The Aeroteq J100 SkyBlazer, an older jet-powered civilian aircraft, has mainly been retired from major commercial interests. However, small charter operators still fly the passenger version, while the electronic intelligence and signals intelligence variants are flown by the military on electronic warfare missions as the RC-100A or RC-100B. J100 transports are also used by the Department of State for diplomatic flights; however the Fed government is in the process of replacing the J100 fleet with rebuilt low-hours airframes or upgrading to J225 and J250 to provide more flexibility on the milk runs to the diplomatic stations and embassies the aircraft are assigned to serve.

Most of the tried and true technologies, including airframe shape and jet engines, that are used in the current J225 and J250 commuter aircraft, were originally developed and refined in the J100.

Ms. Nguyen,

We are in luck! I have done some negotiating among the suppliers and the military units whose shops are involved in the military equipment conversions.

With current rate of production, your complete order of Gravesend Class 8 locomotives will come from factory new-builds rather than relying on factory-reworked "zero-miles" overhauls. I have successfully diverted five completed units already in the military shops, and the other five will become available within fourteen days, as the conversion work for them is already underway and the Army reports no delays in the armament procurement from Federal Arsenals weapons plants.

The production of the armed idler flatcars was a bit of a wrangle to say the least. A number of private rail companies fabricate the idlers based on a standard design from the FRA. We simply had to acquire them. However, parts for the armored shell and 105mm mobile gun system turret, plus the military shop personnel to mate the components together, is the wrinkle in the plan. Our estimates are fifteen to twenty-five days for the full order to ship.

I have diverted all of the armored escort cars to fill your order from a FEDTREAS option to buy. They will be ready for immediate delivery after going through the paint shops.

Field Hospital HSV-1 combine cars come from the manufacturer as a standard design. Burton Manufacturing and Standard Design has committed to having all of the custom interiors installed within fourteen days.

The standard 75 foot flatcars and 50 foot all-door boxcars with shock control are already in surge production due to private rail company contracts and ongoing orders. The manufacturers and erecting shops report your delivery will be ready in no more than seven days. You can begin shipping them out at 20% of the order per day for five days, after 48 hours to get the first batch through the paint shops.

The Federation Central Bank in Center City has also issued an official letter of credit to fulfill the orders locally and accept reimbursement by approved World Assembly wire transfers. They will handle the transactions for you with a small 0.025% (of the order value) handling fee for the currency exchange and administrative costs.

All manuals, documentation, customs declarations and safety certificates for the equipment will be forwarded directly from my office, and we will send the final engineering drawings under separate cover. Gravesend Manufacturing technical specialists will be available for training on the Class 8 in the field, along with military railroad engineers to teach your train crews on operations and gunnery.

HSV-1 Escort Car - accommodates up to 60 soldiers and two gunners for the 50-caliber machine guns in remote weapons stations - space is included internally for weapons and ammunition lockers, and the car is self-powered with a small electrical generator. It can be isolated from train power or left on the tracks buttoned up as a mini fortress for short periods of time (as long as food rations and ammo hold out).


HSV-1 Combine Field Hospital - two surgical rooms, a supply room, a small testing lab room, and a patient ward. Can handle two surgeries and hold up to 12 casualties in the ward room. Typically staffed by three surgeons, three nurses, eight medical corpsmen. Requires separate accommodations for medical personnel quarters.


MGS 105mm gun car - Crew of five (Commander, Loader, 105mm gunner, 2 x RWS gunners) - self-powered with onboard generator or draws train power from the locomotive. Main armament is a 105mm low recoil cannon and automatic loader assist, 60-75 rounds stored aboard, two 50-caliber machine guns in remote weapons stations.

OOC - Okay, working on a new pattern of camo and I'll run it with red or blue. The orange and red bled into each other the first time.

I draw my line art in black and white, then go through a process to overlay it on whatever color pattern I want (or I draw in the colors and stripes). Mostly its all done in MS Paint and I use another graphics tool called GIMP to save time with complex fill ins.
