No way.

We poison our air and water to weed out the weak!

Allegiance: Liberté, égalité, fraternité. (The U.S.A)
History: In 1824, Gilbert du Motier, Once Major General of the continental army and Marquis de Lafayette, was invited by president James Monroe to tour the United States he had been so dedicated to. By the time he took the trip, he was in his seventies, a wizened old remnants of the times of the war for independance, having come to serve under Washington at a tender age, and now returning to the nation he had helped craft to see how it had grown. As he toured the nation, he was cheered at every stop, his arrival in Boston causing people to line up in the streets and cheer for the old man.
Lafayette's son, Georges Washington du Motier was fourty years old as his father toured the Union, and nearing the end of the tour he and his wife fell in love with the nation, and settled down in one of the numerous manorhouses dedicated to Lafayette. As the years passed, and age drained from them, they produced an heir, and a spare. The heir would go on to return to France to die, but the spare, Georges Charles du Motier would grow in this nation that so revered his grandfather, and eagerly joined up into the military as soon as he could. All told, he was supremely competent, at least where artillery was not involved. His familial reputation dragged him up the ranks, and he marched his way along the final stretch. He served in many posts, from cavalry to infantry to an ill advised command over artillery, before settling into work as a commander of infantry, just in time for the proverbial bomb to drop, and for all of the collective excrement to hit the spinning metallic blade.

Accepted.
Actually, Battlemods will have a hard time knowing if they are elite/non-elite units, and he doesn't use the point system, so I'll just temporarily put him on the list, but Western Pacific Territories, please follow the ORBAT structure in the OP, just for the sake of not confusing anybody, especially the battlemods.

Name: Elizabeth Lorraine "Bloody Liz" Delacroix
Age: 25
Birthplace: Delacroix Plantation, Mississippi (Calhoun County)
Description:
Class: Agriculturalist
Starting Wealth: $1,000,000
Income: 4,500 supplies
Current State: Mississippi
Civilian Skills: Wealthy, Elite Family
Biography: Elizabeth was born to the century-old Delacroix family -- one of the wealthiest bloodlines in the entire United States. Originally hailing from the shores of western Brittany, the noble Delacroix' emigrated to the Americas under the English flag in 1695. Following the War of Independence and the formation of the United States, the family delved into westerward expansion with the support of slave labor.
The Delacroix Plantation (located at the heart of Calhoun County) became key to the success of Mississippi's state-level economy. As of 1825, the family owned approximately 350 African slaves.
In the early spring of 1835, the family's strictly conservative patriarch, Edgar Delacroix, impregnated his wife with a daughter. The infant girl was born on January 2, 1836. She was named Elizabeth Lorraine after her maternal great-grandmother. From the moment of conception, Elizabeth was exposed to the massive array of mental illnesses that plagued the vast gene pool of the Delacroix family. When the girl was just a toddler, her nanny and caretakers noted that she "does not seem to feel or comprehend emotion." Witnessing Edgar's cruelty towards the Delacroix Plantation's slaves, Elizabeth took an unusual liking to inflicting pain upon her family's human property. As a teenager, she was caught several times tormenting and attempting to injure her father's house slaves without reason. Her father, however, was described by many observers as being "borderline obsessed" with his daughter. He fiercely defended Elizabeth's every action out of his infatuation with his own child.
Slowly and steadily, Elizabeth grew into a strikingly beautiful woman. Hordes of wealthy suitors approached the young heiress for her hand in marriage, although all were found to be repulsed by Elizabeth's extreme relationship with her father and her sadistic love for torture.
A sufferer of depression and severe anxiety, Elizabeth's mother committed suicide by asphyxiation in 1857. Her father died of grief and stress-induced cancer just two months later. As Edgar's only child and the central descendant of the Delacroix bloodline, Elizabeth became the main beneficiary of her family's entire fortune. At the age of 21, she inherited the whole of the Delacroix Plantation, along with a grand total of 500 slaves.
Immediately following her assumption of the Delacroix throne, Elizabeth rented out over 1/2 of her land to local farmers for a massive profit. She became an influential land baroness with immense economic and societal respect in the county. The Delacroix heiress never married. Now, at the age of 25, she remains unwed and a virgin in all respects. The locals often refer to her as a spinster.
Rumors of the beautiful Elizabeth's brutal and sadistic tendencies have spread throughout the South like wildfire. Legend has it that she had a dungeon tunneled beneath her plantation house where she savagely tortures her helpless slaves on a daily basis with the help of her many overseers. Tales of how she tore out a man's eyes and sewed them to his chest, sewed two women's heads together in an attempt to create Siamese twins, and fed an old house slave his own intestines are common horror stories shared by Mississippi's youth. Whether or not these rumors are based on fact is completely unknown, but they have gained her the nickname of "Bloody Liz" amongst the local populace in Calhoun County.
Elizabeth is a violent and lethal white supremacist who would stop at nothing to achieve her malicious goals. She is a woman of captivating beauty...and yet vile intensions. She is collectively feared by her slaves, her slave overseers, and the people of Mississippi.
As an extremely wealthy aristocrat, Elizabeth is a skilled hunter. She is quite accurate with a rifle and owns a pack of feral dogs which she uses for various purposes...

If we don't get enough Corps commanders, we can probably start merging corps together, or give people commander over multiple corps. Theater level commanders, maybe.
