Eh, I'll leave a Gladiator behind to protect it. It's a converted Golan so it can hold it's own in a fight, but it's not there to spy on you, instead it is there for diplomatic purposes. Communicating from separate ends of the galaxy is quite hard.

How do we call the people of your nation? Avrian (Singular) Avreen(Plural)

Well, that sounds nice, could you tell me more about your nation? The Avrian are a sentient species resembling a avian evolution. Their biology is that of a predator, and due to the lack of edible plant life on their world, they consume a diet of small mammals native to their world, with the occasional small fruit or nut, but due to their rarity. Fruits are considered a delicacy and a food for the wealthy. As Predator's their eyes are somewhat unique, while they appear positioned on the sides of the skull, the narrow shape of their faces allow for them a full frontal view as well, giving them a incredible visual awareness. Standing on average between 5'5 and 5'11, Avreen are not very tall, and are slightly shorter than a human, but their smaller frames may be deceiving, as they do possess a surprising amount of physical strength, and the talons they wield can be deadly, however their are cultural restraints on using their talons for combat. Avreen also no longer possess the ability of flight, but they can jump quite high and are very lithe and agile.

Their culture is very tribal based. Each clan developing at different paces. Women are the political power in clans, and often guide their fellows in spiritual and political consul. Their nests and status as birth givers give them high status in Avreen society. Men, meanwhile are the hunters and warriors their clan. This is not to say they a male cannot be a leader, nor a woman a soldier. But their are trials involved when a Avreen wants to cross castes. Trials to prove that they can take on the responsibilities of that caste. While Avreen have a Caste system of society, they are by no means static. One can move to some extent from their birth caste to a chosen caste, but their is great dishonor in attempting to leave your birth class, and failing the induction trials of your desired caste. So, movement is not very common. Ideas such as democracy are still primitive to the Avreen, and the most influential nation, Spera have initiated a trial system for having a council elect the Clan Phalsteen.

Government for the Avreen is rather stable on the Clan level, but alliances between clans are prone to shifting and changing rapidly. However, this began to change when the Spera Clan, discovered technology which was blessed upon them by the Sky Mother(The alien information pods) which advanced their technology at a rate where no rival clans could keep up, so they leveraged this influence to rally the vast majority of the worlds clans to their banner. Pooling their resources, Skaia became the worlds most advanced city, and the Avreen have finally become a space faring species.

Great, now finally, do you agree with the rules and will you be able to play by them? Certainly.

We are a bunch of refugees who have run away from Die Neues Galaktische Imperium, and their oppression. We have set up a society in the nearby Arm of the galaxy seeking to go back to the old democratic ways and to practice our old customs and governing systems, such as a representative democracy under a capitalist economical system.
Differently from the Galaktische Imperium, we are multicultural and multiethnical, and antagonize the Galactic Empire due to seeking a comeback to the old Galactic Federation days. We have brought back the old calendar system based on the foundation of the Galactic Federation, and we yearn to reunite the human systems of the old days. The map Neo Phillippine Empire provided is a good one, and it shows now only his own location, but also ours. Our home system, Ba'alat, is where Heinessen is on the map.

Depends on what you are searching.
I use many deviantart pictures (when I use them) but the key is just using the right keywords. Like don't use fantasy city if you want a future city or something like that.
