- Longevity: The Glacians live longer lives than human beings and stay in their peak form for much longer, gaining their peak physical condition earlier and keeping it longer.
- Ice Magic: They have the elemental control over ice and can use it in various ways including ice creation, the ability to make living creatures out of ice, such as ice giants or ice trolls.
- Freezing Heart: The Glacians can freeze(both literally and metaphorically) the hearts of mortal creatures, enslaving them to their will.
- Heat: Fire and heat are dangerous for the Glacians, not only can it mitigate their powers, it can kill them.
- Love(Vomits): When someone is possessed by the Glacians, strong emotional triggers can break the magical hold.
- Body Temperature: Glacians struggle to control their body temp, which means pretending to be human can be difficult and they have to be careful about physical contact.

Race Name: Glacians
Location: Antarctica, formerly the land of Frosia
Race Appearance: Girl

Culture/World: The Glacians understandably worship Ice, and worship the god of Winter Urubak. The Glacians are now refugees in a foreign world and this has made their once noble warrior race, more war like and pragmatic. They have become almost cult like in their desire to please their god and return to their home world. The Glacians still hold to many of their core beliefs however. They are vegetarians and have a great respect for nature and embrace its harsh reality. They also believe in direct tactics, though they have abandoned those ideals recently. They will still always accept a fair fight if their foe demands it.
Biography/Lore:
The Glacian people were once peaceful and prosperous, thriving in their home world of Frosia. The land was frozen and harsh, but it was perfect for the arctic creatures that dwelt there. However their millennia of peace was suddenly shattered by a horrible realization. At the center of their planet was a monster of unbelievable power. This monster, Nurikar, was made of pure fire in the form of a dragon. He broke from his endless slumber without warning, revealing himself to the mortals on the surface.
The Glacians had no hope in fighting back this monster, so they turned to their only hope, their god Urubak. Urubak however was warlike and greedy and far from merciful. He agreed to save the pleading mortals, but only for the promise of service. He opened a hole in the dimension and transported them to another world, telling them to conquer it in his name of face his wraith.
Now the Glacian survivors are stranded in Antarctica, as they begin to rebuild. They long for home and have begun expanding into desperate acts to reclaim their home and avoid their lord's wraith. For decades they have been capturing and experimenting on humans to learn their ways. Ever since the release of magical abilities, the Glacians have seen their opportunity to take over the world in the newly created supers, and they plan to use it.
Inherent Powers/Abilities:
- Longevity: The Glacians live longer lives than human beings and stay in their peak form for much longer, gaining their peak physical condition earlier and keeping it longer.
- Ice Magic: They have the elemental control over ice and can use it in various ways including ice creation, the ability to make living creatures out of ice, such as ice giants or ice trolls.
- Freezing Heart: The Glacians can freeze(both literally and metaphorically) the hearts of mortal creatures, enslaving them to their will.
Weaknesses
- Heat: Fire and heat are dangerous for the Glacians, not only can it mitigate their powers, it can kill them.
- Love(Vomits): When someone is possessed by the Glacians, strong emotional triggers can break the magical hold.
- Body Temperature: Glacians struggle to control their body temp, which means pretending to be human can be difficult and they have to be careful about physical contact.

- Supernatural Condition: Gabe is strong enough to lift an aircraft carrier and fast enough to circle the globe in an hour.
- Umbrakinesis: Or rather, Darkness manipulation. Gabe's powers extend from the lack of light, allowing him to create constructs, most commonly, tendrils. While he's still a force to be reckoned with during the day, it's at night when he's at his most powerful.
- Regeneration: Gabe is capable of regrowing limbs and healing moderate injuries in a matter of minutes. At night this ability is greatly increased to heal most any injury within seconds.
Night only powers.- Absolute Condition: At night, Gabriel's powers are increased exponentially. His already impressive strength is amplified many times.
- Shapeshifting: While at Night, Gabe becomes pure darkness and as such, can do whatever he wants with his body. Stretch and coil, create semi-living constructs, ect.
- THE LIGHT! IT BUUUURRRNS: While Gabe is much weaker during the day because of the sun, intensified and directed light is very painful and weakens him.
- The Darkness Within: Literally and figuratively. Gabe normally channels the literal "Inner darkness" meaning the actual lack of light inside someone's body for his powers to work during the day. At night however, he runs the risk of "Voiding out" and losing control of his mind. That, and puncture wounds allow for light to enter his body, decreasing the amount of darkness, weakening him.
Likes: Kicking ass. Eating. Video games. Sleeping. His girlfriend. Meat.
Dislikes: Whiners. Members of the Puritan Anti-fun Brigade.
Theme Song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTMfYpXl-1k
- Solar Empowerment: Xiuh is powered by the sun thanks to extensive genentic manipluation by her species. Making her extremely fast, strong, and capable of projecting this energy.
- Supernatural Condition: She's stronger and faster than Gabriel, during the day at least.
- Night: Pretty obvious. Her powers come from the sun. They wane without it.
- Ice/Extreme cold: As powerful as she is, her base physiology is reptilian, meaning she's vulnerable to being frozen/extreme cold in general.
Likes: Gabriel. Meat, to a degree that makes Gabriel blush. Fighting.
Dislikes: Whiners. People who rag her about her appearance.
Theme Song: ...I'll get back to you on this.

The three main events are now over. We've moved on to personal/team arcs by now.
If you want to use any of your old characters again please repost their apps. They were removed (save for the Lovecraft Aliens and the Cult) from the list in the third post of the thread.

- Damage Empowerment: The more he is damaged physically the stronger he becomes.
- Death Empowerment: The closer he himself becomes to death the more pronounced his physical attributes become. Additionally the closer he becomes to dying, the faster his body will recover or heal.
- :
- Damage Is Power: While he can certainly be powerful, he must be damaged or close to death to be truly powerful.
- Power is a Fickle Mistress: The more powerful he becomes the Faster he heals, and the shorter the Empowerment lasts.

- Umbrakinesis: The main ability of the Nari. They have the power to use, generate and manipulate shadows and darkness for their purposes.
- Regeneration: Due to the physical superiority of demonkind, upon becoming demons the Nari developed a regenerative healing factor that allows them to heal from damage at a moderate pace, greatly increasing their survibability. By combining it with their Umbrakinesis to absorb shadows and empower themselves, they become capable of even re-attaching or regenerating limbs and surviving certain mortal wounds.
- Natural Weaponry: Nari have sharp teeth and powerful bites, allowing them to use their teeth to attack if necessary.
- Innate Lord Sphere: An ability that only some Nari develop, believed to have originated through Ghelkataster's meddling. It is mostly present in individuals of royal descent, and consists of an area in which a Nari's physical condition is augmented to supernatural levels, and where they are allowed to teleport and move objects with their will. It is usually limited to their body, but can be spread at the cost of their energy.
- Light: As the element opposite of darkness, light has the potential to overpower and greatly damage Nari. They are at odds against light users, and in a disadvantage when in areas full of natural or artificial light.
- Holy Artifacts: Due to their demonic nature, Nari are particularly weak to many artifacts that can be considered 'holy' or 'blessed', be they holy water, crosses, blessed weapons, et cetera. Such artifacts can also suppress the abilities of a Nari through various means that depend on the artifact in question.
- Lawfulness: Because they are a very law-minded people, Nari are very mindful of the promises they make and are never willing to go back on their word, going to great lengths to make good on what they say they will do, and it causes them great distress when they fail to do so.
- Umbrakinesis: One of Liz's abilities as a Nari, it allows him to perform various techniques by using or generating darkness and shadows around him to various effects, though directly manipulating them (to, for example, solidify darkness into a weapon) is rather difficult, as opposed to techniques that affect himself and other through darkness.
- Innate Lord Sphere: Liz's other ability as a Nari is one that few possess, most commonly royalty, hence the name it is known by. It is an area in which Liz's physical abilities are augmented, and where his Umbrakinesis gains a boost; it also enables him to teleport around the area and move objects within it through his will alone. However, it is usually restricted to a Nari's own body, meaning that Liz generally receives only the supernatural condition and is unable to use the other advantages that come with this power. A Nari can extend this area to a sphere that surrounds him and nearby territory, allowing him to use the rest of these abilities, but this will begin draining the Nari's energy. While this ability is active (meaning that the sphere has been extended), Liz cannot use the Shadow Lion's power.
- Regeneration: His demonic nature allows him to regenerate from damage at a moderate pace. This pace increases if he is in a dark area or if there is darkness nearby that he can absorb.
- Natural Weaponry: Fangs, claws. Pretty self-explanatory. He packs a mean bite when he has to. His tail is prehensile, as well. His horns would qualify, but only as a blunt weapon, as the position of the tips does not allow for using them to stab.
- Will of the Shadow Lion: The power that Liz was granted by making a pact with the great spirit Ghelkataster, he can materialize his inner beast in the form of a large, demonic feline made of shadows, though controlling it requires a great deal of willpower. He can either transform into it, which gives him finer motor control in exchange for greater mental pressure; or he can summon it separately, making it easier to control. He can also manifest a part of the beast, like claws, with little effort. Finally, he can harness the Shadow Lion's power in a different way, utilizing its energy to generate weapons or harnessing it raw, though the effectiveness of this ability greatly depends on how it is used. While using this power, Liz cannot use his regular Nari abilities.
- Water: For reasons that are as obvious as they are silly, water is one of Liz's weaknesses due to his communion with Ghelkataster. It can make him lose his temper and start freaking out, and can easily distract him to the point of making him unable to focus on using his powers.
- Light: As the element opposite to the one he controls, users of Light Manipulation and other light-related powers can be formidable opponents against Liz. Light will not directly cancel his darkness-related powers, but as the opposing element, it has the potential to cause massive damage to him. Naturally he is also at a disadvantage while fighting under sunlight or in greatly illuminated areas.
- Holy Artifacts: Things like holy water, crosses, blessed weapons and the like are able to cause a lot of pain and injury to Liz and suppress his Nari ability, though they will not suppress Ghelkataster's power. Holy water in particular, being a combination of two of his weaknesses, can cause him great pain and render him unconscious with ease.
- Lawfulness: As people who are very reverent towards the law, Nari put special worth in their word, and Liz is no exception. If he gives his word or makes a promise, he will do anything to make good on it, and will be greatly hurt (emotionally, not physically) if he fails to do so.
Likes: Fish, cats, loyalty, dark places, company, nature, helping out others.
Dislikes: Water, dogs, betrayal, cucumbers, mercilessness, being teased, Ghelkataster's snark.
Theme Song: TBA

- Shapeshifting: Peter can shapeshift into the dominant species of any planet.
- Hard Light Constructs: The ability to create tools, weapons, armor, and even appendages out of light. The color of these constructs are generally an emerald green, but can change color depending on which emotion is most prominent.
- Aura: An aura of color (depends on which emotion is most prominent) allows him to fly, as well as to breath underwater and in space.
- Rage Plasma: ONLY WHEN FUELED BY RAGE, Peter can vomit plasma, which has been described as napalm and acid mixed together, it burns away at anything.
- EMOTION MANIPULATION: ONLY WHEN FUELED BY HOPE, Peter can take away ones fear, greed, or anger. He can also boost their willpower. ONLY WHEN FUELED BY FEAR (note, fear is unique in that when he is fueled by fear it doesn't mean he is afraid, it means he can use fear as a weapon), can instill fear in others, by delving into their deepest emotions.
- Crystallization: ONLY WHEN FUELED BY LOVE, Peter has the power to crystallize others with the power of love. This power is not fully understood but they apparently put the person in a form of suspended animation. There is a limitation which will be added in the 'Weaknesses' section.
- Secret Light Beings: Within Peter are two dueling entities made of pure light: The White Light of Life and the Black Light of Death. Both are fighting for control of Peter, and whichever wins will grant unique abilities to him.
- Vibrational Interferance: Using vibrations and sounds on the correct frequency will destroy all contructs.
- Emotional Loss: Some emotions have a strong effect on Peter, almost taking him over completely. These are 1) Greed 2) Love 3) Rage
- Crystallization: This can only be done to those who want to be crystallized, and it can be broken with "true love's kiss".
