Dear Lord March,

I AM pleased to confer His Majesty's approval of a Madrinetan embassy in Lendert-proper-with-Cadell-upon-Nort. Gresdentor House, located at 2 Martincheap, has been approved for the mission's usage. It is four storeys tall with a modest garden. Coal, firewood and lamp-oil is provided by the Parliament and Martincheap Coalmerchants and is delivered weekly. Running water is available, as is gas provided by Southern Gas. There is no electricity supply currently, however a connection with the Castle Street Electrical Company is possible.

Gresdentor House is located near to the Great Palace, a famous art museum established in the 17th century by King William III to house his collection of paintings and statues. Now, it is opened to the public from Monday to Thursday, and is one of the most visited attractions in Lendert. I hope that you will take some time when you arrive to visit it.

I wish you good luck as the Ambassador to Great Nortend and hope that we will be able to improve diplomatic relations between our two countries.

For your information, this incident went last month as Nortans are protesting against President Rodrigo Santillan of his war against drugs and his use of "extrajudicial killings" as his weapon to solve it in 3-6 month-duration that results in human rights violations.

Since that incident, one citizen thrown a grenade in the Embassy Building, leaving Her Excellency, Ambassador Rosalina Javier and her children wounded and also employees of the embassy.

So, further resolving this problem, by the authority of the President, hereby recalling Her Excellency, Ambassador Rosalina Javier, Ambassador of the Honorable Commonwealth of Pekweng to permanent status and substitute His Excellency Mateo Poblacion to the post.

In further reply, we will wish your notification on this matter.

I am distressed to hear of the egregious actions of HM subjects and strongly condemn any violence towards the Commonwealth. The matter will indubitably be presently investigated by the City Constabulary with the utmost urgency. I wish Her Excellency, her family and her staff all the best in their recovery. His Majesty the King has informed me of his wish that any medical treatment be paid by him and that he hopes this will not damage our diplomatic relations.

His Majesty the King has accepted the replacement of Her Excellency with His Excellency Mateo Poblacion and hopes that he should not be the victim of any more attacks. Extra police presence has been organised along Dund Street and I fervently pray that the matter will be soon dealt with.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Court finds the Respondent guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime

in Nortainland, is hereby closed, pursuant to the provisions of the RA 3465 as follows:

"...any member/employee of a diplomatic mission found to be undesirable for any reason whatsoever,
will be labeled as a persona-non-grata, and immediately deported."

The Court, also orders, that Her Excellency, Ambassador Rosalina Javier and her immediate family be recalled
within 72 hours and be subjected to judicial hearings and the custody of the said diplomatic post be replaced by
His Excellency Mateo Poblacion.

The embassy has taken receipt of the most recent letter from the Secretary of Foreign Affairs. It understands and acknowledges the reasons for the suspension and apologises on behalf of His Erbonian Majesty and the rest of the Kingdom for these atrocities commited against the Commonwealth of Pekweng.

The Commissioner of the City Police Constabulary has informed the Foreign Office three suspects have been arrested and currently being held in custody and shall inform the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Pekweng of further developments.

I AM pleased to inform you HM the King has accepted your proposal to establish a diplomatic mission in Great Nortend. He also graciously accepts the Government's Order of Honour, however regretfully believes it impossible to bestow a Nortan honour upon the Government in return.

His Majesty has approved the premises at 5 Cheese Street, Lendert-proper-with-Cadell-upon-Nort for use by the Soviet Polsol mission. Coal and firewood is provided by Holfirk Lighting Co., gas by Southern Gas and there is running water. The building is five storeys tall, and the top two floors can be converted for the use of the Ambassador and her husband.

On behalf of His Majesty the King, and the Government of Great Nortend, I wish the Ambassador all the best in Great Nortend and hope that our diplomatic relations will be strengthened.

Biography: Kelsa, of Tribe Pethi, left her tribe at the age of 25 ostensibly so that she could "see the world Her Divine Glory gifted to us". She embarked upon a foreign language course at Her Place of Learning, Sheoth, and qualified in written and spoken English four years later. On reaching this qualification she applied for a translator vacancy at Her Court's newly-formed Her Embassies department, and was accepted.

She quickly rose through the ranks of the poorly-staffed organisation, and was offered a course on foreign diplomacy, funded by her employers. After this she was posted as an Assistant Representative to the Brellachi mission in the Shrailleeni Empire, where her boss was so impressed at her ability to 'read between the lines' and form respectful relationships with foreign dignitaries that he recommended her for a promotion to become a full-fledged Her Representative - the Brellachi equivalent of an ambassador. If accepted, the mission to Nortainland will be her first assignment as a Representative.
