The breakthrough came with the creation of the NE-α Type parasite. This parasite could take control of its host's brain stem and act as a second brain replacing the host's now useless original one.

The Umbrella Corporation deployed the Nemesis to hunt down and kill the surviving members of S.T.A.R.S. team, who had been a thorn in the corporation's side since the original Mansion Incident with the company seeing a chance to deal with them in the chaos of the Raccoon City Destruction Incident.

Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, reactions and durability, a bit of human intelligence, regeneration, can use weapons like Rocket Launchers, can sprout tentacles

Weaknesses: While difficult to kill, it can be immobilized for a while.

Destructive Capacity: Wall Level+ (easily breaks walls and metal doors with tackles). Small Building Level with the Rocket Launcher (a Rocket Launcher can destroy small buildings)

Speed: Peak Human movement with superhuman reactions.

Durability: Large Building Level+ (nearing City Block Level, his regeneration makes it hard to knock out or kill. Took grenade to the face and was unharmed. Was electrocuted after falling dozens of meters and it was still fine. Took a gas station explosion which leveled a city block and it survived. Took several liters of acid to the face and despite being deformed it was still functional. Only the cannon from the Dead Factory could kill him.)

In truth, her name is Jacqueline Pryce, a former NCR ranger who felt as if the NCR was holding her back. As such, she deserted, and left to bring justice her own way. Along the way, she found old world tech; augments and a functioning version of the armor the Rangers love so much. Finding a skilled enough doctor to implant the augments in her, and donning the HERMES power armor, she's now a one (wo)man army, a bane to all those who would wrong their fellow man.

It's not that he is ignored is more of I'm not up to making a post yet cause I take a while to become fully active to write down long posts.

Yeah I meant Morality and screwed it up. Yeah Elizabeth does have the tough gal demeanor but you also have to understand that having her life screwed over in an early age and having to deal with the darker side of humanity and the supernatural in a daily life does effect a person. Hell I wanted her to by the sort of anti hero where there is a possibility she can become the very things she fights against, though even if she did cross the dark side she would be the lesser evil.

But of course the chances of her going to the dark side are slim since while she may have many edges to her personality she is good, just not nice most of the times.
