When it comes down to it, tech is what it will take to truly move past many of these issues. Once you've got cybernetic eye implants combined with wireless access, for instance, reporting crime is a snap. Once people can get new bodies and experiment with sex cheaply enough, anyone could have started as any sex, so there's no way to know who to discriminate against. Complaints about looks fading become irrelevant, along with all the angst that goes with it. Etc, etc.

See, I have no idea if any grown men have been raped by grown women. I'm assuming it has happened, but for the sake of argument, let's say it hasn't. What someone was before may change, but it is still very much relevant to me and my perception of them, and personally, I am not sexually inclined to such a person. It's not about telling the difference, it's about someone's individual sexual preference. I'm not against people doing this, let them do it as much as they like. But please don't expect me to be more sexually attracted to someone for it. And I disagree personally, I think a lot of people would still care, not just men, but women too, and perhaps even some trans folks as well.

Hey everyone, someone posted this in the MRM thread and I think it's relevant here to. How do you guys think that this sort of thing can be stopped and more specifically what can the feminist movement do to counter such horrible things from occurring?
