go well is up in the air.
    - Diplomatically inept, Marie has trouble with negotiating. It simply wasn’t her strong suit in life, nor did it seem to come naturally; she was more concerned with medical methods and keeping her skills sharp than the other ways. It simply seemed to be the more pertinent of the two and Marie didn’t have time for both at most points. As such, negotiation techniques are bland to state the least, along with often being forced.

Personality:
Marie is the sort of person you’d expect to be a marine; ruthless, ambitious, and seeing herself as proven, she’s a hardass. Stemming from a childhood of being the “little flower”, she’s kind of gotten tired of that diatribe and instead views it as a necessity to prove the stereotypes, or at least the ideas that she can’t do anything, wrong. A strong, independent woman if one ever was seen. Protective, Marie cares about her fellow soldier. To her, an operation isn’t a success unless everyone is very much alive after everything's said and done. She enjoys socializing, talking and knowing her comrades, though isn’t a drinker. Size makes alcohol a bit more potent than normal and she dislikes the lack of control.

Bio:
Born in Normandy, in a little town on the coast of France, Marie’s life was a little one at first. Everyone knew everyone, everyone knew to look away from the tourists or direct them to the special stores, everyone knew not to play in that one field because they were still finding German, American, British bombs from the World War. It was a little town. Her father was ex-Legion, a big man whose voice could clear-out halls it was so loud, whose hugs were, in Marie’s mind, best. After his time in the French Foreign Legion he had settled in France, having fallen in love with both the culture and a French woman. Her mother was perhaps the harshest taskmaster of all.

In school, she excelled, though never found it to have substance. The grades came, and they were all high marks, but it never felt like anything. High marks meant average marks, in her mind, the normal thing and the standard. Looking for more of a challenge, a way to prove herself to be better than the rest, Marie got into athletics, running Track and even Wrestling. It was most definitely hard and one of the most rewarding things she had done.

Having a father be Ex-Legion made the French Army a nearly ideal choice. Her father loved France and that love simply trickled-down to Marie, that patriotism and idealism. There was that, but also the fact that it simply seemed to be a good choice. While Marie had high scores and could go to University, she had little interest to do so; it simply did not appeal to her and she couldn’t find anything that really, truly stuck with her. The only thing she could see was money, in each, and by money was the only thing she could measure them with. And so, Marie went into the Army, finding that medical work was far more interesting than being a simple soldier. Helping people, maybe that was her calling, she thought. Maybe.

Marie would be deployed to Iraq, one of the 3,200 unlucky souls of the French Army to do so, and found it to be a hellish place. Half her patients were IED victims, people without legs and screaming so, so much. People who would never move right again. People who never really would be normal again. At first she broke-down, unable to go and move. It was all too much, too much that she didn’t want to see, too many eyes she didn’t want to meet. Some of them were dead before they knew it, their eyes filled with the hope that maybe they could move-though this hellhole, go back home, something, anything. The psychologist helped, the idea that maybe Marie could save them for treatments later. After all, things were moving-forth in that field. Maybe she could make a difference. Marie would develop a shield, to all of it, in her years in Iraq.

She would excel, or rather do her job, there. Saving people, that’s what she did, sometimes when being shot at. An offer was extended to her, sometime in 2008, to join the EPIGN, the Parachute Intervention Squadron of the National Gendarmerie, once she had left the Army. A fun whole name, yes, but they were elite. They were a part of the GIGN, too, the kinds of people some looked up to and others looked down on. The kinds of people who saved people. Marie’s time in the EPIGN was mercifully quiet, though. They weren’t deployed often. After that time, she would join the Détachement GSPR, protecting the President of France.

Since then, an offer was extended to join XCOM. Marie accepted.

Personality:

Bio: Son of a Serbian couple, Milosevich enters military service in late 1980s. While his parents espouse strong Serbian sentiment, he is commited to Yugoslavian unity. That is, until all hell break loose, beginning when the Ten Day War happens. When Bosnia and Croatia also declare independence, the disillusioned corporal had enough. His name soon appears in a unit that happens to operate near Srebrenica, Sarajevo, Stupni Do and many other places, many of them happens to be sites of massacres. However, it's unknown whether he participate actively or not participating at all.

XCOM took interest after he rose quickly in Serbian Army ranks during and after the war. After many debates and consideration, especially since he was considered too high ranked and experienced to be a field soldier, it's decided that he'll be the head of the Base Guard instead.

The strong rules over the weak
And the weak are ruled by the strong
