Training Room #2
Charlie Meschke
After squirming and kicking, or at least trying to, Charlie had managed to be a nuisance to the two guards who were holding him. Every ounce of energy was spent trying to writhe in and out of their grip. He had been turned around some, apparently, because now he was facing out towards the ice and away from the tower. Andrew thwacked the guy who was trying to still Charlie's flailing upper body, and the guy fell like a swatted fly.
"Nice going, Andrew! I'm right over here to your left!"
But it was all too soon, and his abdominal strength being the typical level of a regular thirteen year old, Charlie slumped over backwards, his head hitting the ground. Thunk. "Ow." He gave up kicking and squirming for a minute. And was surprised to find his body on the ice, several yards from the island. Huh. When they started, they had been on the island...
Just then, Adalay shot some kind of up-and-down slashing shot like they do in some video games. The shot like a knife pierced through the ice, and a lot of it broke. Including the spot near where Charlie and the guard were. They plunged into the freezing water. Charlie's clothing weighed him down as if he had lead bars in his pockets. Gasping for breath, Charlie tried to doggy paddle, but was having little success. His speech came out with coughs. "Glurp! Helrgh! Andlgrch!"
Training Room #6
Valeria Nieves
The medicina didn't heal Lila. That much was clear. And Valeria gasped in horror as her friend suffered its harmful effects. When a robot came near to take her, Valeria almost blasted it out of its miserable existence with her pulse cannon, full blast. The only things that stopped her were the red cross on the robot's chest, and an opened elevator door off to the side. Valeria remembered how the computadora brought the elevator to her, Petro and Lila before, to take them to safety while they had been in that cavernous room. It was enough to stay her blast. This was a medical robot, and the elevator would take Lila to safety. Valeria was glad to see her friend be looked after.
When the elevator door had closed up and her friend and the medical robot with her had gone, Valeria looked around. Ryoto had gone his way before, and so she'd have to catch up. But now, Juniper Clancy was nowhere to be found. Que? Where was she?
"Ryoto! Junipera! Where are you?" But it was no good. No one answered back.
Hoping that Juniper had found Ryoto, or at the very worst had been medically evacuated too, Valeria went down the path straight ahead, her feet crunching on robot remains and broken mirror shards. She had her pulse cannon ready to fire at any more robot guardias that came her way.
