Yeah, we're not doing the whole 'every variation of every universe' thing here. Makes things too large-scale, even for an rp with dozens of universes as playgrounds. Plus, it would open up the possibility of more than one of a character, which I declared verboten a while ago.

And I hate to do this, but I would really prefer that you didn't have Blare come from Clay's Sburb session. It just didn't work out as well as I hoped when we did it in ATTM.

Name: Oriko Mikuni, White, the Weaver Starting Affiliation: Evil Gender: Female Age: 15 Appearance: Species: Magical Girl Universe of Origin: Puella Magi Oriko Magica Backstory: Daughter of a renowned politician, Oriko lived as part of the Elites of society. That, however did not blind her to the suffering of others and she readily took after her father, Councilman Mikuni, and sought to make Japan a better place. As a child, she did all she could to help him gain the trust of the populace and was constantly praised for doing so even though she wanted none of it. Simply doing the right thing didn't require a reward after all. Growing up, she attended Shirome Middle School, a prestigious all-female school, in Mitakihara. She was loved by all and her name was celebrated by everyone from the Faculty to the entire Study Body. Due to her all around likeable personality and her competence, she was elected President of the Student Council wherein she once again proved why she was the perfect leader. Then her father committed suicide. Reports indicated that he did so in order to escape prosecution for his corruption. All of Oriko's contacts abandoned her. Oriko sees the future with uncanny clarity. She cannot turn this off and is constantly bombarded with random visions of the future. This requires very little Magic but Actively Seeking out a specific future and the events that lead to that will require lots of Magic. The Perfect Princess: Very little can startle or move Oriko. She's the very picture of a Noble Lady participating in the King's Court, confident, silver-tongued, and composed. If she wants to, she can be very intimidating. Kirika lived a ordinary life, the most notable event being her best friend unintentionally setting her up for shoplifting. The betrayal hurt her so much, she withdrew from Society. Years passed and her Antisocial behavior worsened to the point that she rarely goes to school anymore. Now a loner, Kirika craved the attention of her peers but she could never muster the strength to reenter society, instead she belittled them all and comforted herself in her superiority. One day, while shopping for groceries, Kirika dropped her money. She was so slow and sluggish that the people at the line grew mad and wanted her to move faster. That just made her deliberately slow down to spite them but someone helped her collect her money before going away. Kirika fell in love. But she never could approach her. Fed up with her own indecisiveness and cowardice, she made a wish. It was a wish Oriko would hate, but it was worth it to Kirika. Powers and Abilities: Someone Perfect for Her: Standard Magical Girl improvements. Kirika's innate weapons are claws. "Vampire Fang" Can lengthen and turn her claws into whips while "Stepping Fang" allows her to turn them into projectiles. Delayed Tick-Tock: Time Magic. Kirika can passively slow down things in front of her and use a spell that slows the environment. Her Magic makes her opponents' bodies and minds, along with everything else, all around slower, giving the illusion that Kirika is moving extremely fast. Love Demon: Kirika's wish had negative effects on her psyche. She is utterly devoted to Oriko and always will be what the Seer needs. Weaknesses: She can only slow down things in front of her. She hates being called a kid or people throwing around words like 'affection', 'love', 'crush' and the like when talking about her relationship with Oriko. If you're not Oriko and you do the above, she'll go berserk. Emotionally dependant on Oriko. That made making the apps as substantial as Sayaka's and Homura's hard but at least I tried.

And (x2 combo!) I think I prefer Clay's future-vision to Oriko's precog, since he can control it and it's nearly effortless, if very unreliable if he looks too far into the future.

Oriko's precog seems to be the opposite of Clay's then. She can see real far into the future and not miss a detail but it's expensive. See the quote I used for her? People joke that she was able to predict the plot of the PMMM's 3rd movie 3 years before it first aired.

I'm not exactly sure who's the better precog between the two since I don't know how good Clay's precog is. When Homura fought Oriko, Murderface couldn't stop time because Oriko would punch her in the face with an orb every time she tried. Pretty impressive considering all Homura needs to do to stop time is think about it or crank her shield. Oriko lost in the end though, Kyubey saw through her plans and Homura murdered her and Kirika.

Clay's Seer abilities let him see all possible futures branching out from the present like a river, kind of letting him plan things out for what he believes to be the 'best' one. It's unreliable to look too far into the future because the number of futures gets overwhelming and impossible to totally prepare for.

So typical Precog? I need more feats to really judge who's better.

Anyways, from what I know, Oriko's precog does have some blind spots. She wasn't able to predict Sasa Yuki from brain washing her. How did Sasa do it? I have no clue, Noisy Citrine is only available in Japan and no Pirate has gotten their hands on it so the details escape me.

Lemme use an analogy based on everything I know on the two. Clay's precog is the bicycle to Oriko's motorcycle. The latter's more reliable, runs farther and faster but a lot more expensive than the former.
