Species: The Incubators
Universe of Origin: Puella Magi Madoka Magica
Backstory: Part of a race of extremely long lived hive minds, the Incubators are a exceptionally advanced Civilization with almost no limitations except their inability to feel emotions. Always looking at things in the long term, they had been concerned with the Entropy and how it would lead to the Heat Death of the Universe.
Decades of research into energy production proved fruitless in the face of the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics. Then the Incubators created technology that could only be described as Magic. Not even they could figure out this black box but they do however know that it broke the laws of the universe.
All that was needed was emotion and that's where Earth comes into the equation.
Powers and Abilities:
Miracles Do Come True!: Kyubey can grant all sorts of wishes. He can make Papa love you, bake you the greatest cake that was, is, and ever will be and even grant omnipotence and rulership over the universe if you so desired. Key word here being desired. In order for a wish to come true, there are three things that must be fulfilled. One, the contractee truly and sincerely wants what they wish from the very bottom of their heart. Two, the contractee has enough potential to make it come true. And Three, Kyubey approaches the contractee in the first place. The contractee gets exactly what they want, how they want it. Kyuubey is not a genie, he will never mess with a wish. In exchange for granting a wish, Kyubey will grant the contractee magical powers related to their wish and the responsibility to cleanse the world of Witches and Familiars.
No Death but Heat Death!: Try as you might, Kyubey can never truly die. He has many bodies all acting at once and he can always make more from the ambient magic in the very air itself. Destroying them all is a exercise in futility since it would take a universe destroying attack to permanently kill Kyubey if you cannot locate his main body.
No Such Thing as Privacy!: Kyubey is a router of sorts. He can connect those chosen few to a telepathic network that always works with 100% clarity no matter the distance or situation as long as he is physically nearby.
One Can Never be too Quick!: Kyubey can cross impossibly long distances in a very short amount of time. He does so by fading in and out of reality, essentially teleporting.
Your Eyes Turn Blind!: Kyubey can choose who can see him. Once chosen, it is impossible to no longer see the Incubator.
Do That Again!: Kyubey possess unrivaled knowledge on all sorts of technology and magic. Just by observing a target use their powers once or twice, Kyubey can figure out what it is and how ir works.
Half-Cat, Half-Rabbit, All Cute!: Look at him! Does he not appeal to your sense of Cuteness? No? Well of course he doesn't. You're not the prepubescent girls he usually approaches!

Cannot actually fight.
Bodies are Extremely Squishy.
