John Yalkovic invites leaders around the world to have a cruise
John Yalkovic Vulkata's Presidential Dictator has bought a Cruise ship while he was drunk, he was said to be 'heavily wasted' when he had bought the cruise ship with literally all of his money in his wallet at the time and with no choice left but to meet with other leaders around the world to meet diplomatically and to build up relations with not only Vulkata but with other nations as well and to meet new people.
All leaders would need to bring 10 armed guards if they do not trust Vulkata's security which is understandable but the guards would need to join to be guarding their leaders at all times and if they're allowed, take a break.
Here are the following rules John Yalkovic has stated.
-No Assassinations this cruise ship is for having friends and a great time while building relationships with nations.
-Drugs and medicine are to be surrendered when asked.
-Pets are allowed but we are expecting you to look after them.
-If you see an enemy leader just look away or apologize if you wish to apologize. Again no assassinations of any kind. (OOC:It will be ignored)
-If you enjoy a nice beer or coffee there are alcohol and coffee but if you are religious there is a chapel but if you are not so religious and would like to stay away from religious places please tell us.
-Please yell if you are having a medical problem (i.e heart attacks and seizures) as we will rush you to the clinic.
-Bring any ships that can protect the ship as well.

Rooms
Clinic-The clinic is filled with many medicine, antidotes, herbs and Popsicle sticks, if a leader or his/her guard is injured s/he will also be rushed to the clinic.
Rooms-The rooms are good enough for 12 people compressed and includes a TV and a mini fridge but a bathroom is too big to fit inside the rooms.
Bathroom-Since the bathrooms are too big for a normal room the males has 6 urinals,6 toilets and 5 sinks while the females have 12 toilets and 5 sinks and a tampon dispenser as well but toilet paper is not needed as we have a Toto Washlet installed in the toilets.
Bar and dining room-The bar is restocked along with the kitchen, if the leader(s) are not heavy drinkers that's fine as there is also soda and water and most of the meals are seafood as well.
Meeting hall-The meeting hall are filled with Cinema armchairs as John Yalkovic had requested to make the leaders feel comfortable and made the seats have 4 arms instead of 2 which is less annoying.
The ship will take stops at any nearby countries like Tokyo,San Francisco,New York,Liverpool,Shanghai and back to Vulkata but if diplomats and/or nations wish to get off at any stops they are allowed and if we have left any stop or we will not stop at their nation the ship will take a delay and stop there.
