[The Unified Nations of Felucia]

The Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade, officially referred to by the Constitutional Section responsible for the establishment of Foreign Affairs (Article XVI - Section 4) as the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade for the Felucian Union, is the governmental department with the responsibility of promoting the interests of the UNF across the Universe, supporting its citizens and businesses, and most importantly, expanding the ever-growing list of Democratic Diplomatic Networks. Our ever-growing list of professionally-led and selected diplomats contains those with important skills in understanding and influencing what is happening in the Universe, supporting our citizens who are traveling and living on other worlds, helping to manage migration into the UNF, promoting Felucian trade and other interests abroad, whilst simultaneously encouraging foreign investment within the Union.

The Department, as of the present, is led by Steven W. Setzer in his capacity as the appointed Secretary of Foreign Affairs. On behalf of the Felucian Government, we do wish to invite nations to partake in the establishment of diplomatic missions within the influence of the Unified Nations of Felucia. The Application for the request of the establishment of an Embassy within the UNF, upon completion, will contain basic information about the applying nation, information about the Ambassador that will be sent to the Union upon the Embassy's completion, as well as any information and or requests that the applying nation may have for the Union regarding the Embassy itself or any other political matter.

There are three locations of which may serve as Embassies within the Felucian Union: the Apollo Tower in the city of Belgrade on Earth, the Lucerne Tower IV in the capital of the UNF—Celestial City—on Felucia, and the Remington International Embassy Building in the city of Theed on Naboo, the latter of which was originally intended to serve as an Embassy building and not re-purposed as one.

The Apollo Tower, formerly the Lucerne Tower from 2016 to 2020, is a large building that was based on the American building known as the Willis Tower and was constructed by the G5 Corporation for company matters as the business continued to grow. The building stands at approximately 527 meters tall at the tip of its spire, which is one of many radio towers and mast radiators that not only allow for those inside the building to contact their friends and families abroad, but also allows the building to receive over 500 different television channels and 200 radio station broadcasts from both foreign and domestic sources.

Once the nation decided to focus on expanding its relations with other nations, the company re-purposed the building as a place for political business and international matters on behalf of the Government. Some of the renovations made to the building include the upgrading of the tower's communications antennae and the remodeling of various rooms and floors. Other than this, land was purchased to construct multiple garages, landing pads, and private hangars for any arriving diplomats, with various construction efforts being made at later dates for various requests made by foreign nations that were accepted for an Embassy.

The city of Belgrade is relatively calm and peaceful throughout the day. While light traffic is not an uncommon sight within the city during the daytime, the streets are often busiest during the night when most people work and or eat out. There are multiple eating establishments within Belgrade that often stay open at night during most weekdays, keeping the restaurants filled as hungry citizens pour in for either a snack or late-night dinner with their families and friends. Food from all over the UNF is served within the city alongside imported foods from foreign nations, so very few restaurants are ever alike in terms of what they offer to the consumer. Being located in the Downtown area of the coastal city of Belgrade on Melody Island gives the building and its inhabitants a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, with visibility from the building's Skydeck being up 50 miles depending on the weather conditions of the area. In clear weather, one is able to view the nearby island of Thelios, which is located roughly 40 miles off of the coast of Melody, though the island would be relatively small from such a distance and would require binoculars to see more clearly.

In terms of entertainment, Downtown Belgrade houses a cinema, two theaters, and an opera building. Belgrade Central, also referred to as Central Belgrade, contains a concert hall, a sports arena for fans to watch sporting and wrestling events, and a zoo. Meanwhile, Uptown Belgrade has a cinema that is larger than the one in Downtown Belgrade, a dance hall, and a motor speedway.

In terms of housing, the building has enough room to house the Ambassadors, their families (if applicable), and their staff within a single floor. This allows for a single Embassy to take up two floors of the building; however those within the building would have to frequently leave the premises in order to eat, as the tower doesn't have any eating establishments on-site. Fortunately enough, each Ambassador and staff member within the building will be given a credit card-like belonging that will contain enough money to pay for all daily necessities for as long as they work at the Embassy. Upon retiring, or quitting, the cards will be retrieved by Government Officials and recycled for future use.

The Lucerne Tower IV, formerly the dataFlow Building from 2011 to 2025, is a large building that was based on the American skyscraper formerly known as the John Hancock Center and was constructed by the dataDyne Corporation to serve as the regional headquarters for its subsidiary, dataFlow. The building itself stands at approximately 457 meters tall at the tip of its spire, which is one of the building's radio towers and mast radiators that allow for those inside to contact their friends and families abroad, as well as letting the building receive over 400 different television channels and 160 radio station broadcasts from both foreign and domestic sources.

Similarly to their smallest subsidiary, the G5 Corporation, once the nation began focusing on expanding its relations with other nations, the company decided to re-purpose one of their own buildings to serve as a place for political business and international matters. After many corporate meetings, it was decided that the dataFlow Building would be best used to house future Embassies down the line, and so it was repurposed and renamed by the end of 2025. As part of the changes being made to the property, the company purchased land to construct multiple garages and landing pads in case they would be needed.

Celestial City can be described as being constantly busy and active; however noise is never really an issue in the outskirts around the Lucerne Tower IV. Surrounding the building are various establishments such as restaurants, hotels, retail stores, and libraries, though unlike the other Embassy Buildings within the UNF, the Lucerne Tower IV actually has some of its lower floors dedicated to refreshments and retailing as a sort of "bonus" to the Ambassadors and their families (if applicable) and staff. Despite this, the surrounding area contains multiple places for those within the tower to enjoy life within the city alongside its inhabitants. Being located in the outskirts of the Felucian capital of Celestial City, the Lucerne Tower IV stands out from the rest of its surroundings due to its height and unique X-braced exterior. The building has a great view of the nearby Mount Amedda a few miles to the North while also having a view of the Central Business District and City Center of Celestial City to the South. Meanwhile, it has an Observatory that is located 310 meters off of the street-level below at its base that can be accessed via elevators that can reach the floor in roughly thirty seconds or less. The Observatory has a "TILT Platform", which is a series of floor to ceiling windows that slowly tilt outside the building to 30°, and faces South towards the city. Overall, the Observatory and TILT Platform see little attendance, leading to a quieter and quicker experience than at places such as the Skydeck within the Apollo Tower on Earth despite having a greater range of visibility.

In terms of the building's "bonus" floors, they house a few retail stores with enough supplies to sell to the staff working within the building, as well as a couple of cafés, a cheesecake store, and even a gourmet restaurant. While these locations are available to the Ambassadors and their staff (as well as family, if applicable), they are only there in case they are needed and will remain open until the end of the workday, opening only once the workday starts again. These floors sit beneath those dedicated to housing the Ambassadors, their families (if applicable), and their staff, with each Embassy getting one to two floors to serve as a sort of living quarters while another floor or two are used for work.

The Remington International Embassy Building, most commonly referred to as the Remington Building and formerly the Royal Theed International Center from 2009 to 2014, is a skyscraper that was based on the Chinese building known as the Bank of China Tower and was constructed by Arch Design International as an Embassy Building for the nation. The building stands at approximately 367.4 meters tall at the tip of its spire, which serves as one of the building's radio towers that allows for those inside of the building to receive over 300 different television channels and 120 radio station broadcasts from both foreign and domestic sources.

The building makes use of multiple garages and landing pads for any Embassies that would require them, as well as an underground facility that serves as both a vault for personal/precious belongings and as a shelter in case of emergencies. The two floors closest to ground level contain multiple rooms, one per Embassy, that can store the belongings of the Ambassadors and their staff. These rooms will be accessible only to their respective Ambassador and staff via keycards that are unique to each Embassy. The remaining two floors serve as the building's emergency shelter and are large enough to house everyone within the Remington Building, as well as a couple dozen civilians, while having enough generator fuel, food, and water to last everyone for up to a year and a half.

Theed can be described as being a cultured city with elegant architecture and a unified, harmonious style. Its many domed buildings maintain a handcrafted aesthetic, although areas such as the sleek and mechanistic Plasma Refinery Complex, a popular city attraction hosting regular tours, stands in stark contrast to this style. Since the city was built over a vast plasma source, which is located beneath the cliff edge overlooking Theed Spaceport, the Plasma Refinery Complex provides it with more energy than it requires to operate. Being located in the outskirts of Theed, the capital city of the Felucian-controlled planet of Naboo, the Remington Building and its surroundings are unique when compared to the rest of the capital due to the area not being based on the designs of the Naboo culture. This section of land consists of many buildings and parks similar to those one would see on planets such as Earth, however the Remington Building is one of the very few buildings on the planet that stands over 150 meters tall. Because of its location and height, the building has a wonderful view of the rest of the city and its surrounding mountains and lakes.

Unfortunately, the building doesn't have the space to house the Ambassadors or anyone else working within the building, so in order to compensate for this, the Government constructed a hotel within short walking distance of the building. Various floors are dedicated to various Embassies and are therefore designed based on the cultures of those living there in order to make them feel more at home while in the UNF. Despite not being as tall as the Remington Building, the hotel retains the view of the city and its natural surroundings, but also has its own spa, café, and restaurant on the ground floor. Due to being on Embassy grounds, the hotel is free to live in and has great internet connection.

Rules and Regulations:
- Due to the historical and cultural importance of the planets of Felucia and Naboo—as well as the fact that they are under the joint jurisdiction of the UNF and its ally, the Felucian Planetary Republic—all Ambassadors are allowed no more than three transports as they proceed through the airspace above these two planets. One of these escorts may be allowed to remain in orbit on a rotating basis with replacements, though there may be some exceptions to this rule if requested.
- All vehicles being brought into the nation for use by the Ambassadors and their staff may be armored but not armed unless absolutely necessary.
- All Felucian Laws are to followed outside of Embassy grounds for any and all Embassy Staff, but anything may be done within Embassy grounds (excluding rape, excessive alcoholic consumption, hiding criminals, or murder). The Ambassadors themselves are more likely to not receive any parking tickets, get arrested for small crimes, or be accused of any crime unless all or most evidence points to them as the criminal. Also, Ambassadors are prohibited from attempting to use their position in an attempt to prevent their family members from being arrested for crimes that they have committed.
