Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

As you can see, my special project was a warship! I have been pondering the idea of making naval ships for a long time; I never got into it because I wanted to wait until I got into the naval market and because I had loyalties to friend whos arsenal I use heavily. But a week or so ago a friend sparked up the conversation and hyped me up enough to actually start the art for this thing. I worked quite hard on this project - it is easily my most extensive since my fighter jet, primarily with the combination of artwork, research, and the amount of work put into the write-up. It is my hope I met this friend's expectations and beliefs as this project would not have been done without their trigger and help with it. So thanks Lamb-Chops

I want to use this time as well to announce I will be holding a month long discount event this December. Sorry for the close-post bump. I finished said project up after I responded to orders and I didn't want this product being unnoticed by some. Anyways, I sorta got inspired by HCAR so I decided to make something similar here. I rushed through it (I got it done in say about an hour at most, maybe a little more), so if there are errors in the page I will probably correct them within the next few days once I decide to look it over. By all means anyone can TG me if they find an error that needs fixing and I'll get to it.

Onto the Discount event. I know we wont get to 20 trillion, it was a good try, but I don't honestly think we can raise that much money within the allotted time - mostly due to people's interest in stuff either being fulfilled or just not there. Are you alright with shipyards assembling weapon systems on-board warships? Shipyards will recieve shipments of weapons systems from our manufacturing plants around the world - some customers do not order pre-placed weapons on-board; weapon systems must be allowed to be placed on-board due to ship security and safety for international travel to customers. You hereby sign off on the knowledge ships will be armed with at least basic self-defense weapons, and/or anti-shipping weapons used for defense of the vessel: I Emperor Samual I sign off on this.
As part of Wolf Armament policy, warships upon completion are either transported either via large transport shipping or a crew will operate the vessel back to their intended location. The first means of transport we request native naval escorts until shipping has left identification zone, which customers are encouraged to trade security with the customer nation; TECT can provide this duty at a cost for the operation with additional fees regarding incidents. For the second transportation method a trained crew from CLI will operate the vessel and set course for the intended location to deliver the ship, handing over control once in port; customer countries can also send their intended crew to the shipyard as part of the launching and manning ceremony - from there they will pilot their own vessel henceforth. Shipyard hosts are requested to sign off on crews traveling to host nation to pilot their ship upon completion, to provide basic escorts to at least the territorial marker zone adhered to by international or country law, and to have an open channel of communication between Wolf Armaments and the customer nation so that planning, scheduling, and incident reports can be made in order to avoid hazardous situations. Just wanted to address some things.

First, I sorta hastely decided to make another ship this time instead of updates. I really needed a light carrier and I thought I should at least work on the art for it, I ended up doing it fully though as you can see. I reuse a lot of tech since I didn't see the need to come up with brand new things when the old ones worked fine. Im going to be taking a break from actually making product and just go back to updating things. I need to get back to updates even though I sorta want to make two more ships, updates have to come first.

Last thing to say concerns the IFC. For those who don't know this organization, the IFC is a democracy organization popular on the NationStates forum. IFC as an organization is going through elections and they were doomed from the start - this OOC message is in response to the elections. Some of you (IFC members) have been my customers in the past so im sure members have an idea of what this message is going to detail (if you paid attention to my warnings anyways). As per my threat/promise made earlier on in this thread and in chats, IFC member states will be added the ban list with special restrictions listed rather then a total ban on business. Now before I get a wave of "Why!?"'s and excuses, let me state this series of responses I've already stated before:

The IFC choose this route not me. A democratic election means you choose who you vote for and influence who runs - you chose someone who I not only IC disagree with but consider a distasteful person OOC. I don't know if he's elected now or will be soon, but the point is is that he will be elected. I know this isn't a personal thing and my reaction isn't a personal attack - but I simply can't tolerate the election of such a figure.

I don't want to hear "It was either him or this guy!" I don't care and it wont change the point you elected your current choice of leader. If you wanted a different leader choice, someone should have stepped up - not my fault no one did. I wish someone did but no one wanted the job other then the candidates at vote. So there you have it. Although I feel sorry, I don't really want to hear t was a choice between one guy or the other; as someone who votes in RL it's often a vote between someone you hate less then the rest - you all made that choice just like me. Whether it's fair or not to retaliate for it is up to you, but as an owner I will do what I must to send a clear message I object to the choice. Nothing personal.

I may seem cold but im just being frank. You all made your choice so now you get what you sowed.

Your new leader is divisive and is going to be a fighter for the wrong causes, in my honest belief. I make this prediction as someone who's fought this person seriously twice in the past on issues he was wrong in. His clear stance on anti-SACTO and anti-SACTO members is pretty clear to us who don't ignore it or overlook it, so we'll see how this affects both organizations. My prediction though is a good old fashioned cold war. It's going to be one between myself and IFC, so I doubt SACTO will warm up either.

Mentioning them above, don't link this action as a SACTO response; I've had it happen once on a chat in a non-serious way but I don't want this happening on the forums. This is a TECT response, not a SACTO response. Im the asshole here who's reacting to the elections - if you wanna fight about it, bring it up with me in a constructive manner either through quality writing or through TG. I don't care if you lodge OOC queries into this here or a detailed IC protest on here (I know that goes against my standard rules on it, but if a constrictive quality post is made I'll allow it - I always cherish quality writing after all), but if it becomes a festival of OOC chatter or lower quality bashing, I will have it removed pronto. SACTO will do what they think they should, with or without me, but im doing what I promised to do here on my own choice. SACTO doesn't slave drive its members into a single stance nor does it control how they should act; as the admin to their chats I would know. In fact, some SACTO members told me not to do this for fear it brings more conflict to the situation; my response to that is that the IFC choose this reaction, not me, so tough titty I suppose.

Don't bother telling me that you just wont shop here cause I don't care either way; I encourage almost everyone to come and buy if they have interest, so I say that first sentence with distaste in my mouth. But the fact is IFC chose their leader so I must choose to back my own promise. If you don't want to shop here period as a protest, good for you, just do it off my thread.

With that distaste out of my mouth, let me continue. Lets call this the IFC Restrictions rather then ban - it's not a ban but more a series of unfair restrictions. I didn't want to ban IFC members outright but I couldn't ignore the fact they knowingly elected such a divisive person. So as my response to the elections, I will now make it written policy the listed restrictions bellow:

IFC member states are hereby banned from purchasing any DPR rights on this storefront; previous sales of this kind will not be taken back but consider the license paused until the said leader is out of office.
Serious products that require permission or are restricted are banned from sale to IFC members. This includes naval ships like the one above, my heavier set of armaments, and the latest models of gear (such as tanks and other vehicles).
Sales of significant items or amounts of weapons are hereby under question. If I feel they are dangerous amounts or potentially risky for sale, I will prohibit it.
Facilities will be under question as time rolls on. No new facilities will be opened in member nations. If it is seen that new regulations or business harming practices are being implemented for IFC nations, Wolf Armaments will begin to liquidate its assets and leave the country; this means facilities will be closed, product/equipment/supplies/resources will be shipped away, and the hundred/thousands of jobs provided will be gone.

These policies are aimed at making purchases hard to make and stopping members from buying serious equipment on the catalog. The threat of losing jobs and business can worry economies, even if it hurts the business itself just as much. If it's small and not so big an order the purchase may make it through, but if not your order is likely to be denied. Until your new PM leaves office these policies will remain in affect.
