Now that I think about it,shouldn't the armegeddon blade be considered a relic? I mean its one of the most powerful blades in existence, (hense why War won't be wielding it until later in the RP, and hense why it takes a LOOOONNNG time to complete, even in the game) and what better protector than the only person in existance that can wield it to its full potential?

The Union suddenly has one. Leon is reprimanded by Mike. He suddenly has a bomb that can apparently kill anything with a physical form, even Gods. The Voice restricts your ability to warp and teleport. Suddenly, Perkins has a suit that can negate that.

This is annoying. Stop it.

Just some clarification Aet, all of Homura's stuff except her Soul Gem is stored inside her shield along with the Death Note so the only weapon they'll take us her Katana and its sheathe.

The Shield is essentially the 'entrance' to the 'Warehouse'.

EDIT: Eh whatever. She's in a hospital so it makes sense they extract all her weaponry and other items.

Ok, here is a list of weapons that will be used or carried by Perkins (I'm skipping the First Citizen's POV's, he's weird to write) in the near future. Also included is a super weapon for later use, depending on circumstances.

M-12 Machine Pistol
A rather large and bulky pistol, it looks a little like a bolt pistol, just a slightly longer with a drum styled clip. It fires large 0.75 caliber rounds, and has the single shot, 3 round burst, and automatic firing modes. It can maintain up to 900 RPM, and shoots shells at roughly 600m a sec. A shot to the shoulder will blow your arm off, and take off a chunk of your shoulder too. The clip holds 60 rounds of ammo.

Energy Blade, Tarkin Pattern
A glowing blade that looks like some sword from a cheesy anime (Perkins likes the style though). Basically like a lightsaber.

M-1000 "Super Nova" Grenade
As seen earlier, improper use of this grenade will cause a 10-solar mass explosion to occur. In real use though, it makes a fireball/explosion 100ft across. Since the explosion is so small, all power is heavily concentrated in it, causing the grenade to be quite useful against extremely tough targets.

"The Bomb" AKA MK-50 Galaxy Buster
It does what it says it does: blow up a galaxy. In order to do this you need to drop the bomb in a Galaxy's central black hole. Said black hole will then explode; how this happens only scientists know, however the effects are felt immediately. Space time screws up within a few hundred thousand lightyears, depending on the black hole's mass. The resulting explosion travels across the galaxy at super high speeds, vaporizing stars and ripping apart atoms. It is said that the space time 10,000 light years from where the black hole is located is permanently altered forever.
**This Weapon will only be used in absolute emergencies. It is just a mention for now, and will not be implemented until later.

As ruler of the spiders in the Underground, she started a bakesale as a fundraiser to be able to rent a (heated) limo, to transport all of the spiders trapped in the Ruins (as they would be unable to safely cross Snowdin due to the low temperatures). After Frisk refuses to pay the price for goods at her stand during the bakesale due to cost, she decides to pack things up for the day. She was warned that Frisk might try to cross through her realm, and that there was a large bounty for Frisk. When Frisk makes it to her domain, she holds Frisk hostage and attacks, as she figures she could use the reward money to help in her mission to save the spiders in the Ruins. She soon receives a telegram detailing Frisk's earlier payment for goods in the Ruins, and also explaining that Frisk had not ever harmed a single spider. Muffet apologized for the misunderstanding, and let Frisk go. After Frisk was able to stop Asgore and defeat Flowey, and later Asriel (don't act like I didn't warn you about the spoilers!), the barrier was removed, and the Monsters could finally return to the surface. At the same time (rather conveniently), Muffet was able to come up with the funds to rent a limo to transport all of the spiders in the Ruins, and reunite them with the rest of the spiders. She had enough money left over to start a successful bakery on the surface, as well as other things.

Powers and Abilities: Expert climber, agile, flexible. Can squeeze into tight spaces, and is abnormally good at hiding. Can make webs (don't ask where they come out; just use your imagination). Can also make excellent tea and baked goods, given the right supplies. Has complete control over all spiders. Throws things well. Good Dancer. Superhuman strength, speed, and durability.

Muffet possesses Soul Manipulation powers, which allow her to manipulate the movements of her enemies slightly. When she uses her Soul Manipulation, her foe(s) are surrounded by a purple aura, and are only able to move in certain directions (without web use, mainly directly in front/behind them, and side-to-side; with web use, only left or right on the web the foe occupies, and up and down the webs-in this state, it is impossible for one to leave the web). Using the Soul Manipulation, her targets will be entirely unable to run away from battle. If they try to leave the battle, and webs are not in use, then they will simply be paralyzed until they stop trying to leave. If they try to leave while on a web, they will be stuck in their position on the web until they stop trying to leave.

Using her fangs, she can inject an extremely toxic venom into a target; It's a potent neurotoxin that causes (in order of symptoms) necrotic lesions, numbing and paralysis of the area around the bite, localized tissue necrosis (rotting of the flesh at and near the bite), hallucinations, convulsions, seizures, total paralysis, coma, total respiratory and cardiac failure, and finally death. It can kill a large adult human male in as little as eight hours (with the victim being paralyzed much quicker than that, usually within 3 hours; hallucinations may set in in as little as half an hour to an hour, depending on other factors). No known anti-venom exists. She is able to control the output of venom, so that she can inject varying amounts to cause her target to die, merely get sick, or even not inject the venom at all (dry bite).

Weaknesses: As a monster, she is somewhat vulnerable to physical attacks. Doesn't generally like leaving her web. Vulnerable to cold temperatures. Despite the potentcy of her venom, Muffet very rarely uses her fangs in a fight. Due to being a spider, she would probably creep out most humans. She also seems to be bribed rather easily-However, this is probably only due to her needing the funds to save millions of spiders.

Note: Spiders from the underground are actually rather intelligent, and possibly have human or near-human levels of intellect, as shown by their (admittedly simple and short) interactions with the environment, where they are shown to have an understanding of complex tools use, economics, and are able to feel empathy and mourning.

Since we have four Undertale characters....

Name: Papyrus

Some time before Frisk fell down to the Underground Papyrus and Sans showed up in the frozen land known as Snowdin and asserted themselves. Some times after moving to Swondin Papyrus met and befriended Undyne who along with training him to become a future member of the royal guard also began to teach him how to cook (mainly so he can find something else to do). When Papyrus finally had his chance of catching the first human to have finally enter the Underground he acted has a sort of weak antagonist to Frisk as not only did Sans outright helped Frisk avoid being seen by Papyrus but Frisk was able to get pass all of his puzzles (each one having their own amusing ways of back firing on the skeleton). Finally when it came to the point when he and Frisk would have to fight Frisk both dodged Papyrus's attacks and flirted with him enough times to even date the skeleton (a date that ended with Frisk being sent to the friend zone). After being befriending the human Papyrus assited him by phone by giving advices on different puzzles found in the Underground and even tried his best to convince Undyne to not attack Frisk. When he and many of Frisk friend's went to meet him and after Toriel stop Asgore from forcing the young human to fight he along with his brother were absorbed by Flowey who became Asriel Dreemurr. After Frisk saved his and everyone's soul and broke the barrier Papyrus and Sans moved to the aboveground where Papyrus fullful's his dream and gains his own car.

Powers and Abilities: Has many bones that he can control and use as attacks, has a special blue attack that can distort and control gravity (with the side effect that the person inflicted by the attack is blue), Is very strong and durable, is acrobatic, overwhelmingly determination, is knowledge about puzzles, charming personality, can be witty at times.

Weaknesses: He is extremely optimistic and innocent, even to the point that he believes that total monsters can still be good inside. He such a goober that in most serious fights Papyrus has a chance of being torn into tiny smiling pieces even though he is freaking strong. Papyrus is occasionally rather oblivious and nonobservant, such as when he tries to rub different kinds of creams and "sauces" behind his ears, only to realize that he doesn't have any ears. His cooking is also not the best in the world.

Sans along with his brother both moved to Swondin were they acted as guards keeping on eye out for humans. In his job as a sentry he often practice his knock knock jokes in front of the door that lead to the ruins were eventually he would meet Toriel who would tell him jokes from the otherside of the door. Soon she asked Sans a promise to protect any human that came down to the underground and will normally not the type to make them Sans made the sole exception for Toriel. This promise would end up coming to play as Sans would soon meet and later befriend Frisk, meeting the young human in his adventure through the Underground. Later Sans would tell Frisk about the promise he made and wishing him luck on his journey. When all of Frisk's friends came to meet him after Toriel stopped her former husband from forcing the child to fight both he and Toriel finally met face to face (which after Toriel told a bone related joke cause Papyrus to scream that he was stuck in the worst ending). Like papyrus he too was abosrbed by Flowey the Flower but like the rest was saved by Frisk and followed his brother to the aboveground. Even in his new environment Sans is still lazy.

Powers and Abilities: Can control and use many bones for variety of different attacks, posses gasterblasters which fire off destructive white beams, has gravity control powers that act as telekinesis, incredibly fast, teleportation, knowledge about timelines and temporal anomalies along with possessing some time warping powers. Attacks bring about Karmic Retribution, which causes the sins of a person to damage them over time.

Weaknesses: Sans is a lazy fuck on pretty much everything only ever becoming active if the situation at hands truly calls for him to use his powers. Because Sans doesn't train it makes him rather weak to the point that one hit can easily beat him which means that dodging is his only form of defense. If he fights for long he gets tired. His puns is... an acquired taste, for some people. Otherwise for some people (*cough*Papyrus*Cough*) it would be annoying.
