Ooh, the future AoBS arc just gave me some thoughts.
I mentioned how Richard had his father's data-slate, I might as well specify what information it contains.
Apple Ipad-M-800: :D
The unserious stuff:
-A few hundred pages of Union PROPAGANDA!!!
-A bunch of manga and anime.
-15000 years worth of Union history.
-Basically every piece of literature.
-Political Debate papers.
-A handbook to living in the Union.
-What can only be described as a huge load of video games. (BLACK OPS 3!)
-Ahmed's old letters.
What's worth mentioning:
-Designs and manuals to almost 2000 Union Weapon Systems.
-An interesting document and design template about nano-technology of all sorts.
-Guides to maintaining said weapons.
-Manual to Union Armor and Shielding: How to make and maintain.
-Naval (Space) Tactics for Dummies.
-Union Technology for Dummies.
-Low tech base productions manual.
-"How to modernize a country", by The First Citizen.
-"How to hack advanced AIs", by Steve Hawking
-Singularity Cannons and all that advanced stuff.

I would hate to see Richard lose his data-slate just for the enemy to find it. That would be BAD :)
to say the least. Fog ships with Singularity Cannons, Space ship grade shields and Anti-Matter Torpedoes= uh-oh

This is a major weakness but if your craft, powerful, creative, have a lot of friends, resources and luck you may control the new witch but still keeping that link alive, but that would require on you breaking the laws of magic itself!

Considering we're talking about mages, I think the laws of magic are more of a guidelines and suggestions thing.

So Witch infestations will still be a thing considering how many familiars there are inside a Witch Barrier if someone ever tries to build a Walpurgisnacht or a Witch Amty. Good to know then.

Yeah there are mages who see the laws of magic as suggestions and others that follow them as the ten commandments. Really depends on your paradigm/ belief system/ tradition since belief and will play a major role with magic.

Fog Ships do already have Anti-Matter Warheads and Singularity Cannons and depending on my mood and the escalation needed, Spaceship grade shields. They're called The SGC, Corrosive Warheads, and the Klein Field.

Saying it now. Unless you have access to the JTN, which is impossible unless you're Fog, you aren't hacking anything because there isn't a connection that can be used for hacking.

Hmm. Said hacking is useless now :p (I'm going to make Richard attempt anyways). But for other humans, it would be nice having anti-matter missiles :) , depending on whether they can make them or not. I might add Perkins if that's allowed. He will be alone and spend most of the time wandering around in confusion, occasionally mumbling to himself.

**Fun fact: Union weapons are characterized technologically on how much damage they do. Say a 600mm laser has 100kt power, that's considered really outdated. If you have 1-50 megatons thats considered crude. 50-900 is considered typical and anything higher is considered advanced. It's a weird system to say the least. As we say, brute force always wins the day. :)
If nothing works, just attach 10 more guns. :D :D As Orks say: MOAR DAKKA!!
Remember to buy your 50,000 ton railgun shells from the local Manufactory. We sell them in 3 different variants. Thank you.

**When fighting against guns that unload 1920000000 megatons of power a shot, you need serious protection. I'm not even going to get into that. Said guns aren't even the largest.

Anyways, its hard to quantify just how much energy reality tearing weapons produce since they work at the atomic level, but since the "You can Brute Force a Klein Field." is just a theory, I can say that its false and you need exotic weapons like the Fog does in order to bypass the Klein Field. Still haven't decided on that so hold your horses.

In the Union, its basically brute force everything. Use exotic weapons but turn those up to 11 and use them as brute force too. Richard's ship's laser was designed by his father to be both exotic in a sense and sheer brute force at the same time. " I mean, eventually when you're lobbing huge shells the size of the enemy at 95% light speed towards them, they're pretty screwed." -Union navy saying.

Basically, stuff a small star into a shell and fire it at the enemy at light speed. Fire 1000 more shells just in case. Works in most situations. If that fails destroy the Solar System. Purge the Galaxy is next.

Name: The Watcher

Starting Affiliation: The Charrd Council; good

Gender: male.

Age: N/A

Appearance: Image

Species: unknown (not a demon because the charred council doesn't consort with demons, excluding one, but it was during desperate times)

Universe of Origin: Darksiders

Backstory: When War was sent to the The Charred Council for being accused of starting the Apocalypse, The Watcher was instructed with watching over War and to follow him on his journey to make sure he stays in line. He directs War to accomplish certain tasks that need to be achieved, in order to progress through his journey. He is depicted as being sadistic and wicked, with no sense of mercy whatsoever, as shown by his comments, as War progresses in his quest. He essentially acts as a guide and nudge in the right direction for War. The Charred Council has given the Watcher the power to kill War, if he falls out of line, as well as telling the Watcher to suppress War's powers.

The Watcher is not seen much other than pointing War in the right direction. He considers War "a dog on a leash", as he makes sure to specify upon their landing on Earth. Upon meeting Samael, The Watcher is very cautious of him and warns War to be the same. At one point, Samael demanded that War kill the Watcher, at which point the Watcher reminds them both that he is protected by the council, who can end both of them at once. Despite this, War showed his hatred towards his self-proclaimed master by smashing him into the ground, but not killing him, which Samael believes to have shown War's weakness. When Samael opened a portal to the Black Throne, the Watcher appeared and told War it could be a trap leading to Hell. When the Watcher requests that War should slay Azrael for being an accomplice of Abaddon, the Archangel that started the premature Apocalypse, War refuses on account of Azrael promising War he would aid him in his journey to Abaddon's location.

On his journey to reconstruct the Armageddon Blade War is confronted by Uriel and called to Nex Sacramentum, which he wins. The Watcher then urges War to kill Uriel but is rebuffed by War, who tells him that the time of Uriel's death will be decided by War alone.

Powers and Abilities:
'getting under one's skin'
Dark magic
Charred Concil's protection
Type one immortality
Weaknesses:
Not a very good fighter as he usually uses War as his own personal shield, or when needed, using his dark magic to end people fast and mercisly, or going into one's body. (doesn't mater what as long as its not Charred Council power or above)

Destructive Capacity: Planet (with his magic)

Speed: Mach-3

Durability: Low

Lifting Strength: Low

Striking Strength: Low

Stamina: High

Standard Equipment: N/A

Intelligence: High

Writing a sufficiently Sayaka-ish answer was surprisingly hard, but I think I did good enough after 10 or so revisions when I realized I was escalating things waaaay too much in the draft.

I mean, Grief makes people wonky but not that wonkey.

Prepare to die Kyoko Sakura! I think Ornstien has already begun filing lawsuits at this point. Speaking of Modaka Magica I have a feeling that most of them will probably follow Elizabeth around cause not only does she has a different magic system that can effect witches in ways they normally can't but also on the fact that she is an adult who can use magic and does not turn into a magical girl or woman in Elizabeth's case. Good I can imagine a really funny scene in which somehow Elizabeth temporarily does turn into a magical girl :p.

Than again her charm on being an unconventional magical girl was already taken by the two villaneses from the Magica verse.

Does it include Elizabeth growing younger to truly become a Magical Girl? Because I have some still unworkable ideas to make that a reality. As for every MG following Elizabeth, well, its more like Kyoko follows what she believes to be an amnesiac Sayaka, and Mami will follow just about anyone that talks to her.

By Villainesses, do you mean O and K, or O and H, maybe even H and K?

Also, I've figured out a way to introduce Mami and Kyoko once I finish their apps I can't work on right now because I have lots of things to do like memorize that debate speech I made because I apparently can't improv on the spot because the thing is scripted.

Also, really sorry for replying with short posts compared to yours. Don't have much time left right now.

It's alright, get a short reply is better than no reply. The villainesses are the serial killer and her partner in crime and sure why not make her younger just to make things even funnier. Last time I made a speech I had the full right to change it since I didn't need to worry about it being scripted.

So O and K then.

I'm not sure why you think they're unconventional. One's a Precog with a identity crisis and the other is Serial Killer with a unhealthy obsession that can probably rival Homura's. Nothing weird about that. No siree.

Hey Aterria, I know it's not officially in the rules and a little late, but I'd rather you not rp a group you don't have control over, I.E. the Empire. I doubt you went through the OOC to see this, but I have complete control over any NPC Star Wars stuff.

Also. If anybody has free villains, Asteroath is gonna have a bit of a party here soon, involving the some other überpowerful Celestials. Maybe somebody's gonna die???? Who really knows. (Hint: I do.)

Oh, speaking of Asteroath, he's gonna get a lot more active in my next few posts. Not just that party thing, but armies and destruction too. He's been in jail for a while, after all. It's time to have some fun.

Slendy, Watcher is accepted.

Well, I guess Bill can be fashionably late to the party, which I feel like is 100% in character. Like, he knows when the party would start thousands of years beforehand but still purposefully decides to be a few minutes-hours late, just because he can.

I could have some beings from Elizabeth's world join in the Asteroath party but for now most are interested on staying in their world. BTW anyone knows a good name for my world cause I've been thinking on what to call it but I still haven't found a good name for it yet.

Name: Davian Thule

Starting Affiliation: Good

Gender: Male

Age: Over 400

Appearance:

Species: Astartes

Universe of Origin: Warhammer 40,000

Backstory: When the Chaos witch Morga seduced the Planetary Governor of a once-prosperous and loyal Imperial colony, the Blood Ravens retaliated, purging the world of all life. Morga however, survived. She proved to be a deadly foe and slew the Blood Ravens expedition leader and most of his staff. It was the young Initiate Davian Thule who ultimately killed her, proving his mettle early on. Thule later led the Blood Ravens 4th Company on Cadia. There, his men dropped on the Iron Warriors who were marching towards the city of Kasr Sonnen. The battle initially went in the favour of the Blood Ravens, but word came that the Black Legion was en route as well, and orders came down from the Chapter Master to withdraw. Thule resisted and pressed his advantage until the Chapter Master threatened to have him removed from command. Thule and the Blood Ravens left, leaving the Cadian Regiments to fend for themselves against the Black Legion.

Thule later commanded the three Blood Ravens companies deployed to Kronus to purge the Necron presence there. Thule ordered to Governor-Militant Lukas Alexander to evacuate all civilians and Imperial Guard personnel, but Alexander refused, which forced the Blood Ravens to fight the Imperial soldiers to achieve their objective. Thule regretted having to kill his fellow brothers-in-arms, but orders were orders. Thule treated the remnants of the shattered 1st Kronus Regiment with honour, arranging transport off-planet for the surviving Guardsmen, and giving Alexander's body a formal military burial. On the other hand, the soldiers of the rebellious 5th Company, who had mutinied against the regiment and fought with the Blood Ravens during the final battle at Victory Bay, were executed for disloyalty. Nevertheless, the survivors of the regiment bore a deep hatred for the Blood Ravens. Thule and the Blood Ravens Second Company also succeeded in their mission to wipe out the Necrons of Kronus, with Thule personally planting the bomb deep within their catacombs beneath Thur'Abis Plateau. The Second Company later adopted the motto "Victory Over Death" in reference to this great victory. Thule himself suffered grievous wounds in the final battle with the Necron Lord, including the loss of his right eye. Nevertheless, he survived and led the Blood Ravens to victory. In the aftermath of the Kronus campaign, the Inquisition arrived to question the Blood Ravens' actions, but the commanding officers managed to finagle their way through the interrogations by claiming they were just "following orders" from their Chapter Master.

When an Ork WAAAGH! hit Subsector Aurelia, where the Blood Ravens recruited many of their number, Thule was made commander of Space Marine operations there and charged with protecting the Blood Ravens recruiting worlds of Calderis, Typhon Primaris, and Meridian. Thule's men were at the forefront of the fighting on Calderis when the Tyranid swarm initially made planetfall.

Powers and Abilities: Gene-Seed: Every Space Marine is implanted with 19 special organs (full list here.). Abilities granted by these organs include the ability to go for about two weeks without sleep, breath without a helmet under water and in toxic air, ability to absorb the knowledge of someone by eating their flesh, the ability to identify chemicals and track by taste, an immunity to motion sickness and concussion, super-sweat that protects them from heat and cold and can even be hardened into a vacuum-proof shell, acid spit, and the ability to enter a state of suspended animation when they are hurt or starving (however, to leave this state requires the use of specific drugs).
And They Shall Know No Fear: Due to the training (read: brainwashing) required to be a Space Marine, they are all but immune to fear.

Weaknesses: Vulnerable to being whacked with a pointy stick (by that, I mean melee weapons. Whacking a Space Marine with a literal pointy stick is inadvisable unless you are suicidal). Especially Tyranid pointy bio-sticks.

Destructive Capacity: Building Level

Speed: 10m/s

Durability: Large Building Level

Lifting Strength: Class 25

Striking Strength: Class MJ+

Stamina: Excellent.

Standard Equipment: Heavy Bolter, Bolt Pistol, Power Sword, Power Armor, 4 Frag Grenades

Intelligence: Tactical Genius. Hurr.

Team Name: Bloody Magpies 4th Gift Group Blood Ravens 4th Company Detachment

Number of Members: 8 named (Captain Thule, Force Commander Aramus, Veteran-Sergeant Tarkus, Devastator Sergeant Avitus, Scout Sergeant Cyrus, Assault Marine Thaddeus, Apothecary Gordian, Techmarine Martellus), 10 unnamed (3 Tactical Marines, 2 Devastators, 2 Space Marine Scouts, 2 Assault Marines, 1 Dreadnought)

Starting Affiliation: Good

List Powers Here: Gene-Seed (ALL): Every Space Marine is implanted with 19 special organs (full list here.). And They Shall Know No Fear (ALL): Due to the training (read: brainwashing) required to be a Space Marine, they are all but immune to fear.
To Victory! (Aramus): For a brief period, Aramus can sprint much faster than a peak sprinter.
Tactical Advance (Tarkus): For about half a minute, Tarkus and his squad can temporarily resist most damage, but move much slower.
Infiltrate (Cyrus): Cyrus and his Scouts can cloak. While Infiltrated, Cyrus cannot shoot. He can still throw demolition charges and grenades, however.
Secrets of the Machine Spirit (Martellus): Martellus, due to his training as a Techmarine, can quickly learn to use, manipulate, and repair all but the most alien of technology.
Combat Stimms (Gordian): As an Apothecary, Gordian can utilize his many medical skills to inject combat drugs into a patient or revive a Marine in stasis.

Hm, is it possible for the Devil or one of her messengers to be in the party? After all, she's already present among the Heroes and Villains, though, it might technically be breaking the No two versions of the same character rule.
