There probably is. Or one that affects something which changes it. You can make your honor like 200 and your renown like 6k in about 30 seconds with cheat menu lol.

Ugh, I hate sea battles in Viking Conquest. My ship jumped suddenly and I fell off and died.

I didn't know that. I just used infinite money and paid for 100 relations from each Lord.

at the point of step ten you might as well play Napoleon: Total War instead

N:TW added a few new features, but mostly was just a more restricted Empire: Total War with more unit variety this time.

Napoleonic Wars on the other hand, is awesome

I still love Total War: Shogun 2, not as many options as Rome 2 but I think that Rome 2 had an overwhelming amount of units... (wow, I sounds like noob)

Shogun II is my second favorite

Rome II's abysmal launch (which I was a part of) kinda drove me away from the series...

Didn't even watch a trailer for Attila. Now Warhammer, on the other hand...

That has me interested...

Also, Warsword: Conquest is one of my favorite M&B mods of all time. It's right up there with Full Invasion II, Last Days of the Third Age, Gekokujo, and Star Wars: Conquest

We don't talk about the bickering between LORD Bunduk, Lady Marnid and Bulba Fett over who gets that one bloody castle (Derchios) that fell back into Swadian hands and had to be reconquered by a 200-strong army the THIRTIETH time.

Napoleonic Wars and Iron Europe are also a blast to play (pun intended), the former when you get to be the shotgun-wielding Russian Dragoon and the latter when you machine-gun that one guy who knows how to block all your melee attacks flawlessly. Not sure why With Fire and Sword gets so much hate though, it's actually not that bad (but it could be improved a lot).

I've had issues with Rome 2 when it comes to my game crashing. I can run an 8 player multi system game of SIns of a Solar Empire on max graphics fine but if I pan the screen and zoom the camera out on the lowest video settings it has to break down.

Attila seemed to be a lot like Rome 2 from what I saw of it (I haven't played it)

Warhammer looks like a nice refreshing breath though.
