It has been almost three months after Japan's National Sensh-Do Tournament, with the underdog Oorai barely managing to attain victory against the Kuromorimine Girl's School, saving their school from closure. But now, halfway across the world, a school faces a similar problem. In their own dilemma, they turn to the victory of this no-name school for idea, hoping that it would solve their problem.
Welcome to Rosemary International Girl's Academy (or RIG Academy). A private school for the rich and specially gifted girls that can be found anywhere, they just happen to be sailing in the Atlantic Ocean. A rich history behind them, the only they lack is students, which has caused the region's board of education to wonder the existence of such school. All due to this, they have given the Academy's Headmaster an ultimatum, find a way to increase their student count this year or be shut down. That's where the solution of introducing tankery into their education system, a practice that was done by other schools in their area. In addition to this, a tournament was to be held between some of the larger ones and that's RIG Academy planned to join.... However, they are in dire need of help and turned to their wild cards, the Student Council.
Despite this, only one person stepped to the job, who was the newly placed Student Council President. One of the famous people in the school, she is mostly known for her history with Sensha-Do, with her once heading an entire team. She gladly accepted and the race to create a team capable of winning the tournament began, starting it all of with a challenge to entire student body.
"Hello, everyone. As you know or not, our school only has one more year before being shutdown. If you love the school enough and don't want it to shut down, or seeking for something to kill time....... To kill boredom, then meet me at the automotive club's garage tomorrow morning, we have lots to discuss. If that doesn't convince you, well then you're just a coward.
There's also extra credits if anyone decides to go with the program."
