Your character is my favourite kind to RP. I love playing manipulators, it's just too much fun. Though this time I think I'm going to be a good boy and play good, or at least neutral characters.

I missed playing this character so much. She was great to playin the RP she was from (I referenced it in my bio actually), even if it never lasted long enough for her roll to completely happen.

I'm thinking she'll show up to whatever the seat of government is in England (Please tell me it is in London), and if I recall, people were there, so we'll see how that goes.

I think there's a group of army cadets set up in there. (Unless that's a different building.)

In the Books the RP is inspired by the group there is pretty funny, they basically play government all day every day and are pretty much useless if I recall correctly. It's pretty funny. Army cadets idea sounds pretty cool though if that's the case here.

If I get accepted, I'm trying to think where I should go. Where's everyone else hanging around at?

I just wanted her to head to the main government headquarters because she's power hungry and all and literally wants to assert herself as the new leader.

Of course, the whole point is that that will be way easier said than done, if not impossible, which is why I'm hoping there is some group she has to try and get power in.

I've only been to London twice (I'm Scottish myself, so I'm not overly familiar with anything English) and I knew about seals but that's it.

Weakness: Prone to anger, Paranoid.
Personality: Peter is a natural leader, and a natural organizer. Growing up in a wealthy family he holds a certain arrogance about him, and secretly see's other as below him. Despite his silver tongue and quick wit however, he is power hungry and always wants to be on top. Since joining the West London Gang he's climbed past everyone else to become the first lieutenant. He's a Communist, however his views differ from those of James. He believes that a stricter amount of control should be exerted, and that the group's warriors should be given better treatment than the rest of the group. He also believes that it would be necessary to ruthlessly crush any opposition to the group, and to expand regardless of cost.
Biography: Peter was born into a wealthy family of bankers. His mother and father, usually busy at work left him in the hands of several different nanny's. He never had friends as a child, and attended a prestigious private school in his hometown of Manchester. Despite this lot in life, he was never content and became an avid bully. Eventually his parents had to move to London due to problems at home, and not long after the sickness came, killing off his family. He wandered the streets for a long time before finally hearing about James group. Inspired by the promise of a better future, and driven by the hope he could find his way in life.

Skills: Basic first aid, fighting (Hand to hand), Diplomacy, Hunting, Strategizing.
Weakness: He isn't as decisive as the other lieutenants, and though he isn't a pacifist, he tries to avoid conflict.
Personality: He is a simple, yet very complex boy. To most it would appear he is simple, in that he follows James to most any adventure. But he is also quite complex, in that he also detest the power James holds over the group. He is passionate in the belief that the group should be free, that it should begin to resemble a Republic, or at least a Democracy. Despite this he isn't as power hungry as the other lieutenants, and isn't nearly as willing to resort to violence. He has a mind for diplomacy, keeping the peace is his main concern. It was for this reason James chose him as a lieutenant. In his normal time he is a patient boy, flirtatious and intelligent. He holds a certain dislike for Peter, who he views as too ambitious and violent.
Biography: Connor never knew his parents, his father was killed in a freak accident before he was born, and his mother happened to die in childbirth. He was sent to an orphanage to live. Years went by and a family never adopted him, it wasn't long before he became involved in a local street gang. Despite participating in the stealing and fighting the group did, he never fit into the way they acted and wanted him to be. He left the gang two years later. In that time he learned plenty of different skills, most of which would help him later on. Suddenly at the age of fifteen he was adopted by a nice couple in London. The following year was the happiest in his life. Then it ended just as suddenly as it began, when the sickness took hold of the country and his foster parents were turned into flesh eating cannibals. He had to put them down when they attacked him, he shouldn't have survived. He wandered the streets, moving from place to place until James offered him a place in his gang. He was inspired by the boy and accepted. He was immediately promoted to lieutenant due to his more pacifistic ideals, James valuing his advice.

I mean, she's a weird character. She sorta has morals, but she'd give anything to feel like she was the new ruler making laws or some such (Because, you know, everyone would totally follow laws in this world)

We have seals up by me too, I live in a fishing town (most eastern down in Scotland) and we get quite a lot of seals and dolphins. Probably all sticking to the coast because we're filling half the ocean with oil rigs and fishing ships.
