Bio:

To be fair, Roberts never asked for any of this. All he wanted to do was to live his life in the small town only known as the Crown. Born into a small family, he was expected to become a farmer, just like his father, and his father before him. Life in the town was like a typical farming town, except a massive wooden and rusting car wall with armed guards patrolling constantly surrounded the town to keep out both bandits and infected. Compared to the life outside of the Dominion, it was a good life.

However, life was never easy there. With constant fear of poor rains, bad harvests or carriers spreading the Infection around the Crown, Roberts just wanted to get out of this small town and into the outside. Although the Dominion and town elders warned against this, insisting they needed his help in the town, Roberts ignored this, leaving the Crown for a better life. Of course, it was only fair that he had to take along someone: his best friend and on-and-off girlfriend Katelyn Potter-Smith. From there, life was supposed to get better. The two were supposed to head down to Denver to start a new life.

Well, that was the plan.

Only days after leaving the safe haven of the Crown, Roberts and Potter-Smith were forced to fend for themselves multiple times against various infected beings. Barely surviving thanks to their extensive backgrounds in the Dominion and athletics, they kept going, arming themselves with the few weapons they were allowed to take and scavenging in small cabins and houses along the way. However, the two keep going, hoping one day they will arrive in Denver.

Bio:

Some back in the Crown said she would make a terrible wife. Well, they were god damn right. There was no way Potter-Smith was going to be some fat, old, mother of eleven kids. To be fair, if anything, Potter-Smith would rather not have kids now, and continue exploring the world. Sure, it's dangerous, but it beats the terrible life that awaited her back in the Crown.

Born into a family of 5 children, Potter-Smith was the second daughter to her parents. As a result, she was not groomed everyday to be a wife, and picked up the sport of lacrosse (a typical past-time in the Dominion of Wyoming) to try and keep herself from becoming what her older sister was being trained to do. That's how she met Jake Thomas Roberts. Flat on his ass, crying after hitting himself in the head with his lacrosse stick. From there, the two were inseparable, constantly gossiping about the "old farts" or elders as they were formally called, practising lacrosse together and with the other local kids and eventually secretly dating. To be fair, when Roberts wanted to leave, Potter-Smith wouldn't let him unless if he took her with him. The two set off, not knowing where they were to go until they found signs, all of them pointing to the city of Denver, where a new life was supposed to await them.

Of course, Potter-Smith imagined it would be a new life with Roberts, one that she would have always wanted.

Question: These two will start in I plan on killing off Potter-Smith later on through infection with Roberts, since he does not know he carries with the virus. I'm assuming the strand would only become active after a certain age?

Been thinking of bringing D into this somehow, perhaps forming a group of people dedicated to hunting monsters in exchange for resources. As I understand Humanity is barely clinging on and communities do still exist with some form of hierarchy in them.
