PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES of ADAINIA
Greetings,
My name is David Roberts. I am the incumbent president of the United States of Adainia. For the past 65 years, Adainia has made leaps and bounds from the humble state it started as. It is a nation with a peculiar history, built on the foundation of a millenia's worth of people and culture. Within less than two decades from its founding, Adainia had propelled itself from a struggling land to a contending power within the western world. The world has struggled gallantly through the 21st century, and it has only been Adainia that has stood up and thrived within it. Through much struggle in our fair islands, and around the world, Adainia has become a shining example of modern democracy. As the world's most powerful military and largest economy, we stand as a sentinel for the rights and quality of life of that surround us.
The discovery of the multiverse has been a new and fascinating one for us, and it has only been since recently that the existence of multiverses has been revealed to the public community. The potential to explore an infinite amount of universes, many just like ours, has been fascinating to us. We have found ourselves excited at the chance to interact with others that are exotic to us in the highest degree. But in contrast, we have found ourselves humbled at the sight of nations that outclass our entire world, and perhaps beyond. En resumo, we respect and honor the chance to interact with a world beyond ours in many cases, but within our grasp in many others. I am proud to announce that Adainia is the first nation within the AD01 universe to open itself to relations with nations elsewhere within the multiverse.

Embassy & Consulate Locations
Embassies
Embassy Row, FFD
All embassies, regardless of nation, are situated in the Foxborough Federal District, otherwise shortened to the FFD. Depending on your nation, however, you may be situated within a couple of different places. Most national embassies are situated within Embassy Row inside the Capital District. Embassy Row is within walking distance to many of the attractions that make the FFD what it is, such as the Adams Museum of Technology or the Foxborough Beach. In the event that direct communication with the government is required, Embassy Row is also a short walk away from the Adainian Capitol and the president's principal residence and workplace. Embassy Row is patrolled all day, and all night, by the renowned and effective FFD-Capital Police. In the event that you choose to bring your own security forces, a secured and reinforced parking garage is situated at both ends of Embassy Row.
Nations that already possess close relations to the United States of Adainia may situate themselves within the North Greenbelt Mandate. Home to the many of the nation's government officials and the nation's greatest, the North Greenbelt Mandate is a safe and well-built neighborhood that has also become home to some of the nation's more intricate and formal embassies. Nations that have close relations to Adainia are often encouraged to build their own embassies, with amenities of their choice, in the North Greenbelt Mandate. Being right next door to the Capital District, the North Greenbelt Mandate has many of the benefits of Embassy Row. Nations that intend to build an embassy within the North Greenbelt Mandate are requested to provide blueprints of their embassy. Nations who choose to build an embassy in the North Greenbelt Mandate but not provide blueprints for the design will be automatically assigned one. The Adainian Embassy & Consulate Program takes no responsibility for failing to provide an acceptable embassy in the event of this scenario. Remember that the E&CP considers the privilege to establish an embassy within the North Greenbelt Mandate to be invite-only. You will be directly told by either the Secretary of State, the President, or the Vice President that access to this privilege has been granted.
Consulates

Being such a large nation, it is important for a nation such as Adainia to have numerous consulates for nations that either wish to have a larger diplomatic presence within the nation, or for nations that choose to keep their interests within Adainia at a minimum with a single consulate and nothing else. Regardless of your nation's size or interests, Adainia has the locations to accommodate for you on the national, territorial, and solar level. Please note that, unless granted permission for otherwise, all consulates will be employed with a maximum of one consul-general and two administrative/technical staff.
National
Westmont: The archipelago's center of fine culture. A consulate is a must-have here for nations with an interest in the arts.
San Narciso: The archipelago's largest city and one of the nation's larger tourism spots. An essential for nations expecting tourism with Adainia and itself.
Los Sacerdotes: A very popular destination for beach go-ers, scuba divers, and all other activities related to the ocean. Another recommended consulate for nations that expect tourism.
Pinedale: A relative short distance away from some of the nation's biggest tech giants, Pinedale is the archipelago's capital of scientific research. A consulate in Pinedale would help with nations interested in science and technology.
Territorial
Ottawa: The consulate location for Adainia's territories in Canada and Alaska.
San Francisco: The consulate location for the Gold Coast, Adainia's territory in North America.
London: The consulate location for Kingsland, Adainia's territory in Western Europe.
Hong Kong: The consulate location for the Sino-Belt, situated in Asia.
Manila: The consulate location for Luzon, situated in northern Philippines.
Solar & Misc.
Gulf of Guinea Riftport: Supervised and managed by Adainia, the Gulf of Guinea Riftport is home to the world's first artificial rift and the world's space elevator. Nations interested in trading or stimulating tourism with Adainia and the AD01 universe are suggested to have a consulate within the Gulf of Guinea Riftport.
Point Nemo Riftport: Located on the riftport's namesake, Point Nemo Riftport is the world's 2nd artificial rift. Being directly controlled by Adainia, it is also the primary riftport for the USAF. Nations interested in direct trade or tourism with Adainia may choose have a consulate within Point Nemo Riftport. A consulate is also recommend for nations interested in defense agreements.
Luna Moonbase: Home to the world's largest settlement outside of Earth, Luna Moonbase is a populated city on the moon owned by Adainia. Consulates on Luna Moonbase also represent the rest of Adainia's solar settlements outside of Earth.
Law and Guidelines Regarding Diplomatic Staff
Diplomatic immunity laws are comparable to pre-War of 2020 America policies. Official policy is as follows:
In the event that an official with diplomatic immunity commits a crime of heinous degree, the United States of Adainia may request its home government to waiver the official's immunity. If not waved, the official may be declared a persona non grata and be forcefully expelled from the nation. Unless otherwise told, Adainian law does not apply to those within a nation's embassy or consulate. Adainian authorities, civil or military, are not permitted to enter a nation's embassy or consulate without permission unless it is clear that there is an emergency that must be addressed.
Embassy Guidelines & Applications
Guidelines
All of the following guidelines apply to your nation unless told otherwise:
- Embassies are limited to a total of 30 personnel for their embassy. How this number is allocated is up to you. Please note that as of September 17th, 2021, ambassadors (and any family members that they will bring with them into Adainia) do not count under the 30 personnel limit. As mentioned before, consulates may have one consul/consul-general (Career or honorary) and two administrative/technical personnel. Ambassadors are permitted to bring up to three family members. Please declare the name, relation to ambassador, and age of all family members the ambassador intends to bring into Adainia. For simplicity, it is unnecessary (and in fact discouraged) to state other members of the ambassador's family if they do not intend to be in Adainia with the ambassador. No one else is permitted to bring family members.
- Embassies may only equip their security force with handheld melee weapons (must fit within one cubic meter when ready to use against the opposer), pistols, submachine guns, assault rifles, and shotguns. Ammunition types other than hollow point, FMJBT, soft point, or round nose will not be tolerated (eg. fragmentation or incendiary rounds are unacceptable). Armor of any kind, as long as it fits within two cubic meter when ready to use to defend, is permitted. Consulates may not equip their staff with weapons or armor of any kind.
- Embassies may only equip their security force and staff with five vehicles the size of SUVs and below; no military vehicles, such as Humvees, MRAPs, and the like, will be tolerated. You are allowed to armor these vehicles if deemed necessary. Motorcycles, bicycles, and other smaller transport mediums that are not of military standard are allowed as well, but apply to the five vehicle limit. Helicopters and similar counterparts will not be tolerated. Consulates are allowed to have one vehicle per consulate that fits the previously listed criteria.
- All narcotics are permitted, but must be declared before arrival. Please note that the United States of Adainia considers all drugs and alcohol as narcotics. All animals are permitted as well, but must be declared before arrival. Both embassies and consulates are limited to one pet of any sort.
- Any narcotics, animals, weapons, or vehicles found within your embassy or consulate that have not been declared will be confiscated.
- Although willing to accommodate for any species or tech level, the Embassy & Consulate Program focuses on nations with a predominantly human populace with a modern to post-modern tech level. Nations with a predominant species not human or a tech level lower or higher than MT or PMT may be denied immediately.
- The Embassy & Consulate Program reserves the right to deny any nation the privilege to establish an embassy or consulate within the nation.
- Since Robinson vs. Robinson (2017), no embassies with other Adainias within the multiverse will be permitted.
