MPT-76 wasn't designed in 2005.

Turkey's SF uses the HK417 around this time however.

Changed it.

Appearance: Unusually tall for a Vietnamese, perhaps due to a lot of milk in childhood. About 5' 10", 170 pounds. Black hair in buzz cut; skin color is slightly darker than southern Chinese/northern Vietnamese but not as tan as Vietnamese peasant. Looks like this jarhead, but hair is much shorter. In combat, he wears the Special Operations variant of the Battle Dress Uniform and the Battle Dress Uniform with the scarlet beret on bases, when not on operations. (Combination of scarlet beret with BDUs here.)
Preferred Weapons:
Primary: M-4A1 5.56mm NATO SOPMOD carbine w/ rail interface system, foregrip, 4×32mm ACOG scope or Aimpoint CompM2 reflex sight, and AN/PEQ-5 aiming laser
Primary (alternate): Mk. 14 Mod 0 7.62mm NATO battle rifle w/ rail interface system, 1.5-5× Leupold Mk. 4 scope, and M14VFG vertical foregrip (though not always attached)
Secondary: Heckler and Koch Mk. 23
Previous military and/or law enforcement experience: Special Tactics Officer, 22nd Special Tactics Squadron, Joint Base Lewis-McChord
Specialization: As an Air Force Special Tactics Officer, Nguyen is expected to lead Pararescuemen, Combat Controllers, and Special Operations Weather teams in operations. He has skills in every field, save for aviation (though he has a private pilot's license), but works best with battlefield medicine and has a secondary skill in battlefield communications.
Education: Bachelor's in chemistry, United States Air Force Academy; Master's in chemistry, University of Washington
Biography: Like most Vietnamese in America who were 20 by the new millennium, Nguyen's parents came to the US fleeing the communist takeover of South Vietnam with their parents. He was born on July 19, 1977 in Little Saigon of the Chinatown-International District in Seattle, Washington, home to a growing Vietnamese population, to a lieutenant colonel in the former Army of the Republic of Vietnam and government secretary. Throughout his childhood, his father told him of stories of American soldiers who could summon death from above in the form of F-105s and F-4s—the communications specialists that included Combat Controllers. He aspired to be the one who brought death to the enemy from above. After relations between the US and Vietnam thawed in the mid 90s, the Nguyen family "went home" to Vietnam to visit family, where Jack learned the sights and sounds of Saigon—renamed Ho Chi Minh City—Nha Trang, and Hanoi. His already decent Vietnamese improved during his two-week vacation in Vietnam, allowing him to communicate to Vietnamese classmates flawlessly—unfortunately, a few of his teachers were also Vietnamese, which got him into trouble a few times.

In 1993, Jack started preparing for college despite having more than two years until graduating high school; he had a massive list prepared, which included the Air Force Academy, West Point, Naval Academy, University of Washington, and Bates Technical College. Congressman Jim McDermott (D-WA) nominated Nguyen to the Air Force Academy, which, after a long and arduous selection period, approved his appointment. During his time at the Academy, he made new friends and realized that he did not want to be a pilot—rather, he wanted to be a Special Tactics Officer. Upon graduating the Air Force Academy as part of the Class of 1999, he was sent to Lackland, Keesler, Fairchild, Fort Benning, and Pope for thirty-six and a half weeks of Initial Training with dual Pararescue/Combat Rescue and Combat Control training before an additional fifty-two weeks of Advanced Training at Fort Bragg, Yuma, and Panama City. When he earned the coveted scarlet beret in 2001, he had orders for Afghanistan. During his two-year deployment, Jack was deployed with a myriad of American and foreign special operations units, namely the 75th Ranger Regiment, Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU, better known as SEAL Team 6), British Special Air Service and Royal Marines, Canadian Joint Task Force 2, and German Kommando Spezialkräfte. He was involved with Operation: RHINO on the night of October 19th, 2001, the Battle of Mazar-i-Sharif on November 9th, and the Battle of Tora Bora in December of that year.

In 2002, he was attached with 10th Mountain Division when a Taliban ambush killed two Soldiers and wounded three others, including Nguyen himself. Despite a bullet in his shoulder, he returned fire and treated the most serious wound—a sucking chest—wound while requesting a medevac and air support, preferably in the form of A-10s as they terrified the Taliban greatly. When the HH-60 Pave Hawk carrying two PJs arrived, Nguyen directed them to work on the three wounded while he directed an A-10 from the 354th Fighter Squadron. The Taliban force, later confirmed to be numbering in the 100 to 200 range, retreated when the A-10 made two passes, the first one at nearly 400 miles per hour 100 feet above the ground, and the second one with a burst from its feared GAU-8/A 30mm cannon at a Taliban concentration. For his heroism, then-2nd Lieutenant Nguyen was awarded the Air Force Cross, the Air Force's second-highest award before the Medal of Honor, and was promoted to Captain.

In October 2003, Captain Nguyen completed his two-year stint in Afghanistan and returned home to his squadron at McChord Air Force Base. He considered leaving the Air Force in 2004, but planned to stay until 2010 or 2015 and completed his master's work in chemistry. In 2005, a mysterious international organization called the Peacekeepers approached him in an attempt to recruit him. After days of thinking, he accepted, but not before marrying his longtime girlfriend.
RP sample: A lot of active RPs in my region. Also participated in Rainbow 6 and the first Peacekeepers, but I guess those no longer exist.

Accepted.

Biography: Born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, 1982. Aziza was born into a wealthy family, her father being an Interpreter at the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and her mother being the business owner of several clothing stores.
Aziza lost her mother to suicide when she was just five years old, but growing up with only her father wasn't much of a problem for her. After her mother's death her father started to work from home so he could take care of Aziza as well. During her youth Aziza just went to school as any other and at home she learned several languages from her father, languages spoken in the country but not taught at school.
As Aziza grew older she started to wonder why her mother had committed suicide. At first her father refused to answer such questions but eventually he realized he could not avoid it forever. Aziza learned that an armed robbery had taken place at their house some two months after she started Kindergarten. Her mother had been home that afternoon and became the victim of assault and rape, something she never fully recovered from. Almost six months later she ended her life, tired of the nightmares and the endless fear. Aziza also learned that the assailants got away with their crime, a major reason as to why she joined the Almaty Police Academy a few years later.

After the three years of study and training she finally became a police officer and immediately requested to become a dog handler, partly because it would give her a confidence boost but also because she barely met the physical requirements at the time. For two years she roamed the streets with Aslan, her loyal companion and friend. Together they arrested many small-time criminals all over Almaty.

This wasn't enough for Aziza though as she was looking for the big-time criminals, like the ones that drove her mother to suicide all those years ago. Together with Aslan she joined the Special Police Force and started her hunt for the real criminals out there.
About a year later the country was looking for police officers who would like to be send overseas to train Iraqi police officers. Aziza joined up fairly soon as it would offer her something completely new and because it might take her mind away from finding those who she might never find.
Her first deployment to Iraq was like entering a whole new world for Aziza. She was there with just one other police officer, the others being soldiers. During these 14 months she trained the Iraqi police officers in the use of Pistols, Assault Rifles and she taught some special units on how to train and use dogs during their work. There was alot she learned during the deployment as the situation for police officers in Iraq was a whole lot different from the situation in Kazakhstan.
After a successful first deployment to Iraq Aziza signed up for another one a year later. Again she planned to head for Iraq for 14 months, but it turned out to be a much shorter trip. Almost four months had passed in Iraq when the training facility came under attack. Aziza fled towards one of the bunkers along with her colleague when a mortar shell exploded just a few meters away from them. Aziza fell to the ground and for a moment she could only hear a ringing sound and could only see dust around her. As she got on her knees she looked around and noticed that her colleague was fine, but as she looked further back she noticed Aslan laying on the ground and as her hearing returned she heard choking sounds coming from him. As fast as she could she crawled over to him, only to notice that there was nothing she could do for him. A piece of metal had penetrated his neck. Aslan died in Aziza's hands and was buried at the end of that day near the training facility.
Aziza flew back home a week later, unable to deal with the death of her companion.

For a few months Aziza stayed at home, barely leaving house. She suffered nightmares and was easily scared by loud noises. Her father noticed the suffering and took Aziza with him on a trip to China. Upon visiting the Forbidden City of China her father started to talk about how many times the country had fallen, and even though its many struggles it had become one of the worlds most powerful nations. It was a message, a message Aziza understood right away. She should continue with her old ambitions and even though times could be rough, as long as she kept pursuing them she would eventually reach them.

And so Aziza signed up at the Military Institute of Land Forces and chose to become a sniper, close enough to the action yet far enough from the blasts. It was a tough training for Aziza to complete but after two years she finally made it. Sadly she was too late for another deployment to Iraq as Kazakhstan had decided to withdraw all forces from the country by that time.
Four years long she served the army, up till the point she started to have enough of it. There was barely any action aside from capturing drug smugglers and the occasional anti-terrorist operation. It was time to move on once more.

She went back to the Military Institute of Land Forces and completed the one year training to become part of the Kokhzal, an elite unit responsible for major anti-terrorist operations as well as the protection of the president. It was there she finally found the place she was looking for. She and her colleagues became close friends early on and they even got her a special gift to welcome her into the unit, it was a puppy, an East-European Shepherd just like Aslan was. She and her colleagues spend as much time as possible with him to train him so he could be taken along on missions.

After almost a year in service the Kokhzal received news that Kazakhstan was going to deploy soldiers to several UN missions. It was an oppertunity she and her colleagues couldn't resist as it would give them a new experience that might help them during their usual missions.
In March 2014 Aziza, four of her colleagues and her dog Ayu got deployed to Liberia. Their job was to observe the UN mission in the country, a thing from which they could learn a lot. It was there she learned that her journey had not ended, she found a new love amongst the military, keeping the peace. She even started to miss being a simple police officer at some points. It was a rare thing these days for her to be able to just roam the streets and talk to the locals. She made many friends during her deployment, both foreign UN soldiers, Liberian soldiers as local people. Aziza grew especially close to the children there as they often came by to pet Ayu when they walked down the street. Still though, the deployment wasn't a vacation and Aziza spend most time sitting and lying on high grounds, covering the surrounding areas for the UN soldiers down below. Two times, with only three days in between, action had to be taken by Aziza and her colleagues as rebels threatened the safety of the UN soldiers and the local people.

After returning home from her deployment she told her father about her experience during the UN mission. The excitement pushed her father to tell her about the Peacekeepers, a relatively new special force within the UN. Even though her heart wanted to join up right away, it still took her almost two years to do it as she wasn't sure if she wanted to give up her great situation for the unknown.
Still she made the choice to do so and Aziza, along with her companion Ayu, embarked on a new ambition to bring some safety and security to the world.

I know that feel bro. Setting the RP in 2005 is just really stifling my creativity for whatever reason.

Education: 4 Years Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr

Biography:

Early Life
Alois was born as the first of three children to a young couple in a small town only a small drive from the nearby city of the Munich. His childhood home was relatively at ease for most of his early life lving outside of Munich. His father, Fredrick Fischer, grown up in the 1930-1940s leaving a large impact on his relative feelings towards Germany, both before and after WWII. These feelings would be spread throughout Alois' household in those early days, prompting the same level of affection for his great country as his father, and his father before him. The Fischer house was often very patrotic, often sporting German flags on the front lawn. Alois was even further influenced by the stories of his grandfather as he would recant the tales from his service in the Great War. It was then to little surprise young Alois took up history as a favored subject, with physical education and math trailing closely behind. He formed many of his opinions, and dreams, very early. Both inside and outside of the classroom he was a very dilgent and enlightened student, often taking matters into his own hands and taking creative approaches to situtations, although sometimes to the disarray of his teachers. Though despite the troubles he may have presented to his earlier teachers, he always kept above average grades in most subjects, yet science and foreign langugues, mainly english would often lag behind, as he didn't often see them fitting to learn.

Mid Life
Despite the strives and relative peacefulness of his earlier days, leading up to middle school, good times rarely last long, and Alois was no exception to the common trend. Around the time of his 13th birthday his father began to fall ill to cancer developing in his lungs. Most doctors blamed it on his expsosure to chemicals during his service in the French Foreign Legion during the First Inodchina War. It was a crushing blow not only to Alois, but to his family as well. It was a huge loss of income to his family, and forced him and his younger brother James(2 years) to begin picking up jobs just before he [Alois] entered into high school. Rather than relaxing with friends and family Alois often found himself splitting time between school work and occasional odd jobs, as he struggled to find and open job that fit with school hours. As much as he asked to quit school to support the family his mother prevented him, telling him to instead focus on his school work. Despite her pleads, Alois would often find himself cutting classes to take work or to watch over the family when his mother took long nights. It was during these troubling year or so that Alois' leadership traits began to shine through. Eventually after around a year and a half Alois' uncle Hans Fischer moved in with the family allowing Alois to continue his studies at high school and evenutally allowing him to graduate and advance onto the Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr, his dream school since a very young age.

Later Life/Militart Career
After graduating high school Alois was accepted into the Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr for a standard of 4 years worth of classes. Showing previous trends throughout his schooling career Alois easily acceled in most subjects, though as mentioned science was signaifcatly lagging behind other subjects. As he had shown in his previous years he had a certian charm and energy to him that just seemed to draw people in and although not the most talkative student at the school he was one of the more trusted and respected students. At the age of 24 he finished his classes, graduating 3rd overall in his class before being tranfered over into the army where he would serve his next 3 years of service. His first two years were relatively quite as his unit continued to drill and be transfered around to other NATO bases and Bundeswehr bases as well. It was at this time that he learned of a relatively new program, the Kommando Spezialkräfte. After returning home he quickly signed up for the program and two months later began the selection proccess. Finishing the program he was tranfered over to complete a veriety of training missions over a period of two years, eventually coming out of training at age 27, head of a 5th Platoon, and on his way to a short deployment in Kosovo. The next year or so would be quite until the war in Afghanistan erupted into full swing and his unit was quickly deployed. During his deployment from 2001-2005 he found himself countles recon mission in the rocky mountians and open flats of Afghanistan as well as direct action missions as well. He would find himself particitpation mainly in operations carried out by TF K-Bar for the first two years of deployment, but would continue up past it's disbanding. Around sometime in 2005 while on partol there was an accident involving unexploding ordance resulting in Alois reciving a sprained ankle, putting him on recover for a short time. During this time he was introduced to an up and coming international organization known simply as the "Peacekeepers." Reluctant at first to join he was eventually convinved by his CO and serveral of his men to take up the offer and thus was transfered over to the Peacekeepers
