How do the spell books work again?

The reader needs to look through the book, find the incantation to the spell they're looking for, (provided their magic is compatible with the spell in the first place, of course) and learn the procedures to the spell.

Ok so I finally have settled down, no more class changes, I know where to go to make it to class on time, I'm not the only one who knows how to cook in my apartment anymore, and am fully moved in. Which means I can post normally (normally not meaning like I was doing before ) starting tomorrow. I'll set a goal to get at least 5 post up with John (give or take no delays on my or whoever I am interacting with part) Also has the timeskip occurred yet?
