Name: Stephen Lille
Codename: Ragdoll
Age: 27
Sex: Male
Appearance: Stark black body paint, with eight white dots on his forehead, two from his left to right diagonal pattern on his chin, six on his left hand, and four on his right. Ornate tattoos are over his body, both aesthetically pleasing, and contain a paint that interferes with night vision.
Biography: Born to a group of performers with his natural contortionist abilities, and his unfortunate bone cancer would be the focus of the family, saving every penny. An incident, of which the Infinites were a part of, destroyed the Circus his family worked at, and everything spiraled downhill.

Thrust into poverty, and sold to a shady doctor who caused his cancer to mutate further, Ragdoll's powers would be thanks to this treatment. Combining the blank slates of stem cells with the potential of cancer cells, instead of destroying his body, Ragdoll's tumors would enhance it, storing critical chemicals allowing him to become the notorious "Spider of Northside".

Ultimately captured, but later befriending his captor, he found an unlikely ally and a cause worth fighting for, to prevent the Infinites from abusing their power on the normals.
Powers: Body manipulation, can grow bone for combative and move internal organs out of harm's way, contortionist, and mild healing.

Describe your abilities: "I control my body, and do what I want with it."
Why did you turn to crime: "I was good at it, and needed to survive"
Why did you further become a supervillain: "I was good at it, needed to survive, and enjoyed it"
How do you feel about the Infinites: "Goody-two shoes who don't know what sufferin's like..."
What's your end goal: "Get cash, acquire females, enjoy life."
You've captured the hero/heroine, what happens now: "Let Phantasos deal with 'em, I usually just kill 'em."
Do you plan out your monologues or do they just sort of happen: "I don't do monologues, but I do do conversation."
Let's hear a sample of your evil laugh (the noise you'd make when your plan is succeeding): "Haw-yeah! That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!"
Let's hear a sample of your evil roar (the noise you make when your plan is failing): "F*($&@*(((*&!! *Falls on floor*)"
Any lines you won't cross: "Never hurt another criminal that ain't doin' it to survive."
Would you prefer an archenemy, or would you rather just drift around from rogues gallery to rogues gallery: "I don't really care."

I'm not really planning on going that route, but I don't mind if you telegram it to me. This go-round, the Minnesota Infinites are going to be less involved on the national scene. All that other stuff is happening in the background, maybe, but none of it is coming our way.

Aw, I was kinda hoping for that. Like if something happens to the other Infinites and it's up to the Minnesota branch to save everyone.

You could already be there. Maybe tell us how you came to the Minnesota Infinites, if you wish. But have some crumpets.

Funny. He just "happens" to have a microwave on him. Lots of flashing lights and beeps for no reason other than to make it look cool. Good intro.

Well, I tried. But yeah, you never know when you need a microwave.

Do I have to be a hero or a villain? My guy isn't evil but he's greedy and unstable so I can see him helping and hurting the Infinites.

I guess I'll use the hero app but my guy isn't a good role model.

Anyone else wanting to post? We have Beare-Mor alone who has introduced himself! (Not to mention Glitch and the first post).

It's a bird!
It's a plane!
It's... An altogether quite unremarkable child which nobody is going to believe when he says 'nothing is real'.

Name: Jason Dolor
Codename: Antithesis
Age: 17
Sex: Male
Appearance: Jason is an average 17 year old boy, with a skinny (but not too skinny) build and a height of 5'6". His hair is brown, and falls in messy locks when he doesn't part it to the side. He has a fair complexion, with a few small pimples dotted on his cheeks and scars from popping previous acne outbreaks somewhat visible. His eyes are a mundane brown, and he bears no identifying scars or features. He keeps himself clean-shaven, and usually dresses in a polo shirt with khakis and tennis shoes.
Biography:
Ever since he was young, Jason had known he was destined for... something.

He could see the signs around him- all of them were right in front of him. The elements of the tragic backstory that would lead him to a life of do-gooding and helpfulness. When he was young, his father and mother had died in a car crash- no doubt an easily preventable accident. He had then moved in with his grandparents, who always did their best to support him and show him the path of good- using multiple "A-list superheroes" as examples. Jason detested this. As he aged, Jason continued to see signs unfolding- though the meaning behind them was not clear. He met a girl, about his age when he was in elementary, and he was smitten at first sight. Of course, the girl rejected him, due to the fact that they were in the fourth grade and she wanted to be with the 'cool' kids. The only solace Jason had were his grades- it seemed he was clever, and had a knack for creativity and book smarts. This led to the incessant bullying one is wont to endure if they are labelled a 'smart kid'.

It was not until his adolescent years when Jason realized- this was all a setup. He was being coerced into becoming a hero. It came to him as a meaningless thought one day: What if none of this was real? The thought, initially, was preposterous to him. Heroes, firstly, had to have powers- and he had none. He had even tested to see! But, as time continued on, Jason began to see the signs- a heavy-handed influence pushing him towards goodness and heroism. It was then, Jason knew what his power was. He had the ability to see the truth of his predicament- and by extension, the whole world's: they were all just characters in some sort of fictitious setting. Initially, Jason lamented his situation. "What good," he thought, "is anything, if all of it is preordained?" Jason considered for a while relinquishing control of his life- letting the stars determine his fate. But, then another thought occurred to Jason: what if, instead of going with the 'plot', he pushed back against it? Tried to forge his own path?

It was just what the doctor had ordered. Jason, with a new purpose in life, did all that he could to subvert his destiny. He ignored the girl with whom he was infatuated. When he was bullied, he turned the other cheek instead of fighting back, and later told teachers and trusted adults. He intentionally tried to get average scores on all of his tests and assignments. For a while, it appeared to be working: but fate has funny ways of operating. He soon became praised by his grandparents, being called a 'perfect child', and said that all of their work to try and make him good payed off. They praised his nonviolent actions, his refusal to become involved romantically at such a young age, and his decent grades. (For in their mind, effort was what counted).

This could not have been farther from what Jason had intended. Through his actions, his attempts to become less of a hero, he actually drove himself towards heroism. It was then that Jason knew what had to be done- he would have to become a supervillain. It grieved him, but he would not allow himself to become another puppet, another means of entertainment- so began Jason's descent into supervillainy. Surely, if he actively engaged in evil, he could have some semblance of free will... Right?

Powers: Genre Awareness

Describe your abilities: Jason is aware he is in a superhero-genre work of fiction. Nothing more other than that.
Why did you turn to crime: After realizing that his world was nothing more than the product of someone's imagination, Jason turned to a life of crime as a way to 'rebel' against the system in place. He did not want to be a mere pawn in some game.
Why did you further become a supervillain: Upon realizing that he was playing right into the palms of whatever being(s) had saw fit to create him, he decided to try and change the status quo by any means necessary. He wanted to make some sort of difference, and not end up with some predetermined, cliche finish to his 'story', to be discarded and forgotten.
How do you feel about the Infinites: Jason sees the Infinites as a bunch of people blindly following whatever the universe has in store for them, and as such, feels superior to them in a way. He sees them as a microcosm of a larger body of cliches (which he detests).
What's your end goal: To gain some form of autonomy. To try and become as unique as possible.
You've captured the hero/heroine, what happens now: Jason tells them that really all he kidnapped them for was to prove a point, and then sends them off with a lollipop as a way to stick it to the traditional villains.
Do you plan out your monologues or do they just sort of happen: Jason plans out his monologues extensively, and reads them off flashcards with proper diction and a monotone voice. Again, a way of showing how different he is from the other villains.
Let's hear a sample of your evil laugh (the noise you'd make when your plan is succeeding): "Ha. Ha. Ha." (monotone)
Let's hear a sample of your evil roar (the noise you make when your plan is failing): "Sigh. I guess that isn't a surprise."
Any lines you won't cross: Jason will do his best to commit evil without falling into any 'cliches'.
Would you prefer an archenemy, or would you rather just drift around from rogues gallery to rogues gallery: Jason would consider having an archenemy a horrible failure.

This RP looks really fun. I look forward to all the humour I shall create!

It's... An altogether quite unremarkable child which nobody is going to believe when he says 'nothing is real'.

Name: Jason Dolor
Codename: Window
Age: 17

He might be good at Zui Quan.
He's banging two coconuts together!
Your sword is blowing glue! Let me try that again, your sword is glowing blue!
In the beginning, the universe was created. This has made many people very angry, and has widely been considered a bad move.
