Besides allowing everyone to do a different thing, it might up the activity with the addition of a second (or possibly third, fourth, fifth, etc.) character for everyone.

I will allow German Characters as of...now. However they must be individuals rather than platoons and such and only to be used for story purposes so I don't need to revamp the entire system...also I'll get a post up in the IC as soon as possible so Stephan can have an unusual visitor in Vladimir.

I think that that application he posted was just for his current Soviet Colonel, unless both share the same exact name.

Personality: (I prefer developing personality in the RP as opposed to here and showing it so I'll only give a basic understanding here if that's fine). Naive to what the Soviet union has done, Atheist as his parents told him (to protect him) there was no god, a supporter of the USSR (again his naive self), inexperienced, intelligent, team player (as he is better at working with a group).
History: A very lucky child born before the famines, Taras was born a village boy in a small village.His parents although peasants had worries of raising another child in the village (their previous children had died there) and so 8 years before the famine moved out to the city of Kazan. The city life actually seemed to do quite well for the boy. While Taras was not physically strong he excelled in school and was pretty much the top of his class. His family also did quite well in the nearby factories making enough money for a house and food.

After his general education he went into a military college to join the Soviet army. Early on though he switched over to the Soviet Airforce to learn how to fly a plane as most of his superiors thought he had no ability what so ever in the army. In the Airforce he was quite good however. His flying skills were average but when teamed up with a team he could coordinate a attack on an enemy plane via dogfighting quite well, he also made quite a few mechanic friends as he could come up with ideas to quicken fixing and building. He was lucky and young enough to survive the great purge as he was still learning at a teen age. Then when he finally got promoted to Junior Lieutenant due to his skills and was assigned to his Squadron and flight.
Equipment:Besides general stuff a TT pistol for self defense on the ground.
Vehicle: Yak-1

We'll probably be fighting that unit, as well as several others since we're in Smolensk, which is a much more major city than the last one we were in.

History: Born in Berlin to an alright family, Franz fell in with the Nazis like everybody else. He led a childhood of deprivation due to the terrible conditions they were in; he hated France and the terms that were imposed on his country. His father was a veteran of the first war and is primarily where he learned to hate the French; he and the other boys of the neighborhood, in between building pyramids with stacks of money, would sing 'Die Wacht am Rhein' with gusto. He didn't have to wait long to join the Wehrmacht; he was originally trained as a sapper, but after seeing tanks in action during training exercises he immediately took the black uniform of the panzer crewman.

He was a driver for a Pz. II during the invasion of Poland, and did well. He had his first command in France as a Pz. I commander - a step down from the Pz. II, but he showed himself to have daring and audacity in combat, and even if he did not always make the best decisions, he made decisions quickly and stuck with them. He was recommended by his superiors to have his second tank be a Pz. III, which it ended up being so.
