Jamie giggled as she heard Roy's response to her question, blushing a bit, both at his comment and at the shy way in which he expressed himself. She'd have to make sure to spend more time with him in the future, she thought. After all, her consoles weren't going to go anywhere. Shaking her head, she looked at him. "I didn't say that I'd dye all of it, you know? But either way, that sounded like a compliment, so... thank you." She said sincerely, with a bright smile, before sitting on the back of the couch on which Diva was resting. "I might do it anyway, though. Just to see what you think." She commented afterwards, her smile turning playful as she glanced back at him.

Afterwards, she heard Cora's comment, and nodded. "That was a kid's show. But sure, I can fix your window right now in fact." The green-haired girl stated as she stood up and walked over to the window in question. It was quite clearly damaged, with part of it having melted off. Jamie pretended to look at it thoughtfully for several seconds, but in fact she had already decided how she'd fix it, and so, she produced an iron sword and hit the glass a few times with it. Predictably, the window shattered rather swiftly, with the glass shards falling to the ground and disappearing mysteriously. Then, Jamie simply produced a new sheet of glass and placed it where the window had been. It blended seamlessly with the surrounding materials, and the girl smiled, before turning around.

"Ta-da!" She spoke, rather childishly, as she pointed at the fixed window.

As Floyd stared at him as if to examine him, Reven simply stared back, not with the same intent but rather out of inertia. He frowned slightly at the comment about Wanda, but said nothing about it, simply waiting and listening when Floyd finally spoke again. At his prompt, he nodded. If he had to demonstrate his powers, he had no problem doing so. Though he did not fully understand them consciously, on an intuitive level he knew perfectly how to operate his abilities.

Focusing, the young man enacted a scene similar to the previous one where he had shown Wanda his powers. His pale skin turned black like the void, and then that darkness was sprinkled with a myriad dots of light. Unlike the previous time, this was a stronger transformation, with all of his body being affected and even his clothes appearing to sporadically glow with an otherworldly light. In addition to this, the light appeared to be sucked out of the atmosphere, with the room becoming darkened as a result, and the air followed suit soon enough. But the pull was much stronger than it had been when Reven demonstrated his abilities to Wanda, and so, the pull could be felt even by the other Warhounds, who would have to make an effort to stay put. The monitor where Floyd's face was displayed began shaking, as well.

Reven did not let this go on for long, however, and soon ceased his display, going back to his normal self as the light and air returned to the building. Then, he simply stared at Floyd, as if waiting for his verdict.

Ann Aludra / Sylph
Miami, Florida

With the message to Elias sent, Ann returned her phone to her pocket, stood up, and looked around from her spot atop the apartment building to see where to go next. No direction was any more likely to be more exciting than the others. Daytime crime in the city had seemingly vanished in the year and a half that she began fighting as Sylph. Whether it was because she had dealt an actual blow to the main perpetrators or because nobody wanted to chance being humiliated by a teenage girl with not exactly the most impressive powerset out there, Ann didn't know, and she didn't particularly care. All that mattered to her was that her hometown was a safer place.

Deciding to leave the matters of where to go up to chance, Ann balanced on the toes of her right foot and spun, pointing her towards the river. With all the joy of a fairy on ecstasy, she jumped off the building and willed the winds to carry her in that direction while keeping an eye on the streets and alleys below. Using a strong updraft to keep herself in the sky and a lighter breeze to push herself along, Ann was able to drift through the sky at a leisurely pace, allowing a full view of the ground below with ample time to spot any unlawful activities before she hit the next block.

Imperium Americae wrote:Pete saluted, taking the vials and running back to his room to get into uniform. It took just a few minutes for him to slip the red uniform, the facemask, and the other standard uniform on. With a smirk, he slipped on his leather jacket and customized gloves, simply loving how it looked. Taking a deep breath, Arachnid walked towards the jet that would take him to the drop point. From there, the clone would be on his own. He smiled, excited that he was being given such an amazing opportunity, but still a bit scared of failing.

He quickly packed some necessities, his clothes, toiletries, his phone, etc., and made his way to the Agency jet, boarding with a smirk and finding a seat near the back of he plane. Closing his eyes, he thought about the past 2 years of his life, which were, in all honesty, the only two years of his life. Pete had been artificially aged to 14 as soon as he was created, and then trained almost nonstop since. A few hours passed and he landed in New Delhi.

Arachnikid's first decision was to get a birds eye view, and so he quickly began scaling the walls to the ceiling, looking around for any trace of Agent Spider.

White sighed. "Hopefully I made the right decision when commencing with this project," he said to himself. "Not even the UN knows about our human cloning projects. And they're supposed to know everything that goes down." He rubbed his temples as he walked out of the room. Speaking to his second in command, White stated, "On top of that, both the Spider and Arachnid have the same powers. Looking back on both of trainings, it's hard to distinguish who is more powerful." Both of them walked into the control room. White placed his hands on the railing and gripped them tightly in frustration. On one screen, it showed a team in China. Another in Russia. One even showed Arachnid in New Delhi.

"The question is, Director," said the second in command. "Where is Spider?"

"Hey, Spider," he began, "You wouldn't happen to have any relatives with similar powers, would you?"

"Hmm?" Spider said curiously. "Family? As far as I'm aware, I don't have any family with my powers. On top of that, The Agency made sure that all spiders either 'mutated' from the box or made in a lab were to stay in HQ. My only family there was my parents, and they only had me as far as I know."

"Time for a light snack," the being stated. Although, the system he was in wasn't all that light. The system contained a red giant; three super-Earths; a double planet (two planets orbiting each other), one has a ring system and the other a moon and each planet is Earth-like; a gas giant; an asteroid belt; and two ice giants. Toxate looked over the system again. "Eh, well, not really a snack, more like dinner." Then he began with the asteroid belt and slowly worked his way up in the size of objects when he noticed several objects in the distance. "Hmm, what's this?" he asked curiously. Toxate saw that it was several probes and brought them aboard his ship. "Scan these," he demanded. "Where are they from? The double planet? Or another system?"

Seeing Elena running towards the collapsing building, Jasper caught what she said, and simply shrugged, offering her a charming smile instead of an answer. He was not particularly secretive about his abilities, but he did enjoy the surprise it caused in some people, Elena included of course. As he observed her take care of the situation, and rather handily at that, his previous thoughts about her familiarity returned. The name Elena was not exactly uncommon, but combined with her face it had begun stirring up some memories, and now that he saw her in action he was pretty certain that he had seen her before. While she rescued the civilians trapped inside, he spent a few more moments trying to remember he might have seen her, and how.

His attention was drawn out of his memories and back to Elena as she addressed him, stating that the sounds of battle had stopped nearby. As he was standing in a crossroads, he looked around, his prodigious eyes scanning the landscape for any signs of an ongoing struggle. Alas, he failed to spot any, and so, he simply turned back to Elena and nodded at her, giving her a thumbs up. "It was nothing I couldn't handle, or I wouldn't have done it. But on that topic, you did a nice job too." He said, before looking around some more, wondering how to answer her question. Since there was no more fighting, he wasn't too sure of where they would have to go to make themselves useful some more, and if the battle had indeed stopped, it could only mean that the Inquisitors had been driven off, so the mansion was likely safe without them.

With that in mind, he spoke. "It doesn't look like we have anything else to do here. Someone else took care of the invasion already, and we did our part. So, if you don't mind walking with me to find an unharmed parlor whose owner has not yet fled the city, perhaps I could make good on my word and treat you to some pizza?" He asked her, beginning to turn around. However, he stopped as he remembered something.

"Ah, that's right." He mumbled, before pointing at Elena. "You're Stormlight, aren't you? I'm sure I've seen you before on TV, but I couldn't remember. You're a member of... what are they called? The Righteous Princesses? Something like that." He stated. "It's just something I've been meaning to ask. I thought you looked familiar. Though if I'm right, I must say, you look even better in person." He concluded with a little smirk.

Etla was still somewhat embarrassed at her small effusive outburst, but as she heard Craig comforting her and saying that there was nothing wrong with it, she smiled sweetly at him. "Then... maybe I'll do it again." She mumbled, though it was mostly to herself. Afterwards, she listened to the rest of what Craig had to say. He was right that Lorn and Ajax were fine, since he had seen the former aiding the latter as they stood near the slain Inquisitor leader, and the two of them seemed relatively unharmed. But when her sister's name came up, Etla's smile vanished. The princess, in her effort to end the invasion, had neglected to keep a vigilant eye on her sister. Of course, that would have been difficult one way or the other, since Ihra had scurried off to some building to act as a sniper, but even so, she knew she was responsible of anything that might happen to her sister.

She was momentarily distracted, though, by the technopath's next comment. Indeed, one by one they would likely not have gotten far, and even if one of them had been able to challenge the head Inquisitor, a single person defeating it was very unlikely. Yet, their strength had increased exponentially because they had joined forces, and the idea of working together with Craig and the others again was one that she was excited for. "Yes! I'd love to team up with you and everyone else to fight crime again. But..." She trailed off, her eagerness waning slightly. "Um, I would have to ask my father first. You know how it is." She stated, looking at her Olympium arm, which had quite a bit of the skin around it peeled off due to her struggle against the Inquisitors. "With what has happened to us, he might be too worried about me to let me stay away from Diluvia by myself." She explained.

Noticing that Mars and some others were approaching, however, the princess decided that she was being too gloomy, and quickly put on another smile, although this one was clearly a bit more forced. "Anyway, look, the others are coming. We should go greet them." She told Craig, before walking towards the place where Ajax and Mars were talking, though she arrived just a second too late to hear Ajax lash out against Mars.

"Hello there. What's going on?" She asked, before noticing that one of the members that had arrived on Mars' group was her sister, Ihra. Immediately, Etla dropped her spear and rushed towards her, wrapping the taller girl in a tight hug, though not too tight, as she didn't want to hurt her sister with her metallic arm. "Ihra!" The princess shouted out in joy and relief. "I'm so happy to see that you're fine. I'm sorry, I should have kept an eye on you, but I'm glad to see that you weren't in danger." The blonde girl said with a bright smile.

Kirisvala supported Mars as the two of them walked towards the National Mall alongside Cass, Tara and Ihra. He was still hurt from his near-death experience and needed her help, so she made sure to keep him close and help him along. After all, that's what couples did, support each other, sometimes literally. Either way, it didn't take long for the five person group to arrive at the center of the National Mall where the final struggle against the Inquisitors had taken place. The burning pyre that was their beacon was no more, and there were no living Inquisitors in sight, but many were dead, which gave away the outcome of the fight. Needless to say, Kiris was impressed, more so because it had been four teenagers the ones who had done this.

The Adaian smiled as she heard Mars compliment and congratulate the teens. In her eyes, it really went to show how much more sociable and sympathetic he had become, compared to the days when she had first met him. She was happy to think that she had been a part of such a transformation. But as she heard Ajax's excessively rude response to her boyfriend, she was hurt. Offended. Not just because of what the boy had said, or because of their connection, it was also because of everything that Mars had done to protect the city, and the price he almost paid.

"Hey, don't talk to him like that!" The Dragon Mage shouted out, clearly distressed and angry, as she walked towards the boy. "I don't care if you were the one who saved the entire world from the Inquisitors, the fact that we're older doesn't mean that we're trying to dismiss what you did, and the fact that he wasn't here fighting with you all doesn't mean that he didn't do anything to save the city. He almost dies in order to protect it and in order to protect you!" She stated.

The White House
Washington, D.C., U.S.A.

Kenner watched as Nightingale and Jasmine fled the scene. Part of Kenner wanted to make them stop and take them into custody, but he really didn't feel in the mood to make enemies.

"Jenkins, Ramirez, let's move on. We're heading to the Mall. Parker, get Charlie Lima there stat, and then group up with us. I have a feeling this's gonna be rough."

Jenkins packed up his M249 SAW and moved out of cover. Ramirez slung the Stinger over his back and grabbed his HK417. Parker nodded and turned to Clarence. She shrugged.

"Alright, Charlie Lima, we're heading out to the National Mall. You know, the place with the pool, big tower?" she pointed to the outline of the Washington Monument. "Yeah. There. I need a favor. Go there and kill all of those X-Ray sons of bitches. We'll catch up."

Alpha Base, SEEKER Headquarters
Groom Lake, Nevada, U.S.A.

"I've just received word that our bloody rogue asset is in your bloody city. Get your men on that wanker now or your arse will have to tell the Prime Minister exactly why you aren't taking care of this country's needs in this bloody progra-"

Brigadier Johnathan Moore hung up on the angry British general with a sigh. Sometimes these kinds of days happened, where everything seemed to go south, when every bad guy decides to strike, when two separate alien invasions decimate two major NATO population centers. Moore sipped his coffee and examined the big screen at the front of the control room. It showed several images all imposed on a central map of the world. A Sikorsky MH-53 Pave Low lifting sedated and captured animals away in Pandora City, a news chopper's view of the break-in at the Justice Tower, satellite images of D.C. and Berlin. It was almost too much information for Moore to take in. Okay. Deal with the problems one at a time. The Zoo was wrapping up, no need for help there. D.C. he really couldn't help. Hopefully Kenner brought some miracles to the table. Berlin was going to be a slog. That left the break-in with Britain's runaway asset. Reportedly one of the Justice Queens, "Mother Nature" to the world at large or "Mike November" to SEEKER, had entered the Justice Tower to talk with the rogue asset, codenamed "Cinder" for its capabilities with fire. This would be easier to resolve than Berlin.

But that was like saying finding El Dorado was easier than finding Atlantis. Both were no doubt shitstorms. The Justice Queens had something of a reputation for taking in loose metas. Moore had no doubt "Cinder" was just the next disenfranchised meta to come to their doorstep. But Moore was to get that rogue asset back. Somehow. Without pissing off the premier superhero group and the public as a whole. Great.

"Gentlemen. Options! I need options!" Moore called out. When his own intelligence failed him, he could count on his subordinates in the control room- some of the best minds on the planet.

"Insertion of a Tactical team into Juliet Tango."
"No, no. That's a failure waiting to happen. When they get captured or killed, you want to explain why special forces with lethals infiltrated the Heroes of the Invasions' house? We talk to the Queens, get 'em to give us the Asset."
"Yeah, like they'd agree to that. How about we observe and when the time is right, nab the Asset and haul ass outta there?"

"Enough!" Moore shook his head. "We're going to talk with them. If that fails, we recapture later."

"Understood, sir." The room nodded.

"Are any agents in Pandora City not involved in the Zoo fiasco?" Moore asked. While they could come in later, now was the best time. Before attachments formed, before friendships solidified. Was it cold? Perhaps. Calculating? Definitely. But the alternative was to wrench apart superpowered friends down the line, which, Moore reasoned, was even harsher in addition to harder.

"We have Agents Beck and Vogel available. Agent Demonett is on extended mission. Containment of Asset Delta Victor."

Moore let out a relieved sigh. Three loyal agents on more-or-less standby. This would do nicely.

"Get all three of those agents to Juliet Tango ASAP. Tell them to get the Brits' rogue asset back at any cost."

Downtown Pandora City
Pandora City, California, U.S.A.

Samantha Demonett brushed her hair back and huffed as she searched another alleyway. Not here. Where was Diva?

Where was her daughter? Diva had snuck out in the middle of a conference call. Sam, distracted by the call and the news, hadn't noticed until a good half-hour until after the call had ended, when she had went up to tell Diva dinner was ready. She felt terrible- what kind of mother lets her daughter run away and doesn't even notice?- and she had spent the last hour searching for Diva. She tried the (thankfully abandoned) mall, no luck. She tried that alleyway that Diva always liked to hang out it in. No luck there either. Where in the name of God was her daughter?

She turned another corner to face a monster. It was taller than Demonett, with a thick layer of fur covering the streamlined body. The snub-nosed face contorted into an expression of absolute hatred, exposing gleaming white serrated fangs that were as long as most of Sam's fingers. It screeched and spread its wings, thin sheets of skin stretched out between bones. It was then Samantha Demonett realized what she dealing with. A bat. A big, ugly, mutated bat, far away from the Zoo. It must have flown into the city after it broke out.

Sam stumbled back and scrambled for her pistol. The bat hissed and flew forward. Agent Demonett finally found her pistol, a compact, semi-auto 9mm Glock, whipped it out, and fired. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. The bat shrieked and fell to the ground. Once it got up, it kept coming, eyes wild. Sam fired again. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten. The bat's did not seem to notice the new bullets ripping into it. Demonett's hands were shaking like a madman's now. All semblance of firing discipline lost priority to fear. Eleven. Twelve. Thirteen. Fourteen. Fifteen. Sixteen. Seventeen. The bat edged forward and let out a final screech before collapsing, dead, onto the pavement.

"Bad firing discipline, Agent Demonett. You haven't been practicing?" A voice mocked. Sam whipped her head around from the corpse to face Agent Beck, a lean man in his late 20s with black hair and a smug smirk firmly on his face.

"Agent Beck." Demonett acknowledged, ice in her voice. Agent Liam Beck was the type of person you could only barely tolerate at best. And Samantha Demonett did not have a good history with Agent Beck. "What an unexpected surprise."

"I know, Demonett, I missed you too," Beck's voice dripped with sarcasm, "But I'm here on business. First off, Asset Delta Victor."

"Diva." Sam muttured, barely audible. She cleared her throat and spoke up, "Her name is Diva."

"Demonett. Don't tell me you've grown attached to Delta Victor. You know just as well as I do that it's a bot." Beck warned. That was the thing. Ten years of living with someone will change your opinion of them. For Demonett, Diva, SEEKER designation "Asset Delta Victor," had slowly grown on her. A simple cover mission slowly turned into a maternal duty. Beck was about to launch into a speech about professionalism when Agent Hans Vogel, a large and intimidating man with a shaved head and tightly-cropped goatee, walked onto the scene.

"Demonett. I will only ask this once," Vogel started, "Where is Asset Delta Victor? I searched your house. No sign of the Asset. It's not with you. So where is Delta Victor?"

"Her name is Diva," Demonett snapped off, before heaving a defeated sigh, "She ran away. She'll be back, I'm sure, but... but... until then I can't find her. I was looking for her."

Vogel clenched his jaw. Beck sighed. "Then we have an Asset on the loose. I'll contact McAlister, see if he could do us a favor and take care of it. We still have a mission." Vogel unslung the UMP .45 on his back, cocking the action into place. Beck himself unholstered his Desert Eagle and loaded in a clip.

"What's the mission?" Demonett asked, shooting a funny look at the UMP. If an automatic weapon was involved, it certainly wasn't a walk in the park.

"Turns out the Brits have a rogue asset. Codenamed 'Cinder', apparently starts fires. We're here to take it back into custody. Vogel wanted an automatic just in case the asset tries to fight," Beck explained, "Apparently said rogue asset also flew into the Justice Tower, so we're being sent in to negotiate it back. And no, Vogel isn't going to shoot the Justice Queens."

A short walk later, the trio stood at the front entrance. Vogel had produced three vests, basic light Kevlar, rated against pistols and pretty much nothing else. Vogel had reslung the UMP over his back, Beck had his Desert Eagle at his hip, and Demonett was given a holster by Beck. After a brief equipment check, the agents walked inside just like any normal person would, as if the three weren't decked out like crazy paramilitary insurgents.

Beck sauntered over to the front desk and introduced himself.

"Howdy. Name's Beck. My friends and I are here on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. We need to see the Queens. It's urgent."

The warmth of Rei’s arms around her was unexpected and Jasmine looked up cautiously before hugging back tentatively. Tears welled up in her eyes and threatened to spill over but she blinked them away as her arms slowly found their way around Rei again, soft skin rubbing over scales. For a moment the two of them simply held each other, before Rei spoke and Jasmine shifted a little to free up her mouth before responding.

“I will.” She promised, “But first, I think we’ve got some larger fish to fry.”

She sighed and stood up while packing her things with s flick of her metaphorical wrist. As she did so she glanced down at Jas,
"Okay, may I remind you that we're pretty big fishes ourselves?" As a little reminder to herself she pulled out a bottle of rum and took a sip while placing the corked bottle in her pack. She then notice her lack of coat,
"Ah love? Do you know where my coat is? It's pretty important to me."

Jasmine whined a little in annoyance as Rei pulled away, squirming on the floor as she tried to find a new, comfortable position. Something shifted underneath her and she glanced down to see that she was sitting on something long and dark. After a few moments, recognition sparked and she pulled the shadows in around her, smothering the coat in darkness and looking up in wide-eyed innocence as Rei looked around for it.

"Help me up?" She asked in reply, pale hands reaching up as she tried desperately to not look too pleased with herself, "I might have an idea or two..."

A brief spark of want and annoyance flashed through her mind along with an image of her coat swaddled with darkness, she furrowed her brow and looked at Jas putting up a fake front of innocence, she smirked while rolling her eyes.
"Well Jas what are you thinking?" As she said this she grasped Jas's hand and pulled her up to her feet.
"Also love while I might be a little dumb about my where my powers came from but I do have a few years of experience." She grinned gazing into Jas's eyes uncaring if her eyes shifted to look reptilian or black pits.

Jasmine accepted Rei's hands gratefully, springing to her feet happily and feeling the coat slide a little under her feet. She was going to feel so bad if it was scuffed or, worse still, damaged, but right now she was just focussing on the small area of contact with Rei and her eyes locked on the other girl. With a small, childlike giggle, she 'slipped', the coat flying up into the air as she pulled Rei down with her.

"Found it!" She grinned broadly.

She probably should've seen this coming, but then again it was hilarious and needed so she burst out laughing her grin bursting at the seams and her fangs glistened, looking down at Jas she saw her smile and calmed down a bit but still letting out the occasional giggle,
"So is this where we kiss?" She felt her heart thumping inside of her and her wings stiffening while her eyes dilated with the amount of adrenaline pumping through her body. The shadows of the room shifted till they looked like flames, candles and anything that matched her euphoric sense of happiness and love. Her vision clouded a bit at the edges and her coat was on a nearby chair inside out with a visible scuff mark but that could be fixed with some needle work and shadow lacing.

Mars
Mars was surprised at Ajax's outburst. This was their first meeting after all. He was also surprised by Kiris. Her response was very unlike her. But she was clearly still upset about what had happened to him. Mars took a step forward and put a hand on Kiris' shoulder. "It's alright Kiris. I wouldn't have responded any different when we first met after all." He told her sincerely. He wasn't happy that Ajax had insulted him like that. But Mars had learned patience, and temperament. He knew it wouldn't be a good idea to respond.

"Look my friend, we're not here to order you around. My partner Dragon Mage is right, we're here to help not act like your parents. But you need to learn some patience, and that not every person you're going to meet is looking for a fight."

Ajax looked a little taken a back by both Kiris' and Mars' responses. "Alright, I'm sorry I came off a little hot." He said begrudgingly.

Mars nodded, satisfied with that response as he turned back to the others. "All of you are free to make your own decisions. Ajax was right in that neither I or Dragon Mage can decide what you should do next. But I suggest you discuss it among yourselves. After all, the seven of you worked well together. Maybe you could do good if you stayed together rather than apart."

Jasmine Crockerthy
Washington D.C.
Hot Topic

It was good here. Warm. Rei on top, body heat spreading through Jasmine's body like warm honey as she writhed in a fit of giggles. The laughter was infectious and Jasmien soon felt herself giggling alongside, or underneath, her friend. When they finally managed to get their breathing under control, they were face-to-face, eye-to-eye, nose-to-nose. Soft, warm exhalations whispered across her face with each breath and her hand had found its way to Rei's hips somehow. She could feel Rei's heart beating hard against her chest, eyes peripherally noticing the flickering shadows behind them.

Rei spoke, each word dropping into her ears like lead weights into a pool of ink: being absorbed and swallowed up by the fire burning in her soul. Burning in their soul. She raised herself off of the floor a little, lips brushing against Rei's, feeling each rise and fall of the reptilian girl's chest against hers in time to the soft stream of air which caused ebony hair to dance and leap. Each small motion brought skin contact for a moment and each time a spark of lightning leapt across the skin to earth itself through Jasmine. Her breath was fluttering madly, her heart pounding like a drum in her chest as her lips neared Rei.

Then they made contact.

If the brushes of skin had been electrifying, this was an inferno which danced across her lips. Her breath hitched for a moment before she pressed on and solidified the contact. The fire spread, unbearably joyous, across her face and she knew that she was blushing like a sunrise. She didn't care. Her eyes slid closed and her other senses peaked in the same instant. The feel of Rei's skin under her fingers. The soft, musky scent she gave off. The rustle of her wings as she moved. The burning, searing contact of their lips.

There were no words. There was no need for words. There were only actions and the occasional, incoherent moan.

Cora was shocked when Katie showed up in the last living room, though she did have a tendency to just pop up places. That were the perks of her powers after all.

"Oh, hi Katie. Well this is Diva. I caught her valandalizing a wall with graffiti and we kind of got into an argument. And she hit me and messed up my hair. Then I got really made and well... I... well I tossed her against the wall and she started to bleed. That when I realized she wasn't human. I confronted her about it and she kind of... well shut off. Now we don't know what we should do to help her." Cora told her girlfriend truthfully, embarrassed about the non-heroic way she reacted.

Katie frowned slightly. "She bled? That's not good. You should really be more careful." She spoke, concerned that had the situation been different she might have had charges pressed against her, which would not be nice for anyone involved. She sighed. "Well, if she's an android, a little spark should get her up and about." She spoke, snapping her fingers and then touching Diva, putting a charge through her. "For now it would be best if we didn't bring up her androidness. I imagine it might be... problematic." She spoke, stepping back to give the android some room, giving a friendly smile yet also being prepared to dodge and move or fight if necessary. Who knows how she might react...

Cass paused, she had been mostly wandering with occasional good deeds up to this point. Being part of a team might get her attached to a single place. But then again, there was a safety in numbers which might give her persuers pause, even if for a little while. She had heard her father had a long reach and an even longer memory. She remembered times from her youth where he would hold grudges for even insignificant slights. Before the coma, she had been quite afraid of him.

"Okay... So let's just say we form this little team into a group or something... then what? Do we just sit around until DC is invaded again or something?"

"I assume we search for worthy opponents among the criminal class of earth." Tara remarked. "Challenging the worst to single combat and defeating them in the name of the ancestors."

"I wasn't in any danger..." Responded Ihra with some annoyance, getting somewhat sick of her sister thinking that she had to babysit her all the time. Her father and her seemed to be intent on telling her what to do all the time. It was so frustrating. Especially as father seemed to trust Etla implicitly, and in his eyes she could do no wrong. While Ihra was never good enough. She paused, then continued to ramble. "Well. I was in danger. But I could handle it. I saved the metal suit guy with two of the others and a gatling gun... honestly most things tend to go better when I get out the gatling gun..." She rambled a tad. Speaking of which where did she leave that thing anyway?

It wasn't like anyone else could use it. It didn't have any bullets in it. But she did hope no one could hurt themselves lifting it. She only managaed to do that with wind power backing her up.

Diva

A yawn, some stretching, all the good stuff with waking up, god I hate waking up, it's the worst way to start the day. Wait, this doesn't look like my room, the hell am I, and the heck are those people. I jumped awake and sat up straight on the couch, wait a second I recognize some of these, that female superhero group comes to mind, they pop up on the news sometimes. "Okay the heck is going on? Why am I in the Justice Lesbians clubhouse? Did I somehow get drunk and hook up with one of you? Or all of you?" I then noticed the redhead had some black splotches in her hair, "Look I might be disorientated as fuck right now but you need a better fashion sense, random black spots in your hair don't look to good on anyone as far as I can tell. Back to the issue though why the hell am I here and how come I don't remember getting here? I normally never forget anything, heck I somehow feel like I know what happens when I slept!"

Tokaji Tower
Tokyo, Japan
Yamashiro Tokaji walked in with an angered look in his face. His lieutenant in Europe, Jurgen Scorzanki, was arrested by Scotland Yard for drug trafficking. The arrest had severely handicapped the Syndicate's European operations and had caused arrests across Europe. Yamashiro then looked through his email inbox and found a emailfrom Turi Topia, his lieutenant in America. He slammed his fist as he read the email, the American branch had taken a financial downturn due to a recent drug raid and failed heist in Pandora City causing the arrest of 15 members of the Syndicate. Yamashiro then rang a bell in his office and a few moments later a tall, burly Japanese man with scars across his face walked in the office and bowed. Yamashiro said to the tall man in Japanese," Gather $500,000, we are going to Hawaii." The tall man bowed and left the room while Yamashiro started to look through his contacts list until the cursor rested on a name called Mrs. M. He had no idea who this Mrs.M was and the only reason he knew she existed was due to a package from this mysterious woman a few months ago. The package contained portable EMPS, a recorded message explaining that the EMPS were his to use in anyway he sees fit and a piece of paper with Mrs. M's email address. Yamashiro then started to write an email which said this.

Mrs. M
I am in need for more of your EMPS. I also require something with a little more power for a little " project" I am planning. I will be coming to Hawaii to purchese these gadgetry in person.

As Yamashiro sent the email the tall Japanese man came back with the briefcase of money. Yamashiro then left his office and hailed a cab and within a few hours Yamashiro and the tall Japanese man were on a flight to Honolulu.

Overseer
Sky Tower

"Hey, Spider," he began, "You wouldn't happen to have any relatives with similar powers, would you?"

"Hmm?" Spider said curiously. "Family? As far as I'm aware, I don't have any family with my powers. On top of that, The Agency made sure that all spiders either 'mutated' from the box or made in a lab were to stay in HQ. My only family there was my parents, and they only had me as far as I know."

Toxate -- 275 Light Years from Earth

Overseer

"Security feed from the New Delhi airport are showing someone in a somewhat similar uniform hanging from the ceiling." Overseer said, trying to zoom in on the costumed man, or rather costumed boy, "He seems to be a teenager, but that's all I can gather from this footage."

The Overseer began typing in the alternate coordinates, giving the Spider the option to go and investigate this boy or to go to Washington DC and help with recruitment. As he waited for the Spider's decision, his phone notified him of a message on Capestagram. Opening it up, he read the message from Sylph and smiled. Using her phone's GPS, he got her coordinates and began the process of teleporting her to the Sky Tower. After a few moments, every atom in her body had been reassembled in the space station orbiting the Earth.

"Hello, Sylph," he said, smiling, "Welcome to Heroes Inc."

Makayla read the email and was glad she had someone willing to buy more technology from her. The Mirali sat back in a chair and sent a message of her own.

To: Yamashiro-san
From: Mrs. M

I am honored to finally be meeting you in person. It has been a while since I met with one from this world and you seem above the common rabble. The package I sent you was only to whet your appitite; I have much more in store once you reach my base of opperations.

After sending her message, the Mirali got on a loud speaker and announced over the base's PA system and told the security to be expecting guests. She then told the crew of a ship to launch from their underwater hangar and head towards Washington DC to observe the supers she had detected were gathering there. Underwater, the sediment stirred as massive blast doors opened and a triangular craft emerged, before closing back again. This craft rose untill it was above the ocean's surface, whereupon it sped off towards the capital of the United States.

Ann Aludra / Sylph
Sky Tower

As Sylph appeared in the Sky Tower with a gust of wind, the very first thing she did was fall about two feet to the floor, as she had still been on her patrol flight when teleportation had occurred. She immediately shot back up to her feet, spent a cautious second taking in where she was, broke into a smile, opened her mouth, and began talking very, very quickly. "Oh my god this is amazing! I'm in space!" She began running around the room, looking at everything she could find. "I've always wanted to go to space! Oh, the Earth looks so pretty from here! I think I can see Miami... no, that's something else. Still, pretty! And this place is awesome too! There's so much gravity! How is there gravity!" Sylph caught sight of Elias for a moment, then ran back over to him and started shaking his hand. At this point there was a noticeable breeze emanating from the girl. "You must be Mr. Overseer Jacobs! Sorry about my manners and the, uh, wind, but things get pretty blowy when I'm excited and I'm just so excited to finally meet another super-person and be on a super-team and be in super-space and it's all so exciting!!" She stopped shaking Elias's hand and managed to calm herself down enough for her breeze to fade to almost nothing, though the expression on her face didn't change a bit. "So, formal introduction, I'm Sylph, the great hero of Miami! How are you today?"

"I'm quite well, Sylph," Overseer said, chuckling, "I feel like you and Tempest would get along quite well. At any rate, welcome to the Sky Tower, the base of operations for Heroes Inc. Tempest
Pandora City

Tempest flew through the air, speeding towards the large tower in the middle of the city after getting directions to the 'Justice Tower'. He landed near the front door, taking a few moments to fix his uniform and white mohawk before ringing the buzzer and announcing his presence. Caine hoped this wouldn't be too awkward, considering he had just met the two heroes quite recently. He waited for a moment, taking a deep breath and centering himself.

Wait for my cue to teleport me. I need answers, and who better than the source itself." Spider pointed to the kid on the screen. "Kid's got some style. I will give him that." "Sire, scanners indicate that the probe is from this system," stated a bot. They were both currently out in space as Toxate feasted on the outer planets and the asteroid belt. "The system seems to be colonized by a civilization hailing from the Terran planet with a ring system."

"So a space faring species," Toxate said. "Can they use FTLs yet?"

"From what we took from the probe," said the bot, "they had just working on FTL technology and have yet to test it." Toxate nodded. He snapped his fingers and the probe was gone at the snap of his fingers. Then the being headed for the double planet whilst destroying any outposts and colonies.

You most certainly can be based in Miami, Heroes Inc. is just here to provide backup. The bank is based in this Sky Tower, and you do not have to give up your secret identity for it. Agent Spider is right over there, and Tempest is currently in Pandora City, and unless you can breath in space, then you won't be able to fly around space for a while, at least not until you've been trained to fly a small craft."
The United Empire of Imperium Americae, also known as the American Empire, is set roughly 100 years into the future of the United States of America.

The package contained portable EMPS, recorded message explaining that the EMPS were his to use in anyway he sees fit and a piece of paper with Mrs.

VGSRE Base, Mauna Kua Volcano, Hawaii

After a 7 hour flight Yamashiro and his bodyguard arrived at Honolulu International Airport. Yamashiro turned to his bodyguard who had just came back from the baggage claim," Do you have the money?" The bodyguard nodded and held up the briefcase containing the money. The two men then walked out of the airport and took a taxi to a hotel. Once they checked in Yamashiro had his bodyguard contact the local branch of the Syndicate while Yamashiro himself waited for further instructions from Mrs. M.

It would'nt be long before he would recieve instructions on how to locate an enterence to the base Makayla had built under the volcano.

I trust you arrived and all is well, yes? At any rate, I will give you directions on how to enter my base. I do ask however that you make sure no one outside your organization follows you. Trust me, the scale of my facility and the nature of what me and my people do here would be difficult for anyone else to comprehend. Go to the Volcano National Park and find a lava tube on the coastal area. It is in a cliff face facing the sea near the beach, and will be difficult to get to. I have a small switch located in the rocks nearby that will make that task easier, but I am hesitent to reveal what it does lest this communication be intercepted. Message me again when you have found the switch I mentioned, and I will explain more.
