How can we know other nations wont send supplies, undermining Vienne authority?
"I can amend the proposition that aiding any side of the conflict until the investigation is concluded would be viewed as an act of aggression," Barbury smiled toothily. "Of course, I will also have to amend in that the Vioraux blockade be removed and relief supplies allowed, and that Vioraux and Domanania both rescind any 'authority' in the area at all until the investigation has published its findings. Until we know the facts, no one should be making any claims of sovereignty over the area of Romsay."

"That is what Romsay currently claims as theirs and has under control thanks to the Domans. They hope to one day have all of Donné
but as we know, that will never happen."

Atnaia wrote:"We know no such thing," Burbury said. "Predicting the future is a highly risky business, particularly where geopolitics are concerned."
Barbury leaned forward, Cheshire grin still splitting his face. "Donne may not be yours forever, mon ami. Who knows, someone might swoop in and snatch it out from underneath you. After all, your nation's complete disregard for propriety is making you many, many enemies. Atnaia would rather see you stable and around, but if that means emboldening fools..."

"Your attempts to intimidate me make you look like a fool. Cut the covertly sneeky will-do-whatever-it-takes act. It does not suit you.
I would like a clause stating no nations may assist the people of Romsay while the investigation is being handeled. If the league wishes to send supplies that is fine, but the importation of goods from our many enmies will not be tolerated. Ensure that, and the Blockade will be removed."

"Considering most nations closest and most willing to deliver supplies you are at odds at, it could take days for supplies to start coming into the cities. Asking that could harm the citizens longer than they need to whilst the investigation is underway."
