The annual celebration of the Day of the Revolution is now at full swing. Many carnavals, feasts and banquets are staged, as the people all over the country celebrate the day, when the old, oppressive governemnt finally has fallen and their regime ceased to exist.

In the light of this, Skyhookedian governemnt decides to stage an offcical banquet on the first floor of the Capitol in Skyhooked city. Leaders, ambassadors, diplomats or officials of different countries are free to visit this event and discuss matters of different importance there. They are all welocme.

The Stojamian Leader has came to celebrate with Bjorn of Steel and be in the nation of Skyhooked while Vice President Branimir Borisov is controlling the country, he arrived at the Skyhookedian airport at Skyhooked City and waited for Bjorn of Steel to meet him.

Bjorn of Steel recieved the news, that president of Stojam has finally arrived to the Skyhooked city airport. He quickly goes there, and soon meets him. Together with usual clothing, he is wearing some carnival accessories, since he was taking part in one of them. He greets Adrian Miroslav.

"Greetings, Adrian Miroslav. Nice to see you in Skyhooked, I am glad, that my invitation reached you just in time. The banquet is about to start, it's in the capitol. It's not too far from here. Now, what are your first impressions? How do you feel there?"

As soon as Bjorn asks the question, few journalists come closer with their microphones.

As Adrian Miroslav saw Bjorn of Steel, he quickly greeted him and answered his questions, "I feel very safe here to know that there is ally here, hehehe, but anyways, I think this is a nice place as soon as I arrived here." And his bodyguards tried to keep away to crowd of people going in their way.

Bjorn proceeds with Adrian to the capitol. When they are all arrived, Bjorn decides to show Adrian some historical relics in the capitol museum.

"If you don't mind, I'd like to show you some of our historical legacy. Relics, which are significant parts or our past. I am sure, that you know something about our history, but still it will get you more familiar with us."

"This is very interesting, what was the earliest record of a Skyhookedian nation? I mean before the Skyhooker revolution and all that stuff." Adrian asked as he walked with Bjorn in the Capitol, accompanied by a band of Bodyguards and a crowd of journalists and citizens.

Bjorn shows one of the vitrines: "This. A declaration, where five colonies from five different countries united and newly forged nation proclaimed independence. It's the first document we created as sufficient nation. There you can see five variants of it, one for each former colony, so all could understand it. On different languages. English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Scandinavian."

Then he goes to another vitrine and continues. "However, if you insist on digging deeper, there are unknown writings of some ancient civilization, which existed thousands years before it was colonized. Here is one of the samples... See those symbols? They are nothing like known writing systems. There are not much things left from them..."

"Do you want to know about Stojamian culture and the Bulgarian people? Just saying that if you visit my country, you'll get a good introduction, y'know, before I was in power, Bulgaria was just a weak black hole in Europe, but I turned it onto a powerhouse! And the people are happy, indeed they are." Said Adrian Miroslav while looking around the buildings in Skyhooked city.

"Visit? I will do it one day... I also know, that your country managed to release itself from the USSR grip. With or without NATO, it's rather impressive. And what exactly was the thing, that raised your economy to your current power? Our's was raised by successfully hosted olympic games."- Bjorn responds.

Adrian Miroslav responded, "Well.... The first Republic was kind a Social Liberal and Agarian Big Tent party.... they didn't do much for the economy, that's why the Defence force wasn't invested in, because of economy and policies, then USSR annexed us again, then after years we got back independence, but with an actual Free Market rule!"

"Free market... Yep, I agree with that. Let's say, I've know about many succeeding and failing socialist economies. But I can't remember totally failed free-market ones. However, if it's totally unregulated... then many people are in lover class, and have to struggle for any piece of food. With a few cents wage... they can't access good sides of economy.

Thus, we in Skyhooked prefered centrist model. Our model has strict laws about workhours, workplace standarts and minimal wage. There are ceilings for prices on essentials, like food or medicines. And income taxes for rich are pretty high. However it's compensated with nice business subsidies, absense of customs office, and pretty liberal manufacturing standarts, where it won't cause much harm. And those business owners, who comply to our regulatios, frequently have nice tax discounts or even tax breaks.

Our economy system may not be perfect, but hey! It works... and not all state is about money. We care for commoners too. Oh, and it's not my model. We figured it out by "Trial and error" method, when even Stan Dixon wansn't in power."

"Interesting, but anyways................. How's the ALF? I can't forget about them...." Said Adrian Miroslav while looking like he had a flashback.

"Anarchists liberation front? They showed their worth. Thanks to them, we saved our jailed tourists in some african country. We plan to raid North Korea soon, and they will be glad to join the raid. Now they are performing scouting operation there, look for weak spots. Also... what pricy piece of loot would you like as present, once we conduct the raid? Also, how it feels this winter in your country?" - Bjorn responds, while starts smoking his cigar.

"It's goddamn cold in Stojam, also, I would like you to raid an oppressive nation and bring me half or quarter of it's riches to my nation, I do not take those for myself, but I take it for my nation." Adrian responded.

"You ask for a pretty big sum... I am sure, your nation plans something grand. What if we aslo share all the looted schematics and technologies with your side? I am sure they have some useful thingies... Oh, and their ICBM should be our's... as a symbolic trophy. What are your propositions? What kind of trophies would your nation like? I want to make it fair."

"We plan some huge reforms and military campaign, also I would like money, lots of money and gold as trophies, and maybe a flag of the nation you raided so we, Skyhookedians and Stojamians will burn it together, anyways, I think it should be like, half me, half you. And I have no propositions whatsoever but anyways, what kind of reforms you suggest we should do?" Answered Adrian Miroslav.

"Let's see... Half of the gold surplus we loot, will be your's. Some antique thingies we gonna share too. But there are another questions... What are we gonna do with the North Korea territory? And what help can your side offer? So it would be fair... As for the reforms... well, I could give some advice, but I don't know all the kitchen in your country. You know, one man's medicine is another man's poison. All I know... maybe invest those in science. Or perhaps improve those things, which you think are weaker. Perhaps would be nice to invest in poorer regions to keep their loyalty." - Bjorn responds.

"Ok, I might get in a large number of volunteers, and some soldiers, but mostly volunteers, your army can teach people how to be a soldier quickly right? I mean, do what you want with North Korea, but half of it's riches, bring to my country, and the other half bring to your country, fair deal right?"- Said Adrian Miroslav.

"Well, then it's a deal now... You help, you get a fair share. We will try to keep your losses as low as possible. Your soldiers will be able to observe our raiders in action and possibly learn a trick or two from them, if they pay attention. Now, would you like to see our underground lab complex under Skyhooked City? "

"Of course! After that, can we go to the place where former ALF members hang out in? Just to meet with, 'Old enemies'."- Adrian responded.

"Yes, we can. It's in this city... in Minutemen fort."- Bjorn responds, as he enters the underground parking, and then finds a secret enterance to the lab elevator, then he finally gets to the lab. He starts telling things about the scientific complex: "See? This is the enterance to one of our biggest labs. This one leads to the biological part... One of the oldest parts, which existed before the revolution. This division is lead by Dr. Ashton Klein, one of our oldest and most respected scientists. Soon you will get to see him."

"Hmm, this seems like a great place to run some expirements, how much does it cost to do so?" Adrian asked as he looked with caution on each project that was in the Lab.

"Costs are tramendous... but at least 85% of things are self sufficient. This complex was originally designed to survive on it's own, it produces it's own food, desalinates and treats sea water, and produces many inovative things, which are sold. It's build that way, that it can survive nuclear bombs. Thus, it's relient on the state only when conducts some large scale researches, or when it needs to expand."- Bjorn says, as he proceeds to the weapon research rooms.- "Now, we are entering the weapons lab. See that strange, alien looking gun? That's a new prototype of plasma based weapon. We call it "PL-69 Repeater" It's our first full-auto plasma based gun. So far we need to decrease it's battery discharge rate before we can manufacture them."

"Hmmm..... That's how your economy is so great! And also other reasons, anyways, who knows about this complex?"- Said Miroslav with a questioning look on his face.

"Ummm... You, me, scienitsts, who live and work there, locals and some tourists. It's actually not a secret place, but the enterances are secret, because we don't want kids, drunkies, and other random folk to enter this place and distract scientists. Oh, and before you ask, how the heck do we keep secrecy... You know about tactic, where the jet fighter throws out alluminium thingies to jam enemy radars? We use the same tactics in the field of keeping secrets.

Our press has almost no regulations, and likes to joke much. Thus if something leaks, like schematic or project, it would just get lost in countless cospirologist posts and memes. We also have few state media sources, which release fake state top secret documents. It also improves the effect. And there are more methods, which we use..."- Bjorn responds, while leads group to the Minutemen fort.
