I could probably get back to a level of Irish or German that could be considered "speaking" those languages if I were inclined to, but as it is I just remember the odd word or phrase.

My first language is Filipino or to be specific my local tongue which is Binisaya.

I can speak English.

I want to learn how to speak Russian and Arabic.

I was born in New York but my parents are both from the Congo, so I've been raised speaking English, French, and Lingala. So today those are the 3 languages I speak fluently. I speak more fluent in Lingala than French but I'm more literate in French than Lingala.

I'm Croatian but I can read and write Cyrillic and I think the division of the West Balkan languages into Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin is the dumbest thing since putting ketchup on chips, so I wrote in both of the scripts used by Bosnian/Croatian/Montenegrin/Serbian (B/C/M/S) speakers.

Native Finnish speaker and fluent in English. I used to be able to speak basic Spanish and Swedish but I've forgotten most of them and I only remember few random words/sentences from each :lol:

My eyes opened when a Bosnian told me that the Yugoslav king went full tard and divided people in Bosnia in Croat/Serb/Bosnian by their religion, even if they were family of eachother.
