It depends of what happens in future months with IS sympathizers trying to sneak back into their home countries. I can't find the exact figures of the number of UK nationals suspected of joining IS in Syria and elsewhere, but I would detain them indefinitely until their delusions can be eradicated and their "state" is reduced to dust and history.
Pretty sure CPS would charge anyone who's known to have joined ISIS and take it through criminal courts, of course problem is in identifying all of them.
