Many months passed and Belvania was now beginning to feel the full effects of the war food was now in short supply the moral of the Belvanian army was low there didn't seem to be any end in sight but in General Thinnes there was hope.Thinnes had escaped any attempt on his life by greenslade and his henchmen .He was hiding away in a secret little cottage deep in the Belvanian countryside with a few of his closest and trusted aids."This war has to come to a conclusion now "said General Thinnes "There must be a way we can help to topple this mad man ""Begley who was very close to the General replied " Sir we already know that there are many of our people who are fed up with this and just want to see an end to it""Then we must act i will personally try to contact Vionna Frankenlisch and try to find a solution to this damn war, Bannon pass me the phone "Yes Sir" replied Bannon.General Thinnes dialled the number he hoped would put him in contact with the Vionna Frankenlisch leaders .The phone was ringing at the other end but what would the reaction be.

The phone rang in Mckenzie Hoffmann, King James' secretary's office. The number looked suspicious but still, she answered, "Hello, is anyone there?" She began...

Meanwhile sir arthur greenslade was about to address the nation on radio with families eagerly gathering around waiting for the latest news on the war.

Sir Arthur spoke "My friends and families of this great and proud nation i speak to you all from my heart no doubt you have all been wondering if this war is nearing it's end with our victory, i can proudly tell you that i Sir Arthur Greenslade expect this war to be over with within the next couple of months.Yes Yes my loved ones victory is now within our grasp as Vionna realises it cannot fight on much longer they have lost alot of support around the world and are lightly to face a trade embargo which will bring the country to it's knees.Belvania even as i speak is preparing a victory parade through the streets of the capitol , i am so pleased for all our nation as it has been a tough campaign ,as soon as victory is ours i will announce it tou the nation until then just be patient a little longer my friends we are almost i now bid you goodbye until next time start arranging your victory parades goodbye my friends goodbye."

There was a slight pause at the other end then a voice replied" um he hel hello have i got the right number is this King James" then a female voice replied " you have reached the secretaries office of King James how can i help" General Thinnes replied "This is of the utmost importance i will speak to no one but King James himself ""but who is this "said Mckenzie Hoffmann she continued "the King will only speak to certain members of state and you haven't told me who you are yet" "General Thinnes is my name i am the general of the Belvanian army"Then Miss Hoffman interupted "You you how dare you have the cheek the audacity to ring this number the King will be told about this at once ""but but you don't understand just give me a chance and let me explain "but it was to late the phone went dead what was General Thinnes to do now.

Nantebourg, Germana
Outskirts of the city
5th Army Group, 1st Specialized Division

Daybreak came as the 3rd Engineer Regiment dug in outside the city of Nantebourg. All 2 million citizens knew what was coming but all of them seemed contempt with their situation.

Nantebourg was the capital of Germana and it was quite the modern city. Like London, only double the size... A Division of the Vionnan Army waited inside that city, night and day they dug trenches, set up machine gun nests, called up all the help they could.

There were 20,000 of them... Engineers, Police Officers, SWAT Troopers, Armed Citizens, National Guard, Reserve Militia; anyone and everyone that could fight was conscripted and sent to the defensive works. By days end, there was 4 miles of trenches dug outside of Nantebourg... The small artillery detachments that were available were set up 2 miles back from the trenches. The commander was Gregory Sing, great-grandson of the brilliant General Barabas ho Sing, Mastermind of Quenmin.

Order of Battle : Nantebourg

1st Specialized Division
1st Royal Engineers (3000 Men)
2nd Royal Engineers (3000 Men)
3rd Royal Engineers (3000 Men)
1st Royal Mountaineers Regiment (3000 Men)

Local Forces
1kr Volksheer Battalion (480 Men)
Nantebourg Police Department (800 Officers)
Nantebourg SWAT Detatchment (200 Troopers)
Milizgruppe A (1000 Men)
(3409 Armed Civilians)

1st Infantry Division
6 Miles Outside of Nantebourg
General Nomad's Command Centre

"And our troops will attack from the north and a seperate group attacking from the west." said General Nomad as he pointed at key areas of the map. "Very good, sir." Exclaimed Colonel Hopkins,"Where will my regiment be attacking from sir?"
"You command the 1st, do you not, Colonel ? "
"I do sir."
"Very well, you will lead the first attack."

A bead of sweat trickled down Colonel Hopkins' brow, his hands began to tremble and he went pale.
"I-it is an honor, sir..." He stammered, "I-i..."
"i'm sure you will prove to be equal to the task." Replied the General, with a smile forming on his face.
Flustered, Colonel Hopkins left the room complaining of headaches and a bad stomach.

Nomad laid back in his chair he gave out a tired groan and soon fell asleep.

Nantebourg, Germana
Forward Trenches
1kr Volksheer Battalion

"Go, go, go!" Shouted a captain.
"Take a rifle from the box and take to your positions!" Ordered another.
"Light Company, fix bayonets!" Screamed a lieutenant.

SWAT Troopers, Militiamen and National Guardsmen took to their trenches, they clambered into their MG Nests and Wooden Bunkers. An artillery shell smashed into the ground nearby spraying up mud in all directions, the once green plains have been turned brown by shovels, boots and artillery shells.

In an instant the sky lit up as the sun raised above the metropolis of Nantebourg. The newfound sunlight illuminated the ground, upon which stood a beautiful white thoroughbred charger, and sitting atop that steed of wonder was a young man, his long blond hair fell down to his shoulders and he wore a black leather trenchcoat. He brandishes a shining sabre in his right hand and in his left, a Mauser C96. He dismounted and holstered his pistol, he took off his cap, a collection of medals on his uniform showed that he held the Iron Cross and the Germanan Order of Gallantry. 'Who was this mysterious officer?'
"Ah gentlemen..." He said, he was young but his voice was deep and accented.

"Who the devil are you?" Asked Colonel Sing as he stepped forward from a radio.
"Is this how you talk to your K-K umm."
"Oh my god..." Sing muttered as realization creeped up on him, "You are... K-"
"Kaiser Otto von Luxembourge, I am Commander-in-chief of the Germanan Heer, uh, armee?"
"Yes... Ja."
"Sehr gut, Sehr gut..."

In a sudden twist of fate, the Kaiser of Germana, presumed dead, was found. This battle just got a whole lot easier...

Meanwhile in the centre of Belvania important talks were taking place to try and secure Belvania's allies to come round to the idea of contributing to the war."I have thought long and hard obout this "said Emperor Gustavia "And although at first I must admit I wasn't sold on the idea of joining you Sir Arthur but now after thinking long and hard about this issue I have come to the conclusion that we will give you whatever help you require, but and a big but we want help from you in other ways maybe a new trade agreement don't you think after all it's been several years since we negotiated the last one."
"I am glad you have come round to our way of thinking and of course we will sort something out on a new trade agreement"said Sir Arthur.
"Now of course we will require you to supply Malducian troops where possible as for excact numbers we will come to some arrangment on that, and now that matter has been settled lets talk about another issue and that is Prodava ,i will be getting in touch with General Mohammed Grovsner over the next few days ,if we can get him on our side that would be a massive moral victory for us don't you think gentlemen."

Imperial Palace, Frankenlisch
Main Audience Chamber

King James sat on a Red Velvet lined chair at the head of the table, it's golden frame shined as light danced it's way through the open windows. He coughed and pulled up a map which he spread out on the Mahogany wood table.

A line of men and women shuffled into the room through the great, open doors at the front of the huge room. "Ladies and Gentlemen." Said King James as he curled the hairs on his large, white wig. "My Lords and Ladies..." He smiled and gestured to the seats around the table. "Please, sit!" As the group took their seats he stood and placed a few coloured blocks on the map, each bearing the name and insignia of Vionna-Frankenlischian Military units.

An eerie silence descended over the table until Admiral Lord Foster spoke up, "Ahem..." He cleared his throat, "M-may I inquire why you summoned us, your majesty?"
King James adjusted his seat and begun to talk, "Yes, yes." He said, surprisingly darkly, "Ladies and Gentlemen, it greatly displeases me to inform you that Malducia has taken up against us... They have allied themselves with Belvania and have pledged their support to Greenslade's cause."

Before anyone could talk, the king begun again, "Now, I have called you here to discuss my plan..."
"Bombing runs?" Offered General Tajrono.
"An embargo?" Questioned Countess Richmond.
"No... What I am suggesting is a full-scale invasion of Malducia... Duke Lebedev!"
"Your majesty?"
"How many troops can the Fallen Isles raise?"
"A corps maybe?"
"Very well... Linburg can raise about 2 divisions and Grangenburg... A corps?"
"Should do, sire."

The meeting lasted all into the night until they had formulated a proper plan of action and Order of Battle:

Order of Battle (Malducia Invasion Force)

Royal Fallen Isles Corps
1st Karanante Division(7,000 Men, 50 Tanks, 200 IFVs)
Royal Fallen Isles Rifles(9,000 Men, 100 IFVs and APCs)
2nd Armoured Division (3,000 Men,200 IFVs,375 Tanks)

Linburg Task Force
1st Dukes Own Rifles (11,000 Men)
2nd Dukes Own Rifles (11,000 Men)

1st Electorate Corps (Grangenburg)
1st Division (7,000 Men, 50 Tanks, 200 IFVs)
3rd Armoured Division(3,000 Men,200 IFVs,375 Tanks)
7th Airbourne Division (8,000 Men)

Stanbrook Castle, Keep
Main Dining Chamber

A meeting took place in the dining room of Stanbrook Castle Emperor Gustavia had called a meeting of his General's staff.

"It is with a lot of thought that I have come to the conclusion that Malducia will join Belvania in it's struggle against Vionna Frankenlisch ,it is in times of desperation that we must come to the aid of our friends,I know there are many people amongst the general public of Malducia who are not happy with our stance on this and would wish us to remain neutral but i'm afraid that will not be the case if the rolls were reversed we would hope our friends would help us so we must carry on regardless."

"And now gentlemen it comes to calculating the military cost of this operation, for the first deployment i have decided to commit two divisions of infantry and we shall be sending more if needed at a later date."

Belvania, City of Belvin
Presidental House

The meeting between Belvania and Prodava took place behind close doors on the 14th november Sir Arthur Greenslade went out of his way to courtship the prodavan leader General Mohammed Grovsner.
"I thank you for excepting our invitation to come to our country General and i hope that you and your wife enjoy the fruits of life here in our lovely country."Both leaders felt quite relaxed with one another around a cosy log fire where drink was a plenty.
Sir Arthur continued.

"Now what i'm about to ask you General i realise won't be easy and you don't have to give an answer right away but at the very least please give this some thought. Now as you are well aware of my countries war with Vionna Frankenlisch shows no sign of ending and with your country not yet directly involved and also you being a neighbour of Vionna i would like to ask for your help and in return i have close ties with several people in your goverment and of course with an election coming up in your country very soon i could have a big influence on the way some of your members vote, now i'm not saying for one minute that i would bribe or blackmail members of your goverment but i could shall we say gently lean on one or two now what do you say to that General."

General Mohammed had an idea why he was invited to Belvania"Right Sir Arthur let me say that i am not at all surprised about your plea for help i knew it would come at some point but you must realise this could have very serious consequences for my country if i said we would join Belvania ,but of course i will think long and hard about what you have said and yes you are right a little persuasion of certain members of my goverment would prove very useful with the election soon to be held i will give you a straight answer later today i can do no more than that."

"Very well General i look forward to your reply and a possible long and fruitful relationship and now let's relax a little some more drink and a little belvanian music perhaps to make your stay here more welcome."

Belvania, City of Belvin
Presidental House, General Grovsner's Suite

General Mohammed Grovsner sat back on a couch in his personal suite, given to him by Sir Arthur Greenslade, he produced, from his pocket, a box of choice Cuban Cigars and began to smoke on one. He coughed and closed his eyes, delicately pondering the situation he had to deal with. He had prayed to Allah, explaining his problem and begging guidance. And his god had told him to follow his heart and lead his people... Grovsner had thanked Allah many times for that one and he compared his options.

He could: A-Join Greenslade and have a better chance of staying in office at the upcoming election. This was the obvious choice, the border with Vionna-Frankenlisch was lightly defended and easy to take, and the southern lands were full of fertile farms and rivers, they were ripe for raiding.
B-Join Vionna-Frankenlisch and backstab Greenslade. This would be harsh, considering the trouble Greenslade had gone to, to make Grovsner comfortable. However Malducia was bordered with Prodava and it would be a simple action just to waltz right in and occupy the place... It was tempting but still dangerous.
C-Stay Neutral. Another obvious choice. He could avoid war altogether but this was probably the least liked option by the Prodavan people who were crying for war against Vionna...

Mohammed was torn but he had to submit to the will of his people. He formulated a plan that involved the least fighting, he would indeed help Belvania and invade Vionna-Frankenlisch but after taking a few choice pieces of land he would sue for peace and stay in power another 6 years! It was perfect, a plan that had both little fighting involved and had benefit for Prodava. He made haste, told Greenslade his plan and boarded the first plane back to Prodava...

Meanwhile Sir Arthur soon heard the news he'd been anxiously waiting for he was delighted in fact he was so delighted that he invited General Mohammed Grovsner and his wife to Belvania for a banquet."I'd be delighted to attend Sir Arthur and so would my wife so that's next Tuesday ok we look forward to seeing you".
Sir Arthur called in some of his top advisers they sat around a long oblong shaped table and listened to what he had to say,"Ah Benson a large bottle of my best brandy would go down well i'm sure".Benson smiled and said "I will arrange it immediately sir".
The room was filled with cigar smoke and chatter as the drinks flowed Sir Arthur was in fine form "Now we have Prodava on board gentlemen i see no reason why we cannot win this war in double quick time,ah thank you Benson",Sir Arthur took his own personel glass of brandy and sipped it gradually.
After about an hour the happy atmosphere was halted by screams of horror people gathered around their leader as his body lie collapsed on the floor."Quick is there a doctor here anyone can someone help Sir Arthur he has collapsed he could be dead if we don't get him medical attention immediately".

General Nomad's Command Tent
1st Infantry Division
6 miles outside of Nantebourg

General Nomad was standing around the table with 4 colonels surveying the map. General Nomad began to speak "Gentlemen we have no knowledge of enemy strongpoints I propose that we dispatch recon units to survey enemy positions. Up to now our planes have been able to locate some artillery in various areas but the info is very patchy and not 100% reliable, also we have spotted, some tanks, IFVs and we have also managed to locate certain enemy defences."

Colonel Jeffries started speaking, "What will we be sending sir?"
"I have decided to send out 2 groups of 10 men who will survey the area under the cover of darkness."
"Very good, sir."

Recon Team 1, 1st Infantry Division
1 Mile outside of Nantebourg
22:00 Local Time

The landing had been a success and the first Recon Team were now scouting under the cover of darkness
The weather was playing it's part both being an advantage and disadvantage the fog concealed the Recon Team's position but also those of the enemy. The surrounding area was wooded and dotted with trees and foliage all in all pretty tricky conditions for the Recon Team to contend with.
Captain Walker ordered the squad forward and the two Recon specialists went forward to scan the area with their binoculas.
"This is Recon Team one we have successfully landed and are about to recon the area, over." Captain Walker said as he radiod in to HQ.

Recon Team 2, 1st Infantry Division
1 Mile outside of Nantebourg
22:00 Local Time

The Chinook carrying Recon Team 2 touched down without fail, the ten man squad ran down the ramp at the back of the heli.
They watched as the helicopter flew back to headquarters and returned to the mission at hand. The surrounding area was a golden cornfield that stretched on for miles, nearby there was a large stone farmhouse with a barn and storeroom next to it.Captain Blake ordered the advance towards the farmhouse and after vaulting over a small stone wall they were inside the farm's courtyard.
There were multiple Germanan National Guards patrolling the courtyard as well as a Bradley IFV parked at the entrance.
The squad's radioman reported into HQ "This is Recon Team 2 we have successfully landed and have spotted a large number of enemy troops in the farm outside Nantebourg, requesting permission to engage..."

Imperial Palace, Central Frankenlisch
Office of the King

King James sat at a spruce-wood desk, his pen moving quickly across a page of paperwork, probably an arrest warrant He put down the gilded fountain pen and pressed a buzzer on his desk.
Immediately, Mckenzie Hoffman, the king's secretary walked in and stood at the end of his desk.
King James looked up and began speaking,"Ahh Mckenzie, just a quick question, have you received any calls from any foreigners recently? I'm expecting a call from Grand Duke Boromir of Begrove and Halford, any day now."
"No Y'grace I did get one a while back from Major General Thinnes, 'y know, the Belvanian one." Mckenzie replied, "I told 'Im though, sir, you know I did!"
"What did he say?"
"Oh just some nonsense, told me I had to listen to him! I tell you sir these Belvanians, the cheek of 'em, don't you think!"
"Oh my god... Do you realise that what he would have said could determine the fate of the war! I- I cant even, just get out..."

At that Mckenzie gave a slight grunt of protest, turned, left the room and awkwardly slammed the door behind her, leaving King James to his paperwork.

Field Operation Base - Kilo
Border with Malducia
Approx 22:00 Local Time

Field Marshall Erik Centiman was Commander-in-Chief of the Molvanian Expeditionary Forces in Vionna-Frankenlisch and he had been appointed CO of the Malducia Invasion Force.
The full invasion force consisted of men from Linburg, Grangenburg, The Fallen Isles and, as of Centiman's appointment as commander, a further 23,000 Molvanians bolstered their ranks.
They were now ready for the invasion of Malducia. 82,000 Soldiers, 2000 Airman and 12,000 Sailors were ready to move on his command.

He was now just waiting for the signal, his recon planes had reported heavy enemy concentrations on the border, but the area was fertile and mostly farmed so defensive positions were near impossible to construct
without creating civil unrest among the farmers and small towns and markets. All that the Malducians could do were secure the farmsteads, dig a few miles of trenches and fortify the border outposts. Centiman's troops would steamroll the Malducian Outer Territories without many problems, however, the Malducian (island) Mainland would be a different matter. Beaches with bunkers, tank traps and barbed wire. The outer cities and towns were defended by artillery and Triple A Guns.

The Island would fall, in time, but not without a fight...

Belvania, City of Belvin
Presidental House

Meanwhile back in the City of Belvin inside the Presidental House Sir Arthur's family and friends were waiting impatiently for the ambulance to arrive."This is outrageous."said Antonio who was Sir Arthurs older brother."Two hours we have been waiting here for someone from the Belvanian health service to turn up you don't expect this when it's the countries president whose life may be in danger."Suddenly the door opened and Sir Arthur's own private doctor entered."I have some extremely worrying news the ambulance is being held up in traffic, apparantly there has been an accident which is holding up traffic about half a mile from here so i suggest i will have to take care of the president personally as best i can because every second is vital."

Then with tears rolling down her face Sir Arthur's wife Mabel spoke "Doctor will my husband live and how serious is his condition."Doctor Samuel Bell looked at Mabel and said "I honestly do not know until their have been tests on what was put in his drink i cannot say for sure but at least he is now in a stable condition and a hospital bed will be the best place for him".

Then Stevens the butler entered the room. "The ambulance is here now doctor shall i let them in." "Of course we can't waste another second."And with that the paramedics entered carrying a stretcher carefully lifting Sir Arthur up off the makeshift bed and placing him onto the stretcher they quickly put him into the ambulance and drove off to the hospital all the family could now was wait.

Kaiser von Luxembourge sat in a fold out chair, looted from a nearby shop, he talked idly to some nearby officers, "Yes, mein Kameraden, but I believe that the populace of Nantebourg are hoarding weaponry, they either intend to turn on us during the battle or ambush the Belvanian Scum and help fight for their country. They all have militärisch training..." He paused, remembering to speak English, "Ach, mein apologies, I meant 'Military' training." He continued to stammer his way through a small conversation in broken English.

He glanced over at a nearby radio set, getting up, he walked to it and begun to twiddle some of the knobs on it's face. "How about we listen to some musik, meinen freunde!" He said, trying to sound jolly, but he could hardly stop himself shuddering in the harsh Germanan winter. As he turned the Frequency knob, by some strange luck, he turned it to one of the National Guard frequencies. "This is B Platoon, we are under attack at the Pilkington Farmstead! Send support immediately, a Belvanian Recon squad has knocked out our only armoured vehicle and we are pinned down in the farmhouse!"

Acting instantly, von Luxembourge, replied. "Hilfe ist auf dem Weg! Nur durchhalten"
"Ja!" Replied the voice at the other end of the line, "Danke, Eure Majestät!"
The Kaiser turned to his officers, "Send out a company of Militiamen, now!"
"A company, Your Majesty! But there is only 1 enemy squad!"
"Just do it! Don't question my orders!"

"Get out of the trucks!" Ordered Major Winterschloss
"Don't forget your Mark zweis!" Shouted a Captain

The Militiamen of C Company jumped out of their transports and readied their Karbiner 98s. They checked their Mark II 'pineapple'Grenades and made an advance on the farmstead.
"Heads down comrades, we don't know if they have arty." Their Major whispered.
"Herr Hauptmann, we should form a bayonet charge, break their spirits." Suggested a random Militiaman.
"Ja, ja. I wonder how long it will take us to die if we do that..."
The soldier shrugged back.
"No, no, was good idea."

The Company moved slowly towards the gunfire and when around 15 meters away, the major gave the order to fix bayonets and they all clumsily attatched their 14 inch bayonets to their rifles."
"On my order soldaten! Give a cheer for the Kaiser... Hip hip..."
"Urrahh!"
"Bayonet Charge!"
The 200 men of C company, charged headlong into the darkness. Not even knowing where their enemy was. They fired shots into the air while the men defending the farmstead emitted audible cheering and begun returning fire at the attacking Belvanians. The militiamen charged into the courtyard, to meet Belvanian assault rifles. 20 militiamen were cut down before they even neared the enemy. The gunfire and shouting would have, no doubt, woken the Belvanian commanders, who were likely sending support...

State of the War

Postby Vionna-Frankenlisch » Sat May 07, 2016 3:03 am

The war had reached a stalemate, with Belvanian forces besieging Nantebourg and the invasion of Malducia about to begin, neither side had won much and neither Belvania nor Vionna-Frankenlisch had even mobilised their reserves yet... They didn't need to, the fighting was mainly contained to the Germanan front, an airborne attack on Fort van Holdeek in southern Vionna had been repulsed and Greater Banitian and Vionna-Frankenlischian ships defeated a smaller Saint Achilleian squadron off the coast of Cape Winter.

Sir Arthur Greenslade had been poisoned by an unknown infiltrator and had to spend considerable time in hospital, luckily however, his expert doctors managed to restore him to full health. He commonly states that he feels better than he did before he was poisoned.

Prodavan forces have been massing on Vionna-Frankenlisch's southern border recently. And while Vionna-Frankenlisch had not received a direct declaration of war, the southern battalions of the National Guard have been mobilised and stationed at the border outposts. Molvani has recently agreed to a lend-lease deal with Vionna-Frankenlisch, 17,000 AFVs are currently being transferred around the south coast of the continent to reach the port of Frankenlisch directly. Germanan colonial forces on the Solomon Isles are preparing an operation to land troops in the eastern ports of Vionna-Frankenlisch to assist their Magna Europan brothers.

Grand Ceasia and it's client states have yet to take a stance on the war but both Molvani and Vionna-Frankenlisch have war plans ready incase of potential conflict. Also Greater Banitia have decided to rejoin the war.

Belvania has also slowly began to mobilise its small, yet experienced navy.

All of this has been coordinated and none of it is godmodding. Just put this here to avoid any misunderstanding.

Prodava was not attending the Meeting of Frankelisch so their troops were still active on the Vionna-Frankenlischian border. The invasion of the lower counties was being planned but as of yet there had been no Prodavan troops crossing the border. General Mohammed Grovsner had returned from Belvania the day that Sir Arthur was hospitalised and confined himself to the defence ministry to help plan the invasion. He had yet to make a public statement.

Prodavan Defence Ministry

"General Akabum, have you any news of the Vionna-Frankenlischian plans?" Asked Colonel Farragur

"Not yet, it seems the infidels are focusing their attention elsewhere." Ibrahim Akabum replied.

There had been intense debates about what form the invasion would take. The puny Prodavan Navy would have zero chance against the bigger and more advanced Vionna-Frankenlischian fleet and what airforce the Prodavans had would be of little use. However 3 million militants were at the disposal of the Republican Generals Staff and the elite Republican Guards could be called up if necessary. Reports showed that the Vionna-Frankenlischians only had around 300,000 men on the Prodavan border and they were mostly Militia and National Guards so the border could be easily overwhelmed but if the Vionna-Frankenlischians were quick to mobilise then the struggle could draw out for much longer. That was a gamble they had to take...

Greater Banitia
Greater Banitian National Capital: Orissa
Offices of War

The war had dragged on for 5 years now. Public Support for Banitian Military Action had dwindled to the single digits, the National Coffers were depleted to their lowest levels in over 250 years, and Greater Banitia herself had been forced to withdraw from the Oceanic Front, having suffered catastrophic losses to the combined Naval forces of Saint Achille and Belvania. With Greater Banitia's Navy all but crippled for the short term, desperate action was required.

It was time to bring this war to an end at the behest of Vionna-Frankenlisch and all her ailing allies. Fighting was heavy on the front. However, Greater Banitia would strike at the Belvanian Heartland.

Upon recommendation of the Supreme Commander of the Banitian Forces-At-War, with unanimous approval from the National Directorate, a Nuclear Strike on Belvania was approved on November 15 2018 at 23:23 hours.

It was a marvelous site, as over 300 000 Soldiers divided into over 30 legions loaded up into Herculean air transport vessels. The Commander knew it. Belvania had been through hell. He had entertained the possibility that Belvania would not surrender despite the nuclear attack.

The Banitian Commander had authorized a mass mobilization of Banitia's Special and Reserve Forces. Approximately 20% of them would be sent to the front to aid Vionna-Frankenlisch, while the rest would be parachuted into various targets around Belvania.

Several Military Sorte's had been scrambled should the transport aircraft experience any air resistance, from whatever the ailing Belvania could muster.

YOU ARE TO ATTACK ALL BELVANIANS! MOTHERS, CHILDREN, ARMED OR NOT!

The goal was to force the Belvanian government into a quick surrender, as nobody wanted to continue fighting. What government would not bow to the screams of their own civilians?

The final assault had begun

Goodness, gents I really did not expect to see activity on here ever again. I hate to say it but I've moved on to other things really and Belvania is a similar situation. Do have fun here if you want but I'm afraid there won't be any posting from us. Thank you, Banitia for being part of all this, even though it was rather amateur.
