I propose a system where everyone must be in favour of a country for it to be accepted. If someone doesn't vote, then their vote doesn't count as either aye or no for that country.

I made a flag for the Esquarian Community, because having no flag is becoming ridiculous. The blue represents peace or community or whatever the heck the colour blue is associated with. The symbol in the middle is a stylised mix of the lowercase letters E and C.

I propose a system where everyone must be in favour of a country for it to be accepted. If someone doesn't vote, then their vote doesn't count as either aye or no for that country.

The system has always worked by majority vote, which is why we didn't discount Nevanmaa the moment the first nay vote was cast. It should remain so. One person shouldn't have the right to obstruct the affairs of the entire organisation.

I am pointing out the fact that "conditional aye" has the exact same effects as a no vote. If there's anyone that's pushing people out of the EC, it's those that vote conditional aye for completely absurd reasons.
