Well if you walk up to someone with a lot of power and say "hey can you cut that out, it's bad, thanks" they don't always listen.

Leaders who don't listen to their people shouldn't be reelected.

The matter here is that Obama, under Title IX of the Education Ammendments, has withdrawn funding from schools that do not offer Transgender persons equal protection, so the "A and B" option doesn't exist, as its not a matter of not being able to fund bathroom integration.

In that case, the A & B option is actually the only option that Obama's providing: now schools can do both A & B with federal funding.

Sounds like a good use of the President's powers to me. Much better than building a wall.

What's your source of complaint?

False equivalence as:
  • By withholding your $100, only SJW Trigglypuffs is affected; By withholding the education money, Kakistocrat Obama is affecting all of the disabled/disadvantaged students as well, who have no role in the failure of the schools to allow transgender students into the bathrooms matching their chosen gender

Then let's modify it a bit.

Let's suppose I'm an eccentric billionaire, and I'll pay one of those Starving Children in Africa charities $1,000,000 per day for the director to wear a fruit basket on his head. He does so for many years, and I pay the charity $1,000,000 every day.

The last part is incorrect - schools have been expected not to discriminate on the basis of gender for a very long time.

New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.

The last part is incorrect - schools have been expected not to discriminate on the basis of gender for a very long time.

The last part was not a claim that schools were allowed to discriminate, it was simply stating the fact that that was not the basis for the schools' source of income.

Either wearing the fruit hat represents the transgender bathroom issue (the reason that Obama cancelled the money) or it represents teaching disabled students (the reason the money was being received), it cannot represent both as these are two unrelated issues.

If an employee refuses to conform to new regulations it's well within the employer's right to fire him/her, I'd say.

The regulations may not be the employee's job, but it's something he does have to take account for while doing that job.

That could work as this:
SJW Trigglypuffs (schools) is payed 100$ (how ever much the government pays the schools) to do a job (teach disabled children), and has to wear a fruit hat (conform to regulations) by Galloism (Government), which he does for many years. Galloism then adds an extra fruit (transgender accommodation) to the hat (regulations), which SJW Trigglypuffs refuses to wear (schools refuse to conform to the new regulation), and he takes it off of his hat when showing up for work with the rest of it, except the one fruit.

The thing just is that Galloism can't be paying SJW Trigglypuffs just to wear the basket.
