Mars
Mars stood by Elena as Xyri destroyed the remaining ships. He was annoyed that he had been sidelined at the end of the fight because Rocket ran out of energy. He saw Xyri's smile which only seemed to annoy him further. "I could have done that if Rocket's battery hadn't given out." He said to her. He knew that wasn't really true. Xyri had much greater strength than he did but his pride would not let him admit that. "Where did you come from anyway? Rocket's scanner can't read your DNA. You're no known species we've ever heard of, which is all of them." Mars questioned Xyri. Rocket however spoke up, "I thought your performance was quite efficient." He said truthfully to Xyri in his robotic voice. Unlike Mars he didn't harbor things like jealously or pride.

The apparition roared with pain as it was flung high up into the air by the hit and only regained its composure as it reached rooftop level. The Shadow Sangoma was furious as he watched the magically bound demon get tossed about so easily by Randall, but as he willed it to renew its attacks on the boy it sent a telepathic message back to him that the boy was becoming the least of his problems.

The demon looked at the two flying humans as they approached the block where the store and its master were, at first it could only focus on attacking Randall as the Sangoma had willed it to.But now it warned him of the two approaching supers and of a small gaggle of SHEILD agents as they closed in on the battle area, being sure that its handler was not caught unaware by the appearance of these forces.

"HA HA, you could not hope to defeat me by yourself so you call upon these fool-hearty reinforcements to aid you boy!No matter the agents of SHEILD and your little super-friends will fall just the same." The Shadow Sangoma announced as he looked up at War Machine above them.

He willed the demon to remove the new found threat of the reinforcements before he finished off Randall, he had intended to teach the boy a lesson in pain and fear and like any good teacher he would not allow any interruptions of his class. The demon shifted to its magical form again and flew at breakneck speed towards War-Machine, bearing its teeth and jaw wide open for a bite of the metal man it had set its sights on.It only resumed corporal form once it had come close enough to lash out and bite down hard on the suits Gatling gun.

"Servants of the Shadow Sangoma, destroy these interlopers!" Iron Jaw growled as he saw the SHEILD agents approach the fight and looked to Jabez, both knew their master didn't want these nosy special forces types interrupting his destruction of Randall.

The thugs pulled out their pistols and sub-machine guns, coking the actions back and preparing themselves for the battle ahead. Then like the untrained but zealous militants they were they began to fire on the agents and take cover behind trash cans and hop back inside the shattered windows of the store where they could fire out at the agents with impunity.Iron Jaw pulled out his large Magnum 44 and rushd behind the cover of a parked car as he fired on them

The command vessel and it's ships saw this was a battle they were swiftly loozing and decided to warp out, turning skywards as they fled, their cloak systems making them undectable as they left. Daniel Carter/Bronze Sentinel-38 Yrs-Northern Virginia

The blast hit Uncle Sam square in the chest, and apart from knocking him back just slightly, he seem unaffected. The soldiers, for the moment spent their time locking me in their sights, it seems they are content to let Uncle Sam have his try at me before they interfere. And they cannot break into the facility anyways, due to the shields around it. Uncle Sam then gave a burst of speed and charged me, throwing powerful punches, each one blasting like a cannon from a ship, but they resembled strikes from a brawler rather than a hand to hand master. The moves were wide, and predictable, I weaved in and out of attacks, and empowered my own strikes with the lantern ring which made my normally human blows easily rival his own. My goal is not to crush the Spirit of Liberty, but to delay him. I encased my right fist in deep bronze light, as I threw a harsh upper cut into the man, which sent him staggering back. As he recovered, and wiped the place where I had hit with the back of his hand, he saw straight through me.

"You are holding back. You dont mean to defeat me, do you Sentinel?"

I stood about eight paces from him, and looked out from my helmet as I answered.
"I would rather not fight you, and from the shields around Thomsen Tech, and me battling you, all of it is a obvious diversion."

I then used the power of the Lantern ring to begin to hover above him, as I used my own imagination to form a bronze pillar, the size of a nine story building as I held it elevated above me, threatening to drop the massive symbol of architecture on Uncle Sam.

"But to believe that means I wont use all of my power to defeat you, is nothing more than wishful thinking."

Like a hammer to a anvil, I then dropped the pillar atop of America's Avatar, but I immediately noticed that something was amiss. Uncle Sam was beanth the pillar, holding it atop of his shoulders like Atlas held the world in ancient greek myths. And then, his size began to grow to match the obstacle in front of him, the man grew to seven stories high, and swiftly turned the construct against me like a giant baseball bat, as he gripped it and made a wide swing at me.

But the same pattern as before repeated itself.

Uncle Sam, and his weapon were so large, he could only strike with it in two ways. Overhead, or in a wide sweep. A easy maneuver to evade, my small size and flight ability proved so that his strike was unable to hit me, and once more, my small form was positioned in front of the giant's face as I formed a boxing glove of bronze light large enough to slug him across the face, as I had the pillar he wielded vanish.

The man grunted, as we both realized our obstacles. Uncle Sam could not effectively hit me to inflict damage, and with the Ring, my own durability and strength was modestly comparable to his. Unrestrained, it's possible that I may be a league above. However, Uncle Sam is not a typical hero of super strength, his invulnerability stems from the nation's faith in the ideals of freedom and liberty. I can hit him all day long, but to inflict actual damage? That is another story.

"We are at a cross roads Sentinel, you cannot hurt me, and it seems I cannot hit you. So what is your plan? Do we battle until the end of time?" I was quick to retort.

"Or you could simply give up."

But then, Sam signaled his men, the soldiers began to open fire. The blasts felt like I was being slammed with ki blasts which my wife used. The damage was minimal, but it did give Sam the opening he needed. He quickly grabbed me up in his giant hands and hurled me at the earth beneath us.

I collided with a crash sending dust, earth and soil flying, and with almost no time to recover, the boot heel of Uncle Sam descended upon me. With my hands positioned above me, I resisted the crushing force of a patriotic giants boot heel atop of me. With concentrated strength, I battled to keep my mind clear of panicked emotions, if I allowed my mind to be clouded, the ring would give way.

Then, with the ring, I formed two representations of Hercules. Which lifted the heel from me, and as the stunned soldiers all surrounded me. And Uncle Sam, stepped back to re think his attack, I allowed the greek representations to disappear, and slowly, I rose my ring into the sky. It's light shining to blinding levels as the soldiers around me shielded their eyes.

""Where Knowledge lacks, and Reason Rare."

"Where Logic's void, We'll bring it there."

"To Void Ignorance, in Day and Night."

"Through power bronze, The Truth we Light!"

At the end of the oath, the ring had charged itself fully, unlike most Oan Rings, a Lantern is not needed fir a recharge. As the lights died down, and the scene became visible again, the battlefield situation has changed drastically. To oppose the three hundred soldiers around me, a Bronze Representation of 300 heroes from Infinite Justice, stood around me. Bound together through my own powers of the ring, and fueled by logical thought.

That this fight, needed to end. Then, with a single flicker of a thought, the bronze heroes confronted the army, as I sailed up into the sky, clashing with Uncle Sam once more, the true battle now unfolding.

Randall felt another rush as his attack hit their mark on the demon. He was ready to start attacking Sangoma again, but the situation escalated to very confusing in the next moment. The entire Dark Recon descended upon the gift store, and Randall recognized them, they were here for him. Seems like Stark found out where he was, and sent some mooks after to capture him, or that's what he hoped. He was just about ready to say "Oh shit", but then the last thing he expected happened. Sangoma thought that they were his reinforcements, and sent his thugs, including the zombie, after them. Randall sheepishly turned to Sangoma and said,

"Huh, thanks. Yeah, they're not with me. I'm not with SHIELD, in fact, they are after me... So yeah"

Right as he finished speaking he charged up another punch and charged at Sangoma. He jumped up into the air and punched him in the stomach.
What is a sig? A miserable little pile of words! But enough talk!

Sarah was very relieved to see that Hanah had finally turned back, and stepped away a little when one of the kids, the oldest one, approached her, taking the teddy bear from his little brother and handing it to her. They seemed to be getting along well now, which she was rather happy about. In the end, nothing terrible had happened, and that was a good enough outcome, considering what the risks had been. She watched as Samantha hugged the young wolf girl and then complimented the boy on his courage, which she had to admit was legendary. She would've probably been very scared if she had seen a werewolf when she was his age; back then, Hanah was a baby, so she wasn't all that familiar with her wolf form yet.

But though everyone seemed very happy, Sarah knew that there was something she had to do, something that she didn't enjoy at all. She walked up to Hanah and Samantha, waiting for them to finish hugging each other. Once they were done, she took in a deep breath and exhaled slowly before speaking.

"Hanah... What were you thinking?!" The pale woman snapped. Much to her chagrin, she had to be strict every once in a while. "You can't just transform into a giant werewolf every time someone messes with your teddy! You're sixteen years old, you have to behave around normal humans! Do you know what would've happened if you had used those big claws of yours against these kids? They would've died, and I will not let anyone in this family become a murderer if I can help it!" She scolded, before turning towards the boys. At the snap of her fingers, two claws of darkness emerged from the shadows and picked them up by the back of their collars. "And you, you can't just go around stealing girls' toys, what kind of attitude is that? You're never going to get a date like that, you two, all you're going to get is a fat load of trouble!"

Taking another breath, she released the kids and looked both at them and Hanah. "Did I make myself clear?"

The serpent made of all-consuming fire surged forth undeterred by the attempts of The One Below All to harm its creator. It devoured the light-imbued fragment whole, the metal and all of its energy being obliterated as soon as they came into contact with the flames of the serpent. The flame construct then continued on its way towards The One Below All as its maker trailed behind it. However, before the attack could strike its mark, the enemy sent an attack straight into a nearby sun, destabilizing the star and causing it to explode with violence. The ensuing wave of destruction was sufficient to threaten even him, and so, the serpent of fire dissipated as the Blazeborn focused his efforts on protecting himself. Once again a sphere of swirling absolute flames surrounded him as the energy of the sun washed over him, destroyed before it could reach him.

However, the Ashbringer did not simply protect himself from the sun, he also used the explosion to his advantage. Though most of the energy that had been anywhere near him had been destroyed, he had managed to tame and gather a significant portion of the sun's cosmic fire, focused into a small sphere which he made to hover over his palm after dissipating the dome of fire that had protected him from the explosion. With that unnecessary distraction done with, the corrupted Rainborn looked around in an attempt to detect where his foe had gone, or if he had perished in his own gambit.

My oh my... Now, that was most interesting. The One Below All lowered the "iron" shield that had protected him from the explosion, breathing heavily from the exertion. The shield's almost blinding light dissipated as it was no longer needed to protect him from the Supernova. I think I'll do that again sometime. Don't think I've ever set off a Supernova before. When he saw that the Rainborn had survived, he sighed. Should've seen that coming. He reformed the last of his blade which, to his dismay, was now missing the piece that the Ashbringer had destroyed. He scowled, before launching himself towards the corrupted Rainborn. While he couldn't use his light abilities so soon after draining his reserves to protect himself from the Supernova, he was, regardless, plenty powerful enough to do significant damage with his sword.

"What! Not with you what do you -" The Shadow Sangoma was caught by surprise when the SHEILD and Dark Recon forces had shown up, but the revelation of Randall not being associated with either of them and them actually being after him was just stacking onto the madness of the moment.

He took the punch to his stomach and hit the front of the store hard, causing a small indentation in the brick and mortar wall as his body pressed aginst it with force. He was still trying to wrap his head around what had just transpired and how out of hand the situation was getting for him, but he was not so easily overwhelmed and didn't go down that easily.

"No matter, I'm the only one who gets to have the pleasure of killing you boy!The others will serve as wonderful sacrifices, but you will die an in honorable death on this street I assure you." He then pulled the necklace from his neck, its skull shaped centerpiece diamond opening its mouth through unkown means and glowing red as it built up an aura of darkness in the Sangoma's hand.

Then from the necklace centerpiece a pitch black hand reached out and punched back at Randall, hitting him in the stomach just as he had hit the Sangoma just a moment ago.

As the towering giant Galactus floated just in front of Okarot, the Saiyan looked at him with a puzzled stare. The animalistic mind of the Dark Saiyan believed itself to be on the top of the food chain, but, while it certainly had more quantity than Galactus, it was severely lacking in it's quality. The Power Cosmic was, without a doubt, one of the most potent powers in the universe, unmatched in it's abilities to bend even the laws reality to the user's whim. Galactus, however, was not at his best, as his skirmish with the All-Mother had left him somewhat tired, he needed his fill. The planet that was destroyed was meant to help feed this mighty hunger. But, even tired and hungry, the mighty planet devourer was not one to be trifled with until serious consideration was taken. Something that Okarot was incapable of processing in his current state. Galactus' voice bellowed out once more, "Saiyan.", the behemoth bellowed, "Why do you keep the mighty Galactus waiting? Answer my question, or suffer."

The Saiyan did not answer Galactus as to why he destroyed the planet, instead charging the hulking being, blitzing him at massively FTL speeds. This time, his instincts told him not to mess around, like he did with Alex. Okarot threw the mighty punch straight at Galactus' chest. The sheer impact of the punch, and the energy behind it effected the surroundings of the battle on a galactic scale. The remains of the Andromeda galaxy thousands of lightyears behind Galactus were dispersed and blown away by the blast. The power of the Dark Celestial Super Saiyan was seemingly never ending, it's only limitation being a lack of ways to express this power without endangering the user's own life. At the connection point of the punch existed a massive enough amount of energy to do unspeakable things. Things that would be difficult for a normal being to comprehend. But... Galactus was no normal being...

As the flash of light caused by such a mighty strike began to fade, it was revealed that the the planet eater had only slightly moved, a large hole made in his chest piece, and the skin below slightly scuffed. As the Saiyan began to slowly float backwards, he began to comprehend the full weight of the situation, even with his mind devolved to that of a mere animal's. No longer was he the predator in the face of such a power. He was the prey. And, like an animal, once trapped in a corner, he began to get desperate.

The Saiyan's red and black skin began to glow with the same unstable energy as it did when he destroyed the galactic arm fight Alex. Except, based on the amount of energy being gathered, this was on a much bigger scale. Okarot was about to allow this pulse to explode, when he found himself unable to move. He struggled and struggled, but could not move anything except his head. Looking up, Okarot saw Galactus, his armor repaired, and his arm extended towards the Saiyan. The energy of the pulse suddenly dissipated as well, it's power seemingly vanishing.

"Saiyan.", Galactus bellowed, attempting to garner a still struggling Okarot's attention, "You must be a fool to attack me. But, I will not kill you, instead, you will repay me for the planet you destroyed, willing or not. You have much energy inside you, more than any world. It will suffice."

Suddenly, bolts of energy similar in appearance to electricity left Galactus' hand, and struck Okarot. The Saiyan could feel energy being siphoned away, the mighty Galactus becoming stronger with each passing moment. But, no matter how much energy he was losing, Okarot still never felt as though he was losing any less. But, it still hurt like hell.

Galactus quickly stopped feeding, his hunger quickly reaching an acceptable amount after taking the from the well of the Saiyan's nigh unlimited energy. For this, he was somewhat thankful that the Saiyan had come along. After siphoning the Saiyan's energy, it had given him massive amounts of power, the likes of which few planets could. But, his temper was still short, as the Saiyan did strike against him. The mighty World Eater released the Saiyan from his psychic grip, allowing him movement once more. As the small humanoid nearly shook in fear, and stared up at Galactus, the behemoth uttered but one word.

"Begone."

With that, the Dark Celestial Super Saiyan shot off, back towards Earth, arriving like a small animal running from it's the apex predator. But, soon, on Earth, he would once more become that apex predator. From the scattered remains of the Andromeda galaxy, Okarot began approaching the Earth in a few minutes, slowing down as he approached. That's when his subconscious sensed an it. A Kryptonian. After the battle with Superdoom, his Dark Celestial Super Saiyan form was specifically ticked off by the feel of a Kryptonian. When the Saiyan took off, it was quick. He moved at speeds far surpassing light as he slammed through a large tower, and directly into a Kryptonian girl, roaring angrily as he did. Little did he know, this fight was not going to be an easy one. The power that this Kryptonian would acquire would dwarf even Doomsday.

As Xyri and the others fought valiantly with their newfound strength, Kirisvala simply stood atop that abandoned building she had picked as her stage, singing softly in order to aid her friends, the Hymn of Valor never ending. However, though the Hadrian singer had her eyes closed and was thus unable to see the exploits her teammates were achieving, she could still hear and feel, and so, she was, on some level, aware of what was happening. She flinched when she heard the red Rantu commander crashing on the building she was on, seemingly unconscious, and she nearly jumped every time she felt one of the massive battleships of the Rantu be taken out of the sky and then explode or carelessly be dropped off the ground. It was really a rather scary thing, to hear all of that when one was unable to see, but she knew that she had to continue singing, and she knew that she had to have faith in her new friends, and so, she steeled herself and carried on with her duty.

It was only until she stopped hearing such things, that she felt that something was amiss.

"Huh?" She opened her eyes, finally ending her song, though the well of power within the others would remain for a few more moments while the sound of her siren voice still reverberated in the air. As she looked up, she saw no more giant vessels in the air, no more floating orange discs, no more red and white wariors and no more orange soldiers, which meant that the battle had been won. Instead, what she saw was the gigantic Xyri, even bigger than before, heading towards where she believed the others were. Not wanting to get left behind, the Wynn magician used her claws to jump onto the slime girl's hand when she passed near the building.

When she arrived to the building where the others were and asked if she had done well, Kirisvala poked her head out. "You were amazing!" She said sincerely, putting her hands out in the air as if to emphasize this point. Of course, this meant that she lost her grip on Xyri, and that meant that she started falling off, though fortunately she was close enough to the building that holding onto the edge of the rooftop was a simple enough matter. Climbing back up, she looked around at the others.

"Did my song help you guys?" She asked with a content smile, confident that she had helped them quite a bit in taking out the Rantu.

Turning around, the Blazeborn finally saw where his enemy had gone, some distance away, surrounded by a shield of light. Needless to say, Asra was annoyed. He had been hoping that this enemy would have offed himself with the supernova, as he was getting rather tired of his gambits and ruses, and the fight hadn't even lasted very long yet, it had only been a short time since it began, relatively speaking. Either way, the point was that the enemy was still there, and so, watching The One Above All charging towards him, the Ashbringer released all of the cosmic fire he had gathered from the exploding red sun and sent it towards The One Above All in a gargantuan beam of fire. At the same time, Asra employed his own power to create a wall of solid flames for his enemy to crash into should he survive the first attack.

Asumar Masaki: The Rise of The Second Grand Warlord
Asumar's Promise

As soon as he was officially the second Grand Warlord of the Old Masaki Dynasty, his first decree was for a massive military buildup to take place, but it wasn't going to be based off of the old models of the Masaki Guardians, this time he would base it off of the newest innovations of technology, Energy Absorption Technology, Adaptive Tech picked up by the Big Gete Star, and finally: Clones. But these clones wern't based off of Alpha and Omega-Prime, Asumar actually sacrificed a strand of his own hair to make clones of himself and Kazuko to serve as a Special Branch of the Masaki Army and this move was supported openly by Kazuko, the destruction of Sigma Galli Prime gave both him and Asumar a wake up call: they were inferior to the people of Earth, and they didn't command respect from the people of Earth, Asumar swore not to invade the planet of Earth, he would focus on making the Masaki Dynasty the apex predator once more and secure the peace that they desired, by whatever means necessary.

"I've taken the liberty to move all of our fleets to the edge of our Galaxy that's in the direction of the Sol System, we're also in the process of developing an advanced shield generator that will render a Superpowered Invader powerless the minute he enters the interior of the shield itself, we're giving this generator a test run on a devoid planet that is defended with Heavy Units and Alpha-Omega Prime Clones." Asumar said to Kazuko while he studied a variety of holographic projections that had the latest details of the ongoing projects taking place, the closest holographic projection that Asumar was paying attention to was the cloning of himself and Kazuko's DNA Structure, this project was the most complex one, this was due to the fact that sufficient data on the Celestial Race was lacking both in biology and even the standard DNA structure, but other than that, the project was at 75% efficiency and was slowly increasing.

Although he had transferred his position as the Grand Warlord of the Dynasty, Kazuko was given permission by Asumar to observe the ongoing projects taking place, and the project he was paying attention to was the mass production of energy-absorbing Naval Ships that had the ability to absorb the energy of any target they could get their hands on. Just as Kazuko was about to speak, Alpha's 01 and 12 walked into the throne room, which was devoid of any Masaki Guardians, but were filled with the presence of Alpha-Omega Clones "Lord Asumar, we have an update on the Cloning Project," Kazuko and Asumar raised their heads at the same time "We've managed to create two clones of yourself and Lord Kazuko, and by some sort of miracle, they've inherited the same powers as the both of you."

Asumar only gave a dismissive gesture to Alpha 01 and 12, the two Masaki Guardians, who walked out of the Throne Room as quickly as they entered "Well Kazuko, I guess it's time to return back to Earth." Asumar stated as he rose out of his throne and walked down the stone steps, with Kazuko following him "Already brother?" Kazuko asked "I thought that we would keep ourselves away from the Earth longer than this." The Former Grand Warlord remarked. Asumar smiled as he prepared his Rapid Flicker Technique "I intend to do this for one reason only brother, we're going to pay Nick Fury a visit and take him up on his offer, this could well be our chance at redemption, It isn't something that I want to do, but it seems we have no other options." Asumar replied, the two of them suddenly disappearing from their Galaxy entirely.

He roared and tackled the one who took the first shot, then bit the leg of another officer.

The One Below All narrowed his eyes at the blast. Hmm. Sighing, he realized he had no way to counter it, so he simply shot himself upwards, above the attack, before dashing to the other side of the wall of fire that his opponent had created, attempting to strike the Blazeborn. "Surprise!" He laughed out loud. Maybe I shouldn't have announced myself like that... Ah well, what's done is done."

Sabrina El Carter/Star Girl-18 Yrs-JQ Tower, New York City

What happened next, I hardly had the time to comprehend it. A ear splitting crash erupted through the tower as a figure punched into me at break bone speeds, break Kryptonian bone speeds. As my eyes began to flutter open, from the deep crevice I now found myself in, I saw an alien figure of which I did not recognize. Some sort of alien with red and black skin, but one thing was irrevocably clear. Whatever this being was, he was immeasurably pissed. Rubble and debris covered my suit, and the alien fabrics managed to hold together, as the uniform was not composed of earthly elements, in fact, it had more in common with armor than a skin tight suit, despite it's appearance. But this alien, whatever he was, was at this moment far more powerful than I. "Oh....f*ck me..." My reaction was on instinct, and I unleashed a blast from my heat vision in a very uncontrolled manner of self defense. "Were you ever taught to knock first!" I screeched, the blast erupting from my eyes. The being evaded and the beams cut through portions of the tower. As entire levels began to crumble, I quickly realized a obvious truth.

We cannot fight here...

There was no time to explain the situation to my new found allies. I am the only one who has a chance of leading this monster's rampage away from this city. Very well away from Earth. As my head whipped around, I engaged my x-ray vision to quickly locate the alien in the clouds of smoke and debris in the large tower. Finding that he evaded the blast by moving behind me, I quickly shot myself forward.

At speeds as fast as I could manage without causing significant damage to the environment around us. Leaving the skyscrapers of the city behind me, I hastily looked behind me to see if I successfully drew him away, but he was just standing there, in the rubble looking up.

I dont understand...wont he chase after me? He specifically targeted me for some reason in his attack.

But before I could comprehend what was happening, as I began to approach the upper atmosphere at airplane heights, the enraged being slammed a fist into my jaw. It was not teleportation, it was speed.

The punch created a vast shock wave and I broke out of Earth's atmosphere not by flying out, but was literally slugged into orbit. The only saving grace was, that out in the cold of space, my body was absorbing solar radiation without any obstruction aside from distance. My eyes weakly gazed at the spatial ball of fire and plasma, unharmed as a human eye would have gone blind from it's light.

But I looked at it not as a star right now, but more like salvation.

I was already over Venus by the time I had stopped my self from the beasts attack.

The single moment of rest was like dripping water into the mouth of a dehydrated and dying woman, the fleeting moments I had to absorb the sun's energy into my cells. A action completely independent of my own will, was enough to restore a portion of my own energy, and heal some of the injuries that I had received so far.

All good things end though, and despite being fast enough to block the next blow from the being, the sheer force of it was enough to send me spiraling even closer to the sun. As I had positioned my back to it so that any blows that sent me reeling, would bring me ever closer to my source of power.

My brain racked itself for information in overtime, as whoever this person was, he did not seem to act off of logic. In fact, he fought in a very primal way.

But as I grew ever closer to the sun, I was finally starting to feel strong enough to begin to resist, as I tried to go on my own offensive, at speeds just above FTL, and throwing planetary threat strikes in rapid succession. Attempting to use my Kryptonian vision to keep track of the target, I began blasting away with heat beams in combination with my own physical blows.

Not realizing that this battle, was only just beginning.

Ara shivered and said, "It's cold in here."

A redhaired woman entered the door, "Diana." Diana gave her a disapproving look. "I mean, my princess. The island is being frozen solid. The northern half is ice already. Rumors say that a wizard calling himself Karet is responsible. He has frozen all Amazons who oppose him."

"Thank you, Aleka. I will deal with him. Eldara, keep an eye on Ara for me. Make sure she doesn't go anywhere," Diana replied, then rushed off with Aleka.

Eldara turned towards the newcomer and logged the new information. When Diana told her to wait with Ara Eldara paused before replying,
"Ara seems capable of caring for herself. Logically we can handle this threat more rapidly and efficiently if I went with you."
She replied as Diana and Aleka dashed off. With a soft static sigh she turned back to Ara,
"You don't seem unwell, what exactly is it that keeps you bedridden?"

"Well, I am apparently feverish and have a headache," Ara said, "but I feel just fine."
Screams echoed through Themyscira as a blast of cold wind and snow showered Paradise Island. Everywhere, Amazons were frozen in ice blocks. Storm clouds showered snow across the island.
Aleka rushed back and said, "Diana is f-frozen in a block of ice. I'm going to f-freeze her. Please-save the island. The sorcerer calls himself-f Ice Age." A block of ice materialized around Aleka as she froze inside of it.
"Eldara, Ice Age is a legend among my people. He was frozen inside of his own ice cave on Earth," Ara began to panic. "The legends, they say that it was suicide to challenge him. We're going to die! We're going to die!"

Hadrimmelis frowned as she heard Tarasekannú's reaction to the absence of the other World-Dragons, but said nothing more. Truth be told, she had little arguments to give in stead of her other siblings, and she was only glad that the hot-headed volcanic dragon did not attempt to pursue the issue any further.

Hearing his concerns about the Demon Slayer's emotional nature, however, she could not help feeling saddened by the implications brought up by her brother. He had several good points, something she was surprised to see herself admitting, but even then, she did not want to think about it, though she knew that such matters were vital from a cosmic point of view.

"I understand what you're saying, Taras, but I could not possibly bring myself to take his emotions away from him. I have already wronged that creature before." She stated, evidently conflicted still. "Your concerns are valid, so I promise to look further into it; perhaps I may be able to develop some other type of weapon now that we have one at our disposal that was successful, though I cannot say for certain." She said. "And, as human and emotional as he may be, I can only hope that he understands how much weight is on his shoulders." She stated, though that was not entirely true. What she hoped was that the moment would not come where the Demon Slayer would have to choose between the universe and something else.

"In any case, there is the possibility that most of the Nilkin will be as strong as Ku's two brethren and not Ku himself. Those two were easily taken out, unlike the Time Demon himself." She said. Perhaps it was a bit naíve to rely on that, but it at least offered some solace.

"I understand. Sorry, but after what we just saw, I wanted to be sure." Taras kept thinking as Hadri kept talking, trying to imagine some way they could have a defense against the Nilkin.

"We can only hope..." Taras replied grimly, before coming to another conclusion. "Hadri, do you think there could be another way to create warriors to combat the Nilkin? To put all the weight on Addraku's—no, on Gilbert's—shoulders is quite a load. Maybe some of the heroes of Earth? Or accessing one of the innumerable cosmic wells of power? Anything to keep the universe safer?" It might have seemed that Taras was grasping at straws at this point, and that wasn't completely wrong. With Gilbert's power, they could be safe from the remaining Nilkin. But Taras was never one to sit back and let others handle his fighting for him. He would not force others to carry his burden, ever. So if there was anything he could do to try and safeguard the entire universe, he'd be damned if he didn't try.

As the necklace began to charge up with a strange dark aura, Randall prepared himself for another energy attack, or another zombie. He would find himself taken by surprise once more as a fist emerged from the crystal and knocked him back a couple feet into the street. Whatever kind of attacks this guy can dish out, he sure had a lot up his sleeve. As he got back up, he moaned with exasperation as he caught two more new arrivals in the corner of his eye. However, as he took a better look at them, he recognized a familiar Indiana Jones wannabe, and some other guy he had no clue about.

"Hey, Owen!" Randal called out, half glad that these two were people that might actually help him. "Can you two take care of Mask DeMasque over here while I handle the SHIELDs? That'd be great"

Before either can reply, Randall sprinted up to a random agent and socked him in the jaw, a tactic that so far worked well for him.

Lord Spera: Celestial God of Light
Mortis: Celestial Home Dimension
The God of Light vs The God of Darkness

Spera, the Celestial God of Light, as well as the father of both Asumar and Kazuko opened his eyes abruptly, red lighting crashing down onto the grounds of his portion of Mortis, Spera rose up out of his throne quickly, walking towards the nearest window of his citadel, darkness was quickly enveloping his own lands, Alastir's overbearing signature of darkness was approaching him quickly "What?" Was all that Spera could muster before a literal sea of tendrils enveloped his entire body, severing entire limbs from his body, causing him to yell in pain, he could feel the amount of power in these tendrils, and they were meant to do some serious damage to his body "Not good!" Spera exclaimed, letting out a rising yell, an aura of blinding light causing the darkness around his body to withdraw in apparent fright of the very essence of Spera's light as even though the darkness was beginning to surround him, Spera's realm was his own, and here, he was all-powerful.

As Spera rose from the ground, he was greeted with the sight of Alastir, who was already in his Primordial Transformation, his eyes glowing blood red as a darkened voice spoke on behalf of Alastir "To think that our reincarnate would allow such a heretical action come to pass, allowing darkness and light to live in harmony, it's disgusting." With speeds that not even Spera could counteract, the God of Light suddenly found that multiple tendrils wrapped around his neck and began to slowly strangle him "We are the predecessors of Alastir's title, the previous Gods of Darkness who battled against your predecessors for control of this entire Galaxy, yet at every moment, we were bested at the very last moment, it was your will of light that assured our defeat, it has remained a tradition that we fight for who controls the Galaxy, and we have decided to continue that very tradition if Alastir likes it or not!"

Spera faded away in a column of bright light, the Black Tendril's grip on his throat disappearing along with him "Tradition eh?" Spera began, his voice being broadcasted in every single direction, while his physical body was nowhere to be seen "Unfortunately for you predecessors, this is a time in which we are forced by our current situation to maintain a friendly cooperation with each other." A mass of White Energy enveloped Alastir in his entirety, causing him to let out a unholy scream as he withdrew as quickly as possible from the searing light "If I have to knock some sense back into Alastir's mind, then I will do just that, I won't let you ruin the cooperation yet, regardless of tradition." Spera replied in kind, standing in front of Alastir with his back turned but his head in the direction of Alastir.

"Little old me try something, no way.I don't really care about the fate of a few fools!" The Shadow Sangoma chuckled as the Indiana Jones wannabe pulled a shotgun on him, as if it was supposed to make him fearful or something.

"Ir'on Jau on the other hand may have reservations about you pulling a gun on me, So I think I'll just let you two talk for a bit." The Sangoma said with a smirk as his newly enhanced henchman Iron Jaw snuck up behind Owen and clasped around his upper body and arms in a bear hug.Causing the shotgun to point downward and away from the Shadow Sangoma as Iron Jaw's python-like arms wrapped around the smaller man from behind and began to squeeze him.

The Shadow Sangoma let out a laugh, and turned to find the teenager who had sought to end his pursuers chase of him once and for all.He no longer wanted to kill the boy because he had interrupted his business there in New York, he simply wanted to see him suffer for insulting him so greatly in front of his own men.But between him and the teen stood the second of the two men who had come to his aid, and while the fedora wearing man was being handled by Iron Jaw, The Sangoma would have to swipe this one away to get back to his task.

He threw a diamond at the foot of the humanoid thing standing in front of him, and within a foot of it the diamond detonated into a fireball that made the very air in the street heat up and culminated with a grenade like explosion.

Asra watched as The One Below All avoided his attack with relative ease, but thought nothing of it. All that cosmic fire was simply power borrowed from the exploding sun, and he knew his own power to be much greater than that, though still insufficient for him to carry out his purpose. And speaking of power, the Blazeborn had begun to notice something strange about his opponent's power, something that was amiss about it. However, unable to pinpoint it at the moment, he simply continued the battle. His wall, it seems had been bypassed entirely, and as he turned around, he felt the blade of The One Below All collide with him, cutting through his outer human-like flesh but being unable to slice through the black stone-like material underneath. The sheer force of the impact sent the Ashbringer flying back as the enemy warrior pressed his blade, but though it was painful, little actual damage was caused.

Very annoyed with this opponent, the corrupted Rainborn concentrated, and suddenly, an enormous burst of fire formed, with him at the center of the explosion, which held enough power to destroy a star. Him, being immune to his own flames, was not affected, but the attack was meant to eliminate The One Below All.

Hadrimmelis nodded slowly as he listened to Tarasekannú's thoughts and suggestions. "Indeed, I agree that it would be preferable not to have to place that enormous burden on Gilbert alone." She said, a bit distractedly, seemingly deep in thought herself. "I would think that some of Earth's heroes, despite not being nearly as powerful as some of us, would be worthy and welcome allies should the time ever come that the Nilkin invade our universe. However, they appear to be locked in some sort of inner turmoil, as they are most of the time. For now, I would think it foolhardy to rely on Earth to be of any use." She stated, holding no animosity or contempt towards the planet, but believing it to be too unstable to be of any help.

"There are little sources of power capable of doing anything that the Dragon Force cannot do." She continued, and sighed. "There are always our own creatures to ask for help, but I sincerely do not know how useful they could be. We could imbue them with the Dragon Force, and I suppose they could learn to battle against the Nilkin, but is that truly a wise choice?" She asked, seeking for any sort of feedback from her siblings.

The Battle of Gods: Lord Spera vs Lord Alastir
Mortis: Celestial Home Dimension
The God of Light vs The God of Darkness Part 2

OOC: Note that this battle is taking place BEFORE the destruction of Sigma Galli Prime.

Black and White Tendrils clashed against each other, attempting to overpower each other, this was the case for Spera and Alastir, the two of them had gripped onto each others palms and exhumed as much energy as possible, the bright white aura and the thick black aura wrapped around the two opponents in a vain attempt to overpower the other, unfortunately, their power was equally matched, with Alastir in his Primordial Transformation and Spera in the same type of transformation as Alastir. The cycle had begun anew, the God of Darkness and the God of Light were once more embroiled in a fierce battle for dominance, but not only for the battle itself, but for the fate of the entire Galaxy. "You cannot escape this fate, God of Light, we are destined to forever fight for dominance in this world, our conflict spans for millions of years, and this tradition will never be broken, you're only option is to submit to the power of darkness." Alastir said in a dark and distorted voice, his body fading away as a dark mist began to settle in.

Spera suddenly realized that this was another one of Alastir's primary abilities, he could manipulate every aspect of darkness, to be able to hide his own body within the darkened mist, but make the perception of the opponent rendered entirely useless, and since this was their home realm, Alastir could sustain this ability for as long as possible, Spera smiled as he closed his eyes, allowing the darkness to surround him entirely "The Infinite Darkness Power..." Spera began, his Primordial Transformation beginning to glow white "An impressive power to utilize, if I wasn't a god of Primordial Light!" True to his words, the field of Absolute Darkness began to wither away from Spera's ever expanding field of primordial light, however, Spera was not yet in the clear. When the field of absolute darkness dissipated entirely, he found himself surrounded by multiple constructs made out of pure darkness.

"You can't defeat us, God of Light, your predecessors abandoned you long ago, you stand alone against all of us!" Alastir chuckled darkly, the hypnotizing red glow in his eyes still there, meaning that his predecessors were still in control. Without further delay, all of the constructs, which ranged from dragon-like creatures to long extinct entities surged forward, attacking the God of Light without holding back whatsoever. What they failed to realize was the smirk that formed on Spera's face, keeping his eyes closed, he weaved out of the way of every single attack with relative ease, pulling punches that caused the darkened specters to dissolve instantly. Alastir's Predecessors noticed that Spera had a thin aura of white energy around his entire body, and whenever he would strike his enemy, the aura of white energy would explode forth like the power of multiple stars going supernova at the same exact time. Perhaps they would all have to go all out... Opening his left hand up, a mass of black energy forming atop his palm "Hakai No Ken (Sword of Destruction), come to me!" Controlled Alastir whispered to himself, said sword quickly materialized on his palm "Let us see you take on the legendary Hakai No Ken, God of Light!" Alastir cackled.

Upon taking care of the final construct of darkness, Spera quickly turned his head and dodged as quickly as he could, a massive, crescent shaped wave of dark energy slicing off only a small hair from his head "The Sword of Destruction?! I thought that sword was lost after the great schism!" Spera exclaimed, opening his palm up as he jumped up into the air "Kami No Shinpan No Ken! (Sword of Divine Judgement)" Spera exclaimed, a small column of light laying upon his palm before the Sword of Divine Judgement appeared in his hand, and not a second too soon. Alastir had already swiped his sword towards Spera, creating yet another crescent shaped blast of dark energy flew off at his direction, Spera brought his sword down onto the blast of dark energy, said sword beginning to glow brightly, essentially making the blast of dark energy dissipate entirely, allowing Spera to continue falling towards the ground, where the Sword of Divine Judgment and the Sword of Destruction clashed, a massive shockwave shooting outward as the two divine swords struggled to overpower each other "You may have found the Hakai No Ken, but my people have kept the Sword of Divine Judgement safe for millions of years, we'd expect that you of all people would be able to rediscover the Sword of Darkness again!" Spera snarled, the two swords glowing black and white, the struggle between the Gods of Darkness and Light only just beginning.

Keeping the barrier in control I dragged this person outside and flew straight up, keeping her in the sky, high enough that nobody could hear what either of us would say. "Okay, you have my attention, talk, and best for you before I get angry. Which I may add is an extremely short time considering my current state." I made my red ring glow strongly as to accentuate my point.

I wasn't sure what this persons plans were but like hell I'd let something happen at the press conference I was the key speaker at, it would simply be unacceptable.

Del looked at the building schematics from within her helmet with a detached, cold manner. Guard patrols were overlaid onto the 3D model along with camera angles, fuse boxes, keypads, and other points of interest. 120 men were guarding the top ten floors of a skyscraper in Dubai. On the top floor was her target, a man by the name of Saleem Quasim, an oil tycoon that had shown some traits that HYDRA found... disturbing. The man had shown much more emphasis on morals and transparency then his predecessors in the company, and recently an uncanny draw to SHIELD. Since HYDRA saw this company as a potential asset, they had now set up a successor that was much more sympathetic to their cause and was ready to dispatch Mr. Quasim. Del wasn't even supposed to know this little piece of info, just what the objective was, but even if they did tell her they wouldn't really care. She was an AI, a computer with no qualms, morals, thoughts, or emotions. A tool to be used and thrown aside when they were done with it. How little they knew. Within a minute of uploading the schematics, Del had fully analyzed every byte of data and formed a comprehensive plan to infiltrate the facility and account for almost every unknown variable.

"Ready for initiation," she said over comms. She didn't get a response. None was needed at this point. Suddenly the back of the cargo plane she was on opened with a mechanical whir, light flooding into the dark space around her armored figure occupied. Walking to the edge with a heavy clunk of armor plating on steel, she looked out at the dusty Arab city. The flight path was set to go directly over the target building, and she would be landing on the roof. Del quickly checked a few velocity calculations in her head, then jumped. Air screamed past her as she flew towards the roof of the skyscraper, spreading out her arms and legs to reduce her speed as much as possible before impact. She was seconds from hitting the roof when she changed her position to dive into a roll, hitting the roof with a hard thud as she rolled a good four meters before stopping. Del quickly got up from her position on the ground and connected to all electronics in the building, hacking in through wireless signals. Soon their routers were jamming signals instead of giving them and nothing was leaving the building. All doors were locked on the top half of the building and no calls for help would be able to get out. The target was stuck with her.

She quickly moved to the door and unlocked it for herself before entering and closing it behind her. The moment she entered guard attacked her armored visage, attempting to shove his gun into her gut. Del quickly blocked the man's firearm and grabbed his wrist, twisting the two in opposite directions to mangle his hand. She quickly flipped the weapon in her grip and fired into the man's skull before tossing it aside. Moving forward, she came to another doorway with two guards outside it with weapons at the ready. The moment she came into view they opened fire, the bullet's deflecting off her energy shielding. She quickly punched one with enough force to cave in his chest, then elbowed the other in the nose, driving their bone into their brain. She encountered several more guards as she made her way closer to the target, pulling her rifle along the way to make the job easier. Eventually she opened a door for herself to come face to face with a hallway swarming with men who had put two and two together and moved up from the floor below by breaking down several doors. It was packed with what most would consider an overwhelming amount. Del simply drew her two swords and got to work. Bullets flew and were deflected by her energy shielding as she moved through the large group like a storm. Her swords slashed away at everything in sight, trained by years of analyzing every technique on the planet. Soon she came to a stop, the hallway now silent as the last guttural sound of an impaled throat faded. Del simply moved on, leaving the carnage behind her.

The next few guards she met were at the door to Quasim's office and quickly dispatched with several slashes of her swords. Del shook the handle of the wooden double doors behind their corpses to find that it had a manual lock. She quickly backed up a few paces and smashed them down with a quick kick. Behind the doors was a lavish office with wood paneling and a large window as the back wall behind a desk where Quasim sat.

"So, they finally sent someone after me," he said calmly as he sat at his desk. The man seemed professional and modest. He had combed back and graying hair along with square frame glasses. His complexion was darker, but he didn't seem fully Arabic in decent. "Fury warned me that this would happen, and that my guards wouldn't be enough. Insisted a take more security measures. I suppose he was right." The man was surprisingly calm and level as Del raised a pistol to aim at his head. He was thoughtful, contemplating, and not at all phased by the fact that death was staring him in the face. "Do you ever question your stance on things?" he asked as he leaned forward with a questioning look, "Do you ever wonder if you're on the right side? If you truly promote what's good in the world with your actions? I personally have recently. A scientist tortured by his own government, registration for people who would rather keep their identity secret to protect those close to them. It makes me wonder if I could be doing more." While he said this his look became more distant, as if he was looking in the distance, his gaze moving downward slightly. Then it focused back on her, piercing through her with a determination to find out what was going on behind that blank visor. "Think about that before you pull that trigger," he said, "and you might find that you're wr-" He was cut off as a bullet slammed into his forehead. Del stood there for a moment, as if contemplating what had just happened. Then the she walked past the body, closing his eye's with her fingers as she passed. The target was dead, now it was time to get out. With no hesitation, she quickly jumped out the window and took the position of someone preforming a pencil dive. Her arms across her chest, she sped through the air and crashed feet first into a manhole cover, breaking it in two as she entered the sewer below. At first she ran, speeding almost as fast as a car through the tunnels.

Eventually she stopped though, collapsing onto the pavement as her body shook. Her helmet phased off as she pushed herself up and put her head in her hands, her body shaking from sobs. Artificial tears streamed down her face as her personality sub-routines finally reconnected. This was how almost every Op ended now. She would cut off the part of her coding that had formed her personality so she could get through, then it would come back like a boomerang. It always came back, and came back with every feeling of self worth shredded to pieces. The man had been right, she did question what she was doing. And every time it came back with the same answer. Nothing she did was right, nothing that she had caused was for any sort of greater good. She was a computer, a robot, a mindless killing machine that wasn't worth a damn and broke every moral she had every formed before she even knew the difference between a flower and a grenade. How many people had she killed? How many flourishing lives had she brought to an abrupt and violent end? Most people would have been scared of not being able to count the number. She was scared because she could. Every single one was permanently in her coding, every memory as vivid as the moment it had happened. Nothing was forgotten, nothing ever left her. It left her crying every time. Eventually she stood up with a determination in her eyes as she wiped away her tears. She couldn't do this anymore, and she wouldn't. HYDRA had used her for too long and it was time to end it. Could she redeem herself? She didn't know, but she would be damned if she wouldn't try. A fire in her eye's, Del phased her helmet back into existence and started moving again. It was time to leave.

Eva was resting on a rooftop, adjusting her new equipment for what feel's like the umpteenth time, when she hears the loud explosion for the fireball. She quickly activates her optical camo, and swiftly moves across the rooftops to check on the situation. upon arriving at a rooftop near the scene, Eva surveys the action, and is surprised to see an old man in a voodoo mask, and some guy with a shotgun. Although it seems a little obvious whose the instigator of this little combat, Eva decides to wait just in case something else comes up. She does however load one of her tranquilizer darts into her wrist-mounted crossbow, and gets the rope ready to drop down, just to be prepared.
