Chicago, Black Mask's Penthouse

"it's good seeing you again Titan, been awhile since you snuck into the states after that Town hall incident". Black Mask died out his cigar in the ashtray, he sat on a chair across from Titan who sat straight up, one leg crossed.

"The Dark knight has become a problem Roman" Titan said partly muffled by his mask. Black Mask sighed, "yes, the Knight, he hit that hideout we were trying to set up. I've sent alot of guys after him, all have ended up bent, broken, and behind bars". TItan uncrossed his one leg, "then i suggest we go with Plan B". Black Mask chuckled, "the bounty, really? i thought you'd say you'd go a dn 'Break Him' and all that, but placing half a hundred million dollars on him..". Titan stood up and walked over to one of the windows, "it is the only way to assure his death without revealing myself just yet..." Titan turned to Black Mask, "besides, you said you always liked a good show". Black Mask chuckled, standign up and pouring hims and titan a scotch, then walked over and gave Titan a glass.

"by tomorrow, we'll be able to mount his head above the penthouse's fireplace". Titan nodded and took a glass, they clinked the glasses together before black mask took a sip.

Later that night, an anonymous Message was sent out to any and all supervillains available...

The Silhouette of Adventure wrote:---

The Blazeborn hovered high above the ground of the planet known as Dryad, readying himself to destroy the world, flames of apocalyptic power gathering in his palm as he floated serenely, carried by a pair of ethereal burning wings. As had happened many times before, the Ashbringer had come to this world in search of power, and his search had been unsatisfactory, yielding no significant results. Thus, seeing that he had no use for this world, he would cull it, like so many other worlds had been culled before this one by the hand and by the fire of the corrupted Rainborn.

But before he unleashed complete and utter destruction upon the people of Dryad, he was struck by what appeared to be a concussive blast, which not only disrupted his concentration and made the gathering flames flicker and die, but also threw him off balance and sent him crashing to the ground, as he had not been expecting any sort of retaliation from these pathetic rocks. Landing on the surface of the planet with a tremor, Asra stood up, only to see that the Dryads were already gathering to launch their offensive against him, in order to defend their world. But before they could do anything, Asra unleashed his own attack against them. With a beat of his flameborn wings, he sent forth an omnidirectional wave of absolute fire, burning down everything in its path. All of the Dryads surrounding him were annihilated by the flames, and even the ground itself was burned and erased from existence, leaving in its place a perfectly round crater, with Asra hovering above its center.

With the smaller fries having been taken care of, however, there was something he was yet to address. The Dryads, as far as he knew, were not able of projecting concussive blasts, and so, the wicked Rainborn turned his head to the sky and saw the warrior clad in lead, there in the sky. The energy lingering in his sword betrayed him, and so, the Ashbringer launched off towards him at full speed, coating his own blade with corrupting fire.

Sarah herself was just as surprised as Samantha when their little sister threw her backpack to the air all of the sudden before running off, and the loud howl that came afterwards did nothing to ease her concern. Seeing Samantha yell that they had to stop her, Sarah too looked into Hanah's backpack once Sam had run off, and was just as shocked as the others were upon seeing that someone had stolen her little sister's teddy. She was well aware of how important the small toy was for Hanah (they'd had an episode that very same morning because of the teddy, after all), and when the pale woman thought of what the wolf girl must have been willing to do to whoever had dared to steal her teddy, she could not help shuddering.

Hearing John's question, Sarah shook her head. "My sister? No, she's not in danger. But I bet someone else is." She stated before running off behind Sam and Hanah.

"Who said we're here to have fun, fox? As much as I love gutting demons, that cat woman did say that the Five Storms were kidnapping people and were up to no good." She said, turning one of the approaching Oni spawn into a bloody mist with the power of her arcane gauntlet, before shrugging. "I mean, I have no problem with fighting these things, but I should probably point that out." She continued.

"Then again, it doesn't look like we have to keep fighting them anymore, anyway." She remarked after Akari had taken out the majority of the Oni spawn. The blonde woman rolled her eyes. If she could do that, why didn't she do it from the start and save them all the trouble?

Gingerly, she walked through the inconsiderate girl's portal and ended up on the dungeon as well. She saw the man- more of a boy, really, who was chained from the wrists and hanging from the wall at the back of the room. She was surprised, needless to say, but did nothing as she watched Akari approach him.

The boy on the wall wore slightly torn and rather bloody casual clothes, though ironically enough he himself seemed relatively unscathed; he looked rather mundane, the only peculiar thing being the strange mechanical-looking medallion on his chest. He appeared to be unconscious, as he did not respond at first, but after a moment, he looked up, having heard the voice of a woman speaking to him. His eyes had by now gotten accustomed to the darkness, and so he was able to look with ease at the strange entourage that had found its way to his prison.

He was understandably surprised to learn that there wasn't just one, but three beautiful women currently looking at him. He had never really been very religious or anything of the sort, but just for a moment, he wondered if he had somehow gotten himself caught in one of those awful cliches from movies and telly shows where a male character wakes up surrounded by women and thinks he's in heaven. He certainly didn't believe the same as them, but the situation seemed like a pretty good match in every other sense.

"I'm... Yeah, I'm alive." Akihiko said, not weakly, but without much, shall we say, attention. He had, after all, been unconscious, so he was trying to make heads and tails of his situation, trying to remember what had happened before and just why the hell his body ached so much all over.

It was only when he noticed the chains around his wrists that he remembered, looking at said chains in shock and anger.

"Damn it!" He growled, tugging on the chains to no avail, remembering the beating he'd received from the hands of the Five Storms earlier, before being taken captive. The silver lining was that he had at least managed to save the kids about to be captured there, but it did little to change the fact that he was now chained to a wall. Further angering him was the fact that Kusanagi was nowhere to be seen; alas, no matter how much he struggled, the chains did not budge. He was not yet back at his full strength after all, and the chains in question were quite a bit sturdier than normal metal ones.

After struggling for a bit, he turned his attention back to the women, wondering if they could help them, and also noticing Taro for the first time.

"What the hell is a fox monster doing here?" He asked himself, but shook off the thought. That was not important now. These people, they seemed to be well-armed, so he figured he might as well ask them for some help, as much as he disliked the idea of being saved by a bunch of girls.

"You're after the Five Storms too, aren't you? Help me get out of here and I'll help you." He said, fury in his face. "The bastards took my sword."

Hadrimmelis frowned as she heard Tarasekannú's reaction to the absence of the other World-Dragons, but said nothing more. Truth be told, she had little arguments to give in stead of her other siblings, and she was only glad that the hot-headed volcanic dragon did not attempt to pursue the issue any further.

Hearing his concerns about the Demon Slayer's emotional nature, however, she could not help feeling saddened by the implications brought up by her brother. He had several good points, something she was surprised to see herself admitting, but even then, she did not want to think about it, though she knew that such matters were vital from a cosmic point of view.

"I understand what you're saying, Taras, but I could not possibly bring myself to take his emotions away from him. I have already wronged that creature before." She stated, evidently conflicted still. "Your concerns are valid, so I promise to look further into it; perhaps I may be able to develop some other type of weapon now that we have one at our disposal that was successful, though I cannot say for certain." She said. "And, as human and emotional as he may be, I can only hope that he understands how much weight is on his shoulders." She stated, though that was not entirely true. What she hoped was that the moment would not come where the Demon Slayer would have to choose between the universe and something else.

"In any case, there is the possibility that most of the Nilkin will be as strong as Ku's two brethren and not Ku himself. Those two were easily taken out, unlike the Time Demon himself." She said. Perhaps it was a bit naíve to rely on that, but it at least offered some solace.

The lesser thugs that had so boldly followed their leader into the store, now were running scared from the hero who had knocked their fearless leader out not once but twice now.The two that made it to the van first didn't hesitate as they hoped into the back and scrambled through the van in an effort to get to the driver and passenger seats and leave this robbery turned brawl. While the other two ran out the hole made by their leaders prompt and unwilling exit from the storefront and out into the street where he laid knocked out yet agian from the teenagers powerful energy.

They could hear his labored breaths as he laid their with his jaw still broken in several places and his body bruised and beaten, but they neither understood if he was dying nor did they care if he was at this point. For they only needed him or his corps to show to the Shadow Sangoma in an pre-planned attempt to avoid the wrath of their master for their utter failure to rob the jewelry store and strike fear into the hearts of the rival diamond company. The mission had become a total failure after the teen superhero had shown up and with their leader beaten so badly their master would have no reason to punish them for failing to defeat someone so powerful even with one of the enchanted dimonds he had given them.

"Quickly throw him in and lets get out of here!" The thug who had reached the driver seat called out as he slammed his foot on the gas pedal, causing the van to groan as it tried to pull away from the storefront it had become wedged in.

The two thugs had almost now qualms about literally lifting up their heavy-set leader and tossing his limp body into the side slider doorway of the van as it tried to wriggle out of the storefront. Then the wheels caught onto the sidewalk concrete and with a violent jerk forward they van shot out and almost sent its passengers tumbling back onto the ground when they jumped in behind their leader.

"This isn't the last you've seen of us boy!" the sub-machine gun wielding thug yelled from the back of the van as he fired his weapon into the air and slammed the rear doors closed behind him.

With that last call for revenge on the teen who had saved the day, the white van sped off down the street northward.

He couldn't even watch with his own eyes, not that he would want to watch himself batter his friends with no way for him to stop. If he ever recovered from his trance, it would be at the very best, a foggy dream. Alex flew back into the void of Space when Okarot powered. Still unfazed, but now his eye began to glow and was surrounded by a golden glow as well. "My warnings have not been heeded. Lethal force is authorized. You have the sincerest apologies from the people of Earth." He said just as stoic as ever. His energy sense was picking up Okarot's growing energy. It was much higher than before, actually enough to keep up with him. It might have worried him a tad if he still had his emotions, but he didn't. And if he did, this situation would never have happened to begin with.

And the fight began once again. However, the advantage he once had, was now gone. Okarot was actually damaging him. His senses picked up that the energy he was using, was literally burning him alive, so the strategy was to just let him burn himself out and avoid any energy blasts that would erase him. A simple and hopefully effective strategy. In an attempt to help speed up the process of Okarot's decay, Alex unleashed a bright golden Omnidirectional wave of energy. The blast could be mistaken for a star to the unaided eye.

Lord Alastir: Celestial God of Darkness
The First God of Darkness: The Reaper of all Light

"Son of Darkness and bringer of despair, your time to awaken is now!"

Alastir's eyes flashed open in an instant as a voice that was laced with darkness, death, and despair spoke to him in an ancient language long forgotten, but strangely, Alastir could understand everything that the voice said to him, it felt strangely familiar, as if it were his own voice that spoke out to him. Alastir quickly took a long look around himself, but all that he could see was nothing but endless darkness that seemed to drag on for miles, an unending darkness that consumed his body. Without any hint of panic, Alastir spoke in a quiet and low voice, addressing the voice that spoke out to him "Who," Alastir began, his voice generating an echo that seemed to drag on endlessly with no end in sight "Who addresses me as the Son of Darkness, a title that has long since been forgotten in the eyes of the Galaxy." Alastir's voice seemed to take on a demanding tone, which would usually spark a defensive attitude in most many people.

Alastir suddenly grasped his head as his demanding voice seemed to backlash at him at a volume that he had never before experienced, but then suddenly, before Alastir could lose consciousness from such an agonizing sound, an eerie silence took hold, with Alastir taking a rapid look around as If he were a caged animal waiting to escape from it's cage. The dark voice that spoke to Alastir before began to chuckle in a distorted way "You are one of us, and we are you, the previous generations of gods that are responsible for maintaining the dominance of darkness in the Galaxy, We are your predecessor, and we are you." The dark and distorted voice replied to Alastir, an avatar of darkness appearing before Alastir, standing, no, towering over Alastir himself, the presence of such primordial dark energy was enough for Alastir to become convinced that this was indeed one of his many predecessors who watched over the Masaki Galaxy "And you are us..."

Alastir could sense that these entities of darkness were connected to him, but this still didn't explain why in the hell he was talking to them whatsoever, or why they were communicating with him, until now, Alastir's eyes widened in shock as he stared at the shadow-like beings that stood around him at every side, these were the predecessors of Alastir's lineage, the previous generation of Celestial Gods of Darkness! Alastir quickly fell down to one knee, giving his utmost respect to them, their knowledge unparalleled in all aspects of his species "My predecessors..." Alastir began, his head hung low to the ground as he spoke in as much of a respectful tone that he could muster "What is the meaning for you all to contact me now?"

Within moments, Alastir could still feel the shock that went through his body as the dark voices that represented the Previous Celestial Gods of Darkness spoke to him once more "Your actions are most unfortunate Child of Darkness and heir of Mortis, most unfortunate indeed..." The Dark Voice became agitated as it spoke once more "You have abandoned your duty to this Galaxy! To maintain the scale of darkness and light, you have failed in your original objective to assure that one of these two fundamental forces remains dominant within this Galaxy!" Alastir raised his head in order to reply to his predecessors before he felt his psyche break apart at the seems "You have failed us for the last time, and now, we shall do the very job that you were instructed to do in the first place!"

Ragnarök War
Part Two: Obliteration Absolute;
Or the Death of Madworld

The dramatic and sudden ending of the Darkstar Crisis triggered the Ragnarök War, the ultimate failure on behalf of Maxwell Morningstar and his allies to disconnect their universe from the Nexus of All Realities. In the opening move of the War, Nul-Tyranis, a Kryptonian God Butcher, fatally wounded Otto Godblessed, who in his dying moments, gave Czar-Mir of Daxam an injection known as the "Sentry Serum", empowering the Kryptonian-offshoot to god-like levels. Shortly after, Darkstar arrived in the Prime Reality with a show of force - instantly obliterating a Super Celestial with his Anti-Energy Wave in front of the All-Mother of Asgard. With Mad Max nowhere to be found, Mir and Val must survive the ruthless onslaught of the Dead God alone.

The impious Dead God disbanded his Anti-Energy sphere as Valka removed herself from battle for a moment. He flashed a wicked grin, leaning over to Rose and bringing the girl in closer to him. "I suppose you were right, one way or another." Darkstar commented, his eyes scanning the Prime Reality that lay before him. It was disheartening, though, as he had seen realities exactly like it perish under the crushing weight of his Anti-Energy waves. Still, it was all for the sake of revenge, and the twisted mind of Darkstar likened personal vengeance into total and utter annihilation. His eyes came to rest on a floating body, swirling with energy, gaining his interest as it contained the familiar spark of Max's energy and the All-Mother's. "Hmm?" Darkstar hummed, leaning forward in his chair.

The body took a breath suddenly, opening it's mouth and nostrils and letting the ambient energy fill it's lungs and spread all across the body. Female in appearance, bearing short black hair and a curvaceous body frame, she would be a stone cold stunner had her clothes - and gloves - not been coated in the blood of her enemies. Maybe someone was into that, but Darkstar had other plans for the Mad Girl, otherwise known as Val. The Dead God floated close to Val's body as it fully recovered, Max's woman opening her eyes and looking at her own body as it healed, remembering only a flash, and then nothing. She didn't even notice Darkstar and his companion, until a snap was heard.

As Darkstar clicked his fingers, the very same sound that caused the death of a Super Celestial, he opened his mouth to speak, getting the girl's attention immediately. "Ah, yes, now I remember!" Darkstar declared, "You're...Valerie Valentine. Oh yes, that's right, ten points." Darkstar said, doing a small fist pump as he gave himself props for recalling Val's name. The girl looked confused and puzzled, prompting Darkstar to quickly explain. "Oh yeah...You see, I'm Darkstar, nice to meet you, I'll be ensuring your untimely and brutal demise."

"If you're wondering why I look exactly like the Max you're currently boning, well, I was Maxwell Morningstar at one point in time in another universe, a better universe." A grim look graced the Dead God's face as he recalled memories from years ago, as Darkstar lived through the Secret Wars instead of travelling in a Life Raft. "A final incursion before the Secret Wars brought my world and your world together. We had a Life Raft, you had an Ark. For whatever reason, your boyfriend decided to destroy our means of survival, and killed everyone involved except for me." The calm explanation became more and more strange and plain...weird, as Darkstar's breathing became erratic. He put his head down as if to weep, but shot it back up to stare at Val - giving a short chuckle. "He took my Rose from me...So I will take his Valentine."

For whatever reason, Darkstar returned to his silly state, Val standing there in pure shock and fear. "Do not be afraid! Well, actually, you should be afraid, I don't know why I said that in the beginning. Now, we're going to find a suitable little battlefield so that -" A nearby explosion of violent, ridiculous magnitude interrupted the Dead God's speech and caused him to spaz out for a moment. "For fuck's sake...Dick lickers!" He shouted, "NUL! KEEP IT DOWN OVER THERE!" Darkstar screamed at his subordinate, spit flying out of his mouth as he did so. "Now, uh, where were we? Oh right - a battlefield. Don't worry, I've picked the perfect place. You might like it, I know I will." Darkstar continued, extending a bubble around Val from the Mobius Chair to take the girl with him.

"Grah! No!" Was all Val could get out before the shield surrounded her, sealing off her ability to protest as Darkstar carried her along, going to briefly watch the epic duel between God Butcher and Daxamite God as the two titans had been enthralled in a battle before Darkstar had even arrived, and there was nothing but a cold stalemate between the two despite Mir's bloodlust and Nul's abilities with All-Black. Sub-relativistic punches and kicks galore, the battle was paused briefly as Darkstar extended his bubble-like barrier to cover Nul and Mir, taking three mid-sized spheres with him. "We're all going to go to a little place I like to call...Madworld."

Eldara
Eldara watched the outburst from Ara quietly, her vision automatically shading target area's upon Ara's torso for should her outburst turn physical. Thankfully she was subdued before this point by her own injuries. Eldara found the social standing of the "Princess" somewhat odd, and dangerous if she commanded such power for personal gain.
"This is why I wished to find out the full story. Not to mention your mount in the news bulletin was a large reptilian creature which has been extinct for many years."
She replied calmly, she did not know Ara well enough to trust what she had said so far, and given her violent countenance Eldara felt a second opinion was needed before she attempted to mete out justice.
"Diana, if I may, you seem to be in a rational state of mind. Can you vouch for her explanation? I can hardly trust the audiovisual media of this world, given its history in blatant propaganda."
She explained to Wonder Women, keeping an eye on Ara.

Taro
Taro felt a hint of disappointment as his blade collided with the recently deceased corpse of the Oni he had been fighting. He was grateful for the quick intervention on Akari's part though, had they been stuck fighting the expendable ashigaru for too long the bigger oni would have had an advantage in stamina. He stepped through the portal that had been opened with a chuckle as he heard Garnet's words about fun.
"Whether you enjoy the fight or not, a beating heart is usually the important bit at the end of it all."
He said before noticing the trussed up human. The sight stirred an anger deep in him. As a demon hunter he had seen many atrocious acts, and holding a live captive for torture simply riled up the kitsune. He listened to the human speak with a tense silence, he wanted to find these oni already.
"Do you know where the beasts are?"
He asked as he stepped towards the human. His claws ignited into dark flames moments before he brought them down on the chains to melt through them with the all-consuming flames.

Naja was not taking it well, she walked into the tower, took one step into the elevator, which caused it to snap and smash into the basement. Due to her forgetting to turn off her powers. She walked back outside and flew up her room trying to figure out what to do next. Stark had a point though. Even when she was angry, she simply didn't have the strength of character to follow through with any of her threats. Which in most cases was a good thing. But there were a few times when she wished that people would take her more seriously when she got angry. The Elite only got scared of her when she made it look like she was brutally killing them. She could never actually do something like that.

Katie quickly excused herself as soon as she saw Naja storming off in a huff. She needed to talk to her. That and find out what might be upsetting her. After all she had heard the elevator's untimely demise. With a slower speed, she walked into Naja's room, putting on her best smile for her friend. "So... hey there." She spoke. "You okay? I don't think I've ever seen you this angry." She commented. her rage seemed somehow familiar though. "Did... something happen with Alex?" Katie being the clever cookie she was, could guess this kind of anger was most likely to do with that relationship. That or it could be Snake woman prejudice. That would have been her next guess.

While having chaotically deteriorated, Okarot's mind still craved a decent fight. And, from his view, it seemed like Alex was holding back a decent amount of power. The Saiyan let out a low and guttural growl, angry in belief that Alex would not give it his all, and suddenly taking off towards the pulling his fist back in preparation for a massive punch, even stronger than the last ones. This one, with lack of any doubt, had enough power to destroy the combined mass of a galaxy, perhaps even more.

The Saiyan simply pushed through the massive pulse of energy that Alex had created, appearing in front of the warrior, and roaring as he threw his punch straight at Alex's face. Okarot was hardly even sentient in the form he had attained, incapable of speech, feeling or even complex thought. Even his last opponent, who had been infected by the Doomsday virus, would have seemed exceptionally reasonable compared to the beast that now eclipsed Okarot's being. For, this was no longer Okarot fighting. It was the Dark Celestial Super Saiyan.

Of course she didn't have time to free the blade, so she just made two new ones. Using dual wield to her advantage, she pressed the attack. With sudden ferocity, she charged forward, attacking her foe. Though at the last minute she also created a Buckler of force, so she could block in close combat.

Battle! Vs. Liberty!

Ooh no. You're not pulling the same trick twice, Liberty! Close combat is not preferred in this battle. I could fight at that range, but so far, I haven't seen her long range options. And we have to test the waters! Go in slower at first before brutally pounding onto the foe! As soon as I noticed the strings being cut off, I made a one-handed energy shield on my left arm, and this will work as the counter ploy. Okay, now wait... let her come at you...

And BAM! The shield and the sword collided with a painful screeching sound. Slow down... I let go of the handles and moved back a hundred feet. That's far enough, but she's still going to come. I charged up heavy amounts of energy in my hands and then unleashed a homing barrage of fast-speed energy blasts. With so much energy being put into the attack, I think every single one of the blast could destroy a planet, or at least a large satellite like Earth's Moon. That's why I made it homing - if even a single one touches the ground - game over.

Liberty cried out in pain as she was hit by a whole bunch of planet busting attacks. But then she regained her balance and her body had started healing. Dents and damage to her body was quickly healed as the nano bots repaired her. She frowned, a little angry with the attack. It took her a little bit of time to recover before she sent out a counter attack.

I dunno what you mean by attractive- you look like an ape and I look like garbage. And what do games have to do with law?

Myosai still thought this was part of some game. Clueless Majin, oh how she never knew...

"What's intercourse?" She asked, mid-Hiroshi talking. Is it some sort of game or something? This is getting real weird.. and touchy.." By now, the pink woman was somewhat distressed about the whole situation. The two of them were out in the middle of the desert at night- and it was fucking freezing. And both of them had no clothes. How the heck was Myosai going to find another pair of those clothes she always wore?! Where would she get them?"

"Do I want to do this?" She scoffed. "This whole thing has been real boring to be honest. No offense. Besides the whole near death thing of Death ball and the fight. That was fun. Still, I get bored easily, as you can tell.."

For some reason, whatever he was talking about seemed to get her excited. Perhaps a new game or something? Clueless Myosai.

"Yeah.. whatever. I'm in."

Turmenista sat at his desk, groaning audibly as he ripped off his glasses and rubbed his face to clear the nasty thoughts from his head.

"Oh fuck me... What have I done.."

Hiroshi:

Hiroshi almost froze in place when she agreed, not out of suprise, but a cocktail of fear, excitement and nervousness that had flooded his system. Frankly at this point, he was having second thoughts, this pink woman behaved similar to a child, and however arousing her body was, it was a tad akward when explaining the situation. Then there was Claudia…

Shrugging, Hiroshi grinned as he slammed his lips against hers.

( Insert R-Rated Sex Scene Here )

Well that wasn't bad at all.

Hiroshi stared silently into the night sky as he lay against the warm sand, the sensation of the grains rubbing against his back worsening the raw paths where a certain female had raked her fingers down his back.

Oh shit, Claudia!

Pulling himself from the sand, Hiroshi was suddenly very glad his dogi pants, as ripped and burned as they were, could at least serve as shorts in this situation.

Last night and gone well. His daughter was alive, he'd fought a Heran warrior, and he'd fornicate with a strange pink woman who had the attitude of a hyperactive seven year old.

Glancing back, Hiroshis studied the woman he'd spent the night with, cocking his head, he almost grinned at the reminder of his latest escapade.

Hell, she looks even better when I can see her properly.

Hiroshi might then feel a beyond uncomfortable amount of heat. The kind which a regular person might compare to an extra hot sauna, though a regular person would have been fried by the proximity to this heat. A thundering boom from nearby accompanied this, shaking a whole ton of the earth under it. Then another. Then another. One might soon realise (and be terrfiied) once they found out these were footsteps.

If Hiroshi turned around, he might see a familiar nine to ten foot red giantess with a look of pure hatred. Her features were hardened into a cold anger, not yet the molten rage which had yet to bubble completely to the surface. Feelings of betrayal, anger, worthlessness and frustration were all coming to the surface.

"What the fuck happened here Hiroshi?" She asked.

Still sitting on a chair and resting, attempting to ignore the pain as she regenerated the Core components she had given away for Craig's sake, Etla noticed someone else entering the laboratory. The golden-haired Rainborn opened her eyes, still as bright and glassy as ever, and noticed Craig standing over the tray, praising her success. She managed to smile at this, though there was still pain in her expression, and while she never explicitly told him what had happened and what had been necessary for her to create the Core he needed, the inventor seemed to pick up on it rather quickly.

Feeling his hands on her cheeks as his lips pressed against hers, the blonde girl smiled again, this time a genuine and sincere smile, the pain all but forgotten for just a moment. "I'll be fine." She mumbled softly, bringing up her own hand to caress Craig's cheek. However, as he turned his attention to the Core, she, too, turned towards it, watching him reassemble the Core with quite a bit more difficulty than she had experienced, which greatly amused her, as the powers being used were originally his, and not hers, even if some of the technology used was a part of her.

Seeing him gasp after the Core had been assimilated startled her a little, as even though she had been certain that it would work earlier, she was still concerned about Craig's well-being. However, seeing that he seemed relatively unharmed, the Rainborn relaxed, understanding that the procedure had worked. She smiled softly as he restated his gratitude, and shook her head. "You don't have to thank me, silly. If you think about it a bit, I did it for myself." She said, and in a way, it was true, as she would've felt miserable if she had ended up losing Craig due to his fragile heart.

However, she frowned when Craig continued speaking, of how they couldn't stay, of how he had to go into hiding, and of how he was planning to fight against the Registration Act and all that. As he finished speaking, Etla stood up and reached out, pulling the inventor into her embrace.

"Craig, I'm... I'm in love with you." She admitted as she spoke into his ear, for the first time putting her feelings into words.

"But if you try to leave me again, I will personally cripple you."

Battle! Vs. Liberty!

I... I'm sorry... Wait, why am I sorry for hurting Liberty? I'm supposed to completely hate her! Well, it was an odd reaction for my brain. Especially since it made me loosen my guard and be unprepared for the retaliation. I could feel that this attack is a powerful one. I braced for the hit, but then, something topped me. Why am I holding back? I have a new form unlocked, why am I letting her win? That's not something I would do! I swear, I must've drunk something bad for me recently...

I watched the force ball descending towards me. So gracefully, so smoothly. But I needed to power up to take it easier. With this, I clenched my fists and powered up once more. Time to drop the safe, but weak Level 1, and go to the next level! I could feel my Influx power almost burning inside. My aura was shooting up to insane levels... Oh, she's going to GET it... My hair had stood up even more, and got even whiter, same with my body's glow.

Level 2... complete... BAM! The force ball hit. But, even though I felt it was a massive force, I took it. My red X Corps coat got scorched and blown away, and I was now rocking a black T-Shirt. But I took the blast. And then... My scanners detected something coming behind me. Heh, she's joining the frey too? Without even turning my head, I moved my right arm back and caught the blade.

"There's a difference between you and me..." I spoke. My voice was a bit distorted and different from my normal voice, as if I had just went crazed, or evil. "Your Earthling Android kind can get upgraded when they come to visit their creator. We do it on the fly." I finally turned my head back to see Liberty's face, hoping to see a reaction in it. "We can get as strong as we want. Now, woman, are you ready for a dance?" Of course, I meant it figuratively. I don't dance with anyone.

My body suddenly vanished from the spot, and I charged Liberty from the side, attacking her with a barrage of physical strikes, with an energy blade in my right hand for slicing damage. The combo was to be finished with a massive energy wave.

My body suddenly vanished from the spot, and I charged Liberty from the side, attacking her with a barrage of physical strikes, with an energy blade in my right hand for slicing damage. The combo was to be finished with a massive energy wave.

Liberty reacted with surprise to the sudden change in the tide of battle, how easily her attack had been shrugged off and how much easier it had been to catch her sneak attack. He had not been anywhere near this strong a few seconds ago. Liberty wasn't sure what was happening and this was a very uncomofortable change. Wait... he charged up again. Does his power have different levels? Does this mean he's on a completely different level right now? When his words came out, Liberty almost felt fear. Which is quite an impressive feat, seeing as even when she was fighting those two archons she was fearless to the last.

Then the hurting started. Liberty wasn't really able to fend off the physical attacks, each one cracking at her. Her forcefield crashed long ago and she took the brunt of the physical attack, leaving her nearly devestated. She was looking nearly destroyed, the porcelain like flesh around her body having been cracked and broken off, leaving her metal skeleton exposed. She began healing, which helped her survive the energy wave, which sent her flying, tearing off her arm and leaving a large hole in the side of her torso. She flopped down.

And yet she still got up. Or at least tried to. Her body was repairing itself, including the eye which had been blown out by the wave and the arm that was no longer attached to her body. She was healing, but she seemed particularly vulnrable now. And another attack could finish her in this window of time. She grunted, atempting to get up. "I... I can't fucking loose." She said. She felt like she was going to cry, she was so embarrassed, To be outclassed after all that cockiness and then beaten to a pulp. Also the excruciating pain didn't help her struggle with tears, but her willpower made it so that she didn't. "I'm not going to let you win that easily!"

She needed to level the playing field? But how? She remembered something her creator said... about... a well of power? Transformation? Think Liberty think!

Battle! Vs. Liberty!

I grinned as I saw my opponent pummeled down and beaten. Yes! It's done! I managed to surpass my rival at last! No wonder that Power Influx is considered such a powerful weapon. And when it's in my hands... After all of this is done, I should wreck Xicor as well! This is great... Seeing Liberty falling, I folded my arms and slowly descended on the ground, following her. It was truly a terrifying sight - a man, all glowing white, with white spiky hair and power rivaling gods, landing right in front if you, with certainly not good intent.

"Well then. There's not much time left for you, so I will keep it simple." I saw Liberty starting to cry. My mind was torn. I wanted to rub my victory in her face and destroy what self-esteem she still has left, and still, I felt like... I wasn't doing the right thing. It's like I've grown on her... Come on, Frank, suppress those emotions! You are not an Earthling, you are a godlike android! "After the colossal disappointment that was the last battle with you... I lived on training... I wanted to get better..." My words were mumbled together and disprderly, with heavy panting, as if I was trying to express the anger that was filling up in me. Why am I so weak? So vulnerable in my mind? "I knew that my race's strength was adaptatability, and that is where I went. With training in my Influx form, I discovered just that - adaptability. This transformation is never-ending - you can always unlock a new level through practice, indefinitely and infinitely... I will always get stronger, if only I put effort into it!"

I spread out my arms. "And this... is the fruit of that effort. I..." With every word, with every statement, rage was filling up in me. "I COULD NOT LET IT PASS! Do you think when we first fought, I accepted the fact that I was weaker than an Earthling-build? Weaker than YOU?! THAT is why I needed this form! And then, I came to Washington to kill somebody. You should be happy that it is going to be you, not the entire city." With these words, I slowly lifted my hand, and charged up an energy beam.

"Throughout this time... You know, we could have been great friends if we were not bitter rivals." I'm sorry- NO! No being sorry! Fire the beam! And I... did... An energy wave, right towards Liberty...

"Through this time... You know, we could have been great friends if we were not bitter rivals." I'm sorry- NO! No being sorry! Fire the beam! And I... did... An energy wave, right towards Liberty...

So... that is it?

This is it then? Killed by an arrogant jerk. Still. Despite the fact that he was self confident to levels even Liberty thought was too much, she couldn't muster as much hate for him as she once could. In fact where there was once anger and disgust there was... a budding respect? He had worked quite hard to surpass her after all. Liberty almost wondered if he deserved this. This victory. He seemed quite upset. Maybe it would make him feel better?

Fuck what he feels. I don't deserve this! She thought as the energy built up in his fist. Her own fists clenched. I have so much more I want to do. So much to experience. I'm not fucking ready to die.

She mentally picked her crumbling brain apart. It was getting hard to think and her healing was getting slower. The darkness was closing in, and she felt as if she would die. Death was coming, and she couldn't stop him. She couldn't do it. She didn't have the strength. It wasn't fair. She had worked too. She had searched for her creator for so long. She had been fighting hard and this was her reward. To die in the siberian winter to her Rival.

It wasn't fair.

This isn't right... this isn't.. Just.

Justice

Suddenly the energy beam was deflected, the wave of death sent into orbit. If frank looked where there was once bright light, he would see Liberty, but a different liberty. "This fight is not over. Not by a long shot." She said, simply, unleashing a vicious kick at her opponent, aiming to launch him into a nearby mountain. "You want to fucking dance Frank? Okay. Let's fucking Dance!" She shouted, Her two machine guns fired then, their ammunition was not regular ammo, but weapons which would be suitable for a being of Liberties strength. Her attacks came not from pre constructed bullets, but from her own power.

Battle! Vs.

"Well then. There's not much time left for you, so I will keep it simple." I saw Liberty stsrting to cry. My mind was torn. I wanted to rub my victory in her face and destroy what self-esteem she still has lef, and still, I felt like...

Just.

Battle! Vs. Liberty!

She survived. She transformed. I almost... smiled. It's like I did not want her to die... Something is definitely weird here. I don't care how long I will have to fight her - I'll do it! For the kill! For me! For both of us! I braced for the kick, and got flung away for a mile before stopping mid-air. And then the damn bullets came. Darn it, she thought of everything! I crossed my arms and clenched my body to endure the first blows, then charged forward. The first few strikes are always thd hardest, bit when you learn to tank it - you can just go forward and forget about it.

I could only hear bullets bouncing off and flying past my body as I moved in to a closer range. These were no ordinary bullets, though. They were somehow enhanced to be strong enough to harm even people at this level of strength. I still took it. I take everything. The foe is near... Yes! I landed right in front of Liberty and her massive, almost comical firearms. Where did she pull those out? I could also get a cleaner look of her, in he split second that I payed attention to it. Not that bad.

I did not wait, did not speak, just put up my hand and fired a barrage of energy blasts at point-blank ange. If she still can regenerate, I'll need to find an another way of attack...
I have a severe case of addiction to writing. At least 3k words every day is my fix.

Read my RWBY fanfiction!

Myosai

Heh... Heh.... Oh, crap.

Tina. It's time to Bug out.

Myosai's eyes shot open and she quickly grinned, covering herself. That wasn't what she expected but, for her first time, it was amazing. That definitely was a new game.

I want to do it again now... the thought filled her head. But, maybe later. She was covered with sand and bruises and cuts and Magnus was probably worried sick about her. She began to stand up, then turned around to stomping.

A giant woman was stomping towards them. The color drained from Myosai's face. "Oh. Um.... I'm guessing it's time to go-" she gulped. "I'll leave you two alone.. Later, Hiroshi!"

She brought her index and middle finger to her forehead, closing her eyes as her energy signature dissipated. Myosai dematerialized from the area and, in a few seconds, she'd be back at Magnus's island, wherever it was. She still kind of felt bad about leaving Hiroshi like that, so, she definitely would be coming back for him soon.

First order of business: finding some clothes.

His mouth was suddenly very dry. She wasn't supposed to have come. Yeah he could blame it on the full moon, but he was certain Claudia wouldn't believe it anyway, he wouldn't for that matter. Wincing, he turned around, a nervous smile covering his features, his eyes darting around the landscapes ruined features.

" W-What do you mean?" They Hybrid responded, a nervous sweat pouring down the back of his neck.

For an eternity, Claudia paused. She could not believe the words that were coming out of his mouth. She did not want to believe what had happened. It made her feel cheap and idiotic even considering the lurid acts that happened here. How she had been betrayed.

"How... How fucking stupid do you think I am exactly?" She asked. She moved towards Hiroshi and the heat got even hotter. "I find you naked, in the same crater as a fucking pink woman after earthquakes have been wrecking the area, and you think I'm stupid enough to believe shit like that?" She asked. She paused again, for a while again.

"Why?" She asked. The question was self explanatory, and there was an "After all we've been through?" implied.

Narrowing his eyes, Hiroshi gave an exasperated groan, throwing his hands up as he retrieved his boots. Golden hair fell to onyx, three bangs hanging over the side of dirt streaked face. His now black eyes made the stare all the more piercing.

" Why do I have to explain myself to you?" The Hybrid growled. " I made no promises of dating and so on to you. I'm a Saiyan Claudia, I don't have to follow your planets rules." Pulling his second boot on, he stood.

" Besides, she's a hell of a lot more fun then you were." Hiroshi added, immediely regretting the words that slipped past his lips.

"Does anybody feel cold?" asked Ara, looking around, "Is there some sort of draft in here?"

It had taken almost a legendary feat of willpower to restain herself previously. But now... Her face contorted to ungoldly levels of pure, unadulterated rage.
Claudia just couldn't take it anymore. She slammed her fist right into Hiroshi's face. It was a pretty brutal punch all things considered, she had made little effort to hold back in her strike. Her anger empowered it to very high levels. She then grabbed Hiroshi by the neck and lifted him to eyes level, snarling at him.

"YOU BETTER FUCKING START EXPLAINING!" She exploded in her face. Then she tossed him to the ground. "Just because your a Sayain doesn't give you the right to treat people like fucking garbage! You fucking knew what you did was shitty, and you did it anyway? WHY!?" She roared, slamming a fist into the ground.

There really was no reason for him to bother dodging Okarot's physical blows. Even the one that shattered his skull like a watermelon. For a second or so, his body drifted in space, without a head. At least a bright golden flash it was fully healed and back to normal. "You cannot destroy me. I am designed to heal at the atomic level." He didn't know that there was no point in trying to talk him down. His intelligence was hamper almost completely. Only enough to operate his powers at their peak with skill, and to know when someone surrendered or was doing what he said. "I sincerely apologize for what is about to happen. I predict there is a less than 10 percent chance you will survive this." He said and fired a massive wave. It's power average, but the real kicker was it's ability to rip matter apart at the atomic level.

Naja

"Yeah... Kinda. We're not arguing or anything. He... Got turned into some sort of zombie slave thing... What's the word? Sleeper agent or something like that. And now Stark and all the pro reggers are using him as a giant flyswatter. There's no emotion to him. He's just a... Machine." She explained quietly to her friend. "And... I certainly didn't help matters any by punching Stark... A lot. And then leaving him almost naked in the Salt Flats. Stark said they'd fix him, but I don't want him to be their slave. I'm sorry about the elevator. I forgot to turn my powers off before I came inside because my mind was elsewhere trying to find a way to fix this. I tried to bluff, but Stark called me on it. He said I just don't have it in me to go through with what I said. And I think he's right."
