It wasn't on the topic of mass shootings I don't think, he was more talking about taking guns from criminals and gang members IIRC.

Which is what the current laws are supposed to do.

You're on the same level as Trump; are you happy about that? Are you happy that you're exactly like the fuckers who rape women and feel no empathy? Are you happy that you're establishing a future society where your mother, your sister, your daughter can get raped and not be taken seriously? Are you happy, as a person, that you are the problem of society? You're fucking scum. I'm sick of people like you who think that it's okay to even remotely joke about sexual assault and rape. Guess what: it's not normal, and it never was normal. People who joke about these things have serious issues deeply embedded into them, and the fact that you're letting some giant inflated asshole get away with it says more about you than anything. You are a sick human being.

"Our progress in degeneracy appears to me to be pretty rapid. As a nation, we began by declaring that "all men are created equal." We now practically read it "all men are created equal, except negroes" When the Know-Nothings get control, it will read "all men are created equal, except negroes, and foreigners, and Catholics." When it comes to this I should prefer emigrating to some country where they make no pretence of loving liberty -- to Russia, for instance, where despotism can be taken pure, and without the base alloy of hypocracy." - President Abraham Lincoln.

Unusually for Donald because he's usually so nuanced he didn't actually specify.

"If they see a person possibly with a gun or they think may have a gun, they will see the person and they’ll look and they’ll take the gun away.

No reference to being a criminal, or convictions, just if they see you with a gun they'll take it away. Perhaps only "certain people" won't be allowed to have them, but he never says criminals.

He said bad people, which is really non-descript and also stated that we should do stop and frisk during the race relations segment, despite evidence that it wasn't effective, and may lead to racial profiling, and was already ruled unconstitutional.

It's not exactly how it worked for the majority of our history, our government's and the various parties' have all gone through a lot of election reform in 200 years. Why should they? Our nation is a democracy, one party is quite literally called 'the Democratic Party', leaving the primaries to a public vote is a better representation of our democracy. Especially since we're stuck with a two-party system.

You'd better believe I'm a bitter Bernie Sanders supporter. The Dems fucked up and fucked up hard. Hopefully they'll learn that neoliberalism and maintaining the status quo isn't the way to win this election or any other one. I doubt they will, though.

She hasn't been indicted, let alone convicted, for anything. Please, tell me how you know better than our criminal justice system.
And if we're going to play the "guilty even if due process hasn't taken place" game, your claims of "character inversion" ring hollow, since Trump is probably guilty of racial discrimination, sexual assault, rather fraudulent business practices, running a scam charity, incitement to violence, defamation and, if the upcoming trial holds any water, raping a 13-year-old girl.

I mean, we all fucking know Casey Anthony murdered her baby, so lets not pretend our criminal justice system is the best. Just because the FBI and Lynch (after a talk from Bubba Bill) refuse to prosecute, doesn't mean anything.

Not really, and what a lazy-ass rebuttal. Democracy implies rule by the people, the US is a constitutional republic where it's government power is delegated by the constitution, and representatives are elected by an electoral and voting system to legislate policy on the public's behalf. I spent my life getting the difference hammered into my head throughout school. You don't directly elect politicians, nor do you directly vote on legislation, or other matters of state.
